The Wei army is defeated at Zhongli. Empress Yu dies. From WS008

4th Year, Spring, 2nd Month, bingwu [15 March], the states of Tuyuhun and Dangchang both dispatched envoys to court to present.
On jiwei [30 March], the state of Wuji tributed coarse arrows.
3rd Month, bingzi [14 April], the state of Diefuluo dispatched envoys to court with tribute.
Summer, 4th Month, wuxu [6 May], at Zhongli great floods. The King of of Zhongshan, Ying, was defeated and turned back.
On renyin [10 May], the various states of Tuyuhun, Jiumoluo, Abamobaqiemole, and Xiwanjin all dispatched envoys to court to present.
6th Month, jichou [26 June], New Moon, a decree said:
Gaozu's virtue put to order the two principles, clarified both sun and moon, sowed civil teachings to hold close far distant people, and attuned ritual learning to flag exceptional aims. He moved the county to the central region, and brilliantly dwelt in the heavenly town. He brought together the balance of rime and dew, a single beauty [?] divining on the banks of the Luo. Weaponry repair was more and more lifted up, but there was no leisure time for Ruist teachings.
We, who have inherited the vast line, the lord presiding over the treasured series, ponder modelling after the sagely guidelines, and sticking to honouring previous aspirations. Now Heaven is peaceful and the Earth tranquil, the quarters and corners have no affairs. Can direct the ministers to target and inquire from previous formulas, set up the Sons of State, establish the Grand School, and erect Lesser Schools at the Four Gates.
On bingwu [13 July], Xiao Yan's Dragon-Prancing General and Grand Warden of Pingyi, Yuwen Zisheng, and others, seven commanderies, led each other to adhere within.
On dingwei [14 July], the various states of Shelandanaluo, Shemi, and Biluozhi all dispatched envoys to court to present.
Autumn, 8th Month, xinmao [27 August], the state of Qidan dispatched envoys to court to present.
On jihai [4 September], the King of of Zhongshan, Ying, and the King of Qi, Xiao Baoyin were convicted for the defeat and withdrawal from Zhongli, both cases removed their names to become commoners.
On gengzi [5 September], the various states of Kumoxi, Dangchang, and Tuyuhun dispatched envoys to court to present.
On xinchou [6 September], the people of Dunhuang were starving, opened the granaries to relieve and aid.
9th Month, jiwei [24 September], a decree said:
We, holding the succession and inheriting Heaven, treading the years and taking in hand the threads, moved and corrected the palace ridgepoles, and in a year pervasively returned the remainder. [We have?] elevated and lauded thriving kin, honouring [them?] earnestly already for a long time. The arrayed ministers are gallant intellects, their contributions not yet repaid. It is not what is spoken as merit being recognized, and rewards catching up in due time. Should use the Minister of Works, King of Gaoyang, Yong, as Grand Commandant; and the Prefect of the Masters of Writing, King of Guangyang, Jia, as Minister of Works. The hundred officials are to fully advance in rank one grade.
On gengshen [25 September], the Senior Clerk of Xia province, Cao Ming, planned rebellion, and submitted to execution.
On jiazi [29 September], opened the old road of Xie Valley. The various states of Shule, Chele'aju, Southern Tianzhu, Poluo, and others dispatched envoys to court to present.
On bingxu [21 October], the people of Si province were starving, opened the granaries to relieve and aid.
Intercalary Month, jiawu [29 October], restricted the Dasima Gate that it would not have chariots and horses setting out from or entering it.
Winter, 10th Month, dingsi [21 November], the various states of Gaoli, Banshe, Xiwanjin, Keliuqie, Bisha, Shule, Yutian, and others all dispatched envoys to court to present.
On dingmao [1 December], the August Empress, Ms. Yu, collapsed.
On wuchen [2 December], the state of Shule dispatched envoys to court with tribute.
On gengwu [4 December], the Grand Warden of Huaiyang, Anle[?], used south of the city to rebel.
On xinwei [5 December], the various states of Yada, Bosi, Kepantuo, Kewenti, Bunazhang, Niuzhangti[*] and others all dispatched envoys to court with tribute.
[*: I have, mostly arbitrarily, divided 渴文提不那杖忸杖提 into three-character combinations, as I think one can plausibly infer that it should refer to more than one state. Yada, Bosi and Kepantuo have their own separate sections in the Western Region chapter.]
On yiyou [19 December], buried the Obedient [shun] August Empress at Yongtailing [the “Forever Grand Mound”].
11th Month, dingwei [10 January], forbid rearing mares in Henan. From Jieshi until Jian Pass, east to west 7000 li, set up 22 Commanders-in-Chief.
On jiyou [12 January], the various states of Ayutuo, Heluopan, and Tuobatuluo all dispatched envoys to court to present.
12th Month, wuwu [21 January], decreed that for those soldiers who had drowned or fallen at Zhongli, to remit for one house the land taxes for three years.
On [24 January], the various sates of Tenazhangti, Shaboli, Ashile, and Mozhibo dispatched envoys to court with tribute.[**]
[**Similarly to above I have again just divided 特那杖提莎缽離阿失勒摩致缽 into mostly arbitrary chunks.]
On jiazi [27 January], a commoner of the Ruanruan and Gaoche, Tamogu, led his section to come and surrender.
On dingchou [9 February], the various states of Bolun, Bolifu, Fozhoushan, and Qianda dispatched envoys to court with tribute.
