Il est important de fixer correctement le prix d’une nouvelle propriété car il y a des acheteurs qui attendent que la maison parfaite se présente, c’est pourquoi une évaluation correcte est vitale dès le début. Contrairement à ce que certains pensent, les agents ne choisissent pas les prix pour les vendeurs ou les acheteurs. Cependant, un agent aidera ses clients à faire les bons choix pour eux-mêmes. Les agents vendeurs demanderont aux acheteurs de peser toutes les données qui leur sont fournies et de choisir un prix. Et si vous acceptez de payer un courtier coopérant, vous n’économisez que la moitié de la commission. En plus de n’économiser que la moitié d’une commission, l’acheteur est représenté par un agent immobilier et pas vous. Qui aura le dessus dans les négociations et le processus de vente ?
