OKAY im officially done and oh my god. im so glad i watched way too many kurzgesagt videos abt space and interplanetary expansion and had the sudden urge to rewatch this anime.

it was even better than i remembered and its so nice enjoying it now, 10 (or so) years older than the first time i watched it. its loaded w nostalgia for me, of times that were simpler, but i feel like i needed it now as well. i cried so much when it ended, it was like it was the first time. i feel like i can take something from this and go on, better for it.

yes im gonna say it. KAORU LOOKS SO GOOD SO PRETTY I WANNA DIE I KNEW EXACTLY HOW HE LOOKED POST TIME SKIP BUT IM STILL DEAD

also the fact that howard rly became an actor after that play on the ship.......... it rly was obvious he loved it way too much

bell literally looks the same except hes more buff and hes got that stubble. its okay tho bc he was already cute love u bb (howard is almost the same case, his hair is the same, but he didnt get buff like bell so its like he didnt even grow up LMFAO)

shingo is literally gonna look just like mr. porte as he grows up im losing it. when he talked abt saturn it reminded me of mr. portes story too and i was already crying so much. SHARLA LOOKS ADORABLE i forgot how cute she looked post time skip. i love her so much

i swore lunas hair was longer than this post time skip, but other than that, ya. i didnt remember her work in the ending was restoring earth, but i loved it. its just great, i love all the characters future and im so damn glad i even Happened to see this anime on TV so many years ago bc i dont see it Anywhere on the internet. had i not had access to it back when i had cable tv, i might have never found it at all. so thanks for small miracles.

(ALSO i rly missed doing this kinda thing! i used to be super annoying liveblogging stuff i read and watched way back when LOL but i kinda stopped due to, well, never watching or reading anything, or doing it when im busy so im already rushing to finish everything so i cant even savor it and Be Annoying abt it on the internet. also, my power flickering and turning my pc off when im doing things doesnt help lmfao. i hope ill get to do this again tho -w-)
