Explaining why calvin fischoeder has a crush on bob belcher (SPOILERS FOR NEW EPISODE)

Okay so first and most obvious, his soft spot for bob.

Calvin throughout the series is shown to be a mostly heartless cold person and a bit selfish and evil, but when it comes to bob he changes. Although hes still kinda a bitch, around bob he seems alot nicer. In the april fools episode when bob falls, calvin (unlike what he'd do for anyone else) runs after bob yelling "MY DEAR BOB". Not only does the little nickname give of huge zest fest vibes, he runs after bob as soon as he sees him fall

Calvin shows more emotion near bob than any other character. Of course he rarely shows emotion with his face or body, but voice-wise hes alot more emotional. When hes around other people, he has his classic emotionless voice, but near bob some emotion comes out. When he's mad, he actually sounds mad. When hes happy, you can hear it. This could show that calvin trusts bob the most when it comes to showing emotion.

The fact that he only remembers bob's name out of anyone should be a dead giveaway that he cares about bob more than the other belchers. With linda he mostly calls her "lady bob" or "lady burger". He doesn't even bother to remember his crushes wifes name LMFAOO

of course, we cant leave out calvins "are you going to try to kiss me?" Question towards bob. The situation they were in had no hints of there being anything romantic, and even then no straight man would think of kissing the other man even in that situation. So even then, calvin had to have been thinking of bob kissing him in that situation, which proves my point further
