after talking with my therapist today I now have a new fear that because this cough is so awful and deep and not right that it’s gonna damage my vocal chords 😣

#she said she had to go to speech therapy because of a similar cough are you fucking kidding me #just thinking about when I went to speech therapy in 2015 for a vocal chord dysfunction and the fucking doctor oh my god #she looks at my chart when she walks out and then looks at me after she says my name #the first thing she asks me is ‘do you speak English?’ #like hi what made you fucking think I might not??? #because I have a fucking Mexican last name????? and you fucking suck???? #being mixed is so fun I love it definitely hasn’t caused me undeniable stress and trauma #anyway #it’s fine I’m fine everything is fine #i’m talking
