Hey, hi, greetings from hell I guess

I just wanted to add as little note here for my account that I know everything with Build seems to be imploding (especially on Twitter) (god I hate that place - why I still have my account is as good a guess as yours), but I’m still here for vegaspete and kinnporsche the series, and I’d like my account to be a safe space for anyone that still wants to enjoy the characters, read fic about them, scream about them, etc.

I’ve tried really hard to try and focus on the characters rather than the actors that play them because ultimately they aren’t the same people. And it’s Vegas and Pete that started my brain rot, not Bible and Build. I won’t be focusing on the real life actors on my account but I still support them, both of them, in moving on and doing what’s best for them.

You will never catch me spitting hatred, vitriol or badmouthing anyone on the internet. If you do that you are a bully and if you think you’re defending the ‘innocent’ (whoever you think that is) news flash, you’re still a bully spitting hatred on the internet.

I don’t want to get into who’s ‘innocent’ and who’s not or who’s a ‘bad person’ - the sheer amount of hate and privacy violation indicates to me that it’s not about justice - it’s a hate campaign against a man that you are determined to vilify. I have the hope that he will heal and grow as a better person from this, (I’m not justifying his actions- it’s been clear to me since the beginning that he is not completely innocent in the situation so do with that what you will).

At the and of the day I don’t know him, I will never know him or any of the people involved in this situation. And neither will you.

Maybe its bad timing for me to start writing fic about vegaspete, but oh well, if I’m the only person left in the end, I’m still determined to get my wips out there.

So do come and join me if you still want to but if this fandom does not bring you joy anymore then please leave peacefully, spitting ugly words on Twitter (or on any platform) won’t make you feel better. I promise you.

Koung: Is there any moment when you were looking at the mirror and the person looking back was not you?

Apo: There is.

Koung: What moment was that?

Mile: For me, there were two parts. The first one was when I acted. When I turned into a character, I didn't think that it's me. I'm still a human. I can't be that character 100%. But I didn't feel like myself at that moment, which is good. The second one was when I had to do some mission that society pressured us to do, until I lost myself, so there was a time when I looked into the mirror and I wanted to cry. It was the moment that I felt like there was no me. Frankly, I hate being unfaithful to myself. Between lying and not lying, we humans do lie. I sometimes do that.But being unfaithful to your goal is, I think, very torturous when we're forced to do so. I think being me as the second one, I don't want to be that person, but I've been through that from time to time.

Koung: Apo, looking at the mirror, have you ever seen another person reflecting back?

Apo: Yes, I have. When I was young, actually, a long time ago, I was told to do this, be like this and that. Being like that "was good", and because I was young, I didn't know if it's right or wrong. They were adults so I believed that it was good. I knew deep down, that it wasn't me. But I didn't know how to get rid of it. Everytime I saw myself, like P'Mile, I always wanted to cry. Nowadays, having a chance to go abroad and do things these days, and being surrounded with good people like P'Mile, I'm very happy to see myself today. The one I look in the mirror and see is me. I'll be sad if I can't be faithful to myself because I used to be one. Now I want to be as real as I can to myself in a positive way. And I want to be who I want to be, and do what I want to do. Be the most sincere to myself. This is what I always talk about in every show. Moreover, I've played a role in KinnPorsche and it talks about differences all the time; whether its love, life, everything, which is really beautiful. Just accept and be yourself, whether you're good or bad. I want to encourage people to love themselves as who they are, which I have always talked about.
