Zero Sugar Chickpea Brownie Batter Mousse ▫️ Servings: 1-2 Time: 15 mins Difficulty: easy ▫️ This chickpea brownie batter is light, fluffy, meant to be eaten by the spoonful, and is completely guilt-free! Made with monkfruit sweetener, it is a zero sugar, high protein, and high fiber to satisfy a chocolate craving! ▫️ Ingredients: 🔵 1 cup chickpeas 🔵 1/4 cup natural peanut butter 🔵 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp monkfruit granulated sweetener, or 2 tbsp stevia granulated sweetener 🔵 1/4 cup almond milk 🔵 3 tbsp cocoa powder 🔵 1 tsp vanilla ▫️ Directions: ▫️ ➡ Drain and rinse chickpeas, and pop skins off. ▫️ ➡ Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. ▫️ ➡ Add more sweetener or cocoa powder to taste.
