This schooling bannerfish (Heniochus diphreutes) is one of my favorite specimens from the Natural History Museum of London.
It was treated with dyes that stain bones and cartilage in different colors (red and blue in this case). In case you're wondering how this guy looked like when it was alive, here is a picture [source]

You may recognize him as Gill, the old fish in Nemo's tank. But you would be wrong! Gill is a Moorish idol, and doesn't even share the genus of our guy.
They are quite similar though, so much that our gentlemen is also called False moorish idol. Below you can see that these two species are quite different at a closer look, in pattern distribution, fins shape and also for the distinctive patch on the Moorish's nose. [source]
