#it's not even 8 am yet and I can feel my soul leaving my body #today is going to be utter shit because of how this schedule was set up #and it wasn't even my fault #how does a store manager go on vacation and fuck up the employees that are still here? #and then tell us that if we need help to get in contact with a manager from another store #whose number was never provided #and the other other manager that was supposed to be here from another store never showed up #and one of our managers is out sick #so it's just me and a still fairly new manager running the whole store #with almost NO cashiers or cut counter associates #I have no opening cashier and had no opening cut counter but was expected to still be able to do my job #why would you do this to your employees??? #this is literally why im putting in my two weeks once my sm gets back because im not getting paid enough for this. #anyway #back to our daily scheduled Jojoposting
