#cmo's log #something something the your greatest weakness and strength are the same cliche #az and Crowley worked best when they were being themselves but had faith in each other #like at the beginning of the season when Crowley is wrong #or the end of the last one where he wants to run #but he stays and fights for aziraphale bc he loves him but also bc he’s been staying and fighting his whole existence #as much as he refuses to admit it #but another cliche is az went too far somewhere he can’t follow and assumed a lot about him #just like Crowley had assumed about him #bc they’re also each other’s biggest strengths but also biggest weaknesses. Crowley always though az would figure out when disobeying was #the right thing and az always figures Crowley will do the Good thing and there was a disconnect #bc az doesn’t have all the information. neither does Crowley re: az’s beliefs but #he tried to protect az and it backfired. at some point he missed that line ‘oh I let him rescue me bc he enjoys it’ and Crowley is out there #focused on this sweet pure angel. missing he has teeth but can’t choose right when he doesn’t know all that’s wrong #i meant this to be more cohesive but I have become a feral gay child again #also I’m starting on a mimosa #good omens #good omens spoilers
