legit i think i'm about to lose my mind

i am TRYING to find a way to watch this little Austrian film from 1951. Nowhere says this media is lost, not even IMDB, wikipedia or the German Film Institute.

but i cannot find anywhere that is hosting this film or even a way to buy a copy of it and it's driving me mad honestly 😫

if anyone has any help, the film is "Call Over the Air" (original "Ruf aus dem Äther", West German "Piraten der Berge"). Released in 1951, starring Oskar Werner, Lucia Scharf and Fritz Imhoff.

Any help would be much appreciated
