anon asks 💌 : tips on how to get up in the morning! 💗☀️
waking up in the morning is so icky :( especially when you’re a super sleepy little like me! so here’s some of pumpkin’s tips’! <3

have an alarm set ⭐️
one of the biggest things that help (even though i hate it :<) is alarms!
have as many as you need! usually i just have the one with an obnoxious ring tone attached (the more horrid the better!)
but if i’m extra sleepy / or know i’m up early and i’ve gone to bed super late- i’ll put on around three alarms to make sure i still wake up!

move your phone. 🌙
moving your phone out of reach will physically make you get UP and grab your phone to take it off <3.
both me & daddy have our phones away from our bed (otherwise i’ll be up on tiktok till stupid hours hehe).

have your clothes warm / prepared. ⭐️
if you are still lazy like me and moving your phone won’t keep you awake, you just have to prepare for your lifestyle <3
i.e, if i’m only giving myself twenty minutes before i need to leave, the night before i get my clothes ready, my food ready- anything & everything to let the routine run a lot smoother <3.

small breakfast if busy.🌙
sometimes small is a lot- especially if you don’t eat breakfast in the morning (whoopsie).
even if you grab a banana before you leave for school & work and simply line your tummy! it might help those 10am sickly feelings go away and let you focus on work a lil easier <3

take it day by day ⭐️
but- alas, routines are super easy to fix! and it does take time to perfect the perfect routine that suits you and your lifestyle! <3
so, just take the thing day by day and try to improve a little bit each time. & before you know it, you’ll be enjoying (or simply tolerating) your mornings in no time.

Hhelo I have a question.. is it normal for your cg to physically punish you? Has your daddy ever done that? Mine doesn't hit me but he does pull my hair and It scares me a littyle but I dont want to makes him upset by telling him to stop :(

no- that is not normal, how dare they go against your boundaries like that!
if punishments are involved and incoporated in the dynamic- then they are to be discussed first in lengths between you and your caregiver. & boundries are put in place and formed to make sure both you and your caregiver are happy and healthy.
but punishments should never happen without your consent.
& how dare they act otherwise.
you are completely in the right to tell him to stop- you have done nothing wrong love <3.
never think you're in the wrong for defending your self too, please tell him how it makes you feel please. i dont want your little self being scared to regress in front of them <3.

Hi, I hope you're well.
I wanted to ask if you have any tips on how to get more comfortable regressing in front of people? I feel self conscious regressing in front of my daddy since it's new to him

first of all- i just want to say that each journey of confidence is different, this is just how i slowly began opening up to my daddy.
-> exisiting in the same space as him: my little side was incredibly shy of my daddy at first so to open her up, i would make an effort to just stay in the same place as him so both him & my little side could grow comfortable together.
-> at first it was pretty awkward, i babbled mostly to myself & my daddy was new to it all and didn't want to do anything wrong it case it upset me.
-> but slowly i began doing little thing in the same room as him- such as watching cartoons, colouring, things he could physcially see and comment on to start up a conversation.
-> it is a rocky road as you're both learning each others boundraies and stuff, but i feel like once he reached out to speak to me, i kinda relaxed a little bit and started opening up more. now my daddy can't get me to shut up no matter how hard he tries, teheh.
so just go slow, listen to your little self & i promise you two will be comfortable around each other soon! <3.

i haven't actually used an ouija board before- i'm still to scared to even now, pft. to me- they’re evil evil :3
spirits i've encountered? hm, that's a good question! my family actually think that i'm some sort of psychic as i can pick up on energies very very quickly. all the spirits i've spoken to though or have communicated with have been nice though- aside from one but they had gone through a lot when they were living.
i mainly interact with my deities when i do my witchwork though, not spirits <3.

So my Boyftiend and I watch a show where one of the characters is first seen as though theyre really young. And later you find out that it's a different form they take and i like both for different reasons, (she's smol n adorable and i wanna protect her then she gets strong and fierce and gorgeous and i adore her and i can kinda relate to that)
My boyfriend and i were talking and then he says "yeah i feel weird about age regressed characters like her. I dont really like them"
And it kinda stung? And hurt? And i havent been able to regress properly since and don't really try around him anymore. Idk how to bring it up to him or if i shouldnt bother and just try to regress alone, its not like i actively need a caregiver, itd just be nice to be able to do it without having to hide it.

well it's completely up to you love and what you're comfortable with, that's all i'm concerned about <3. maybe he is just viewing age regression from a clouded window? we all know what normies think of age regression and their sick & twisted perception of it- so maybe he's commenting on that and not age regression itself (if that makes snese).
but if you're not comfortable bringing it up then that's okay too! we can just work around it. you could plan your little time for when he's at work or for when you're not together <3. you have an entire community here too that will support you until you're ready to do anything <3.

Bad appetite again… My mom thinks it’s the meds. I made myself a whole meal and could barely eat it. Been dealing with bad dreams too and I’m worried the meds are causing it, if that’s even something meds can do…

if it's badly affecting you though, i would suggest asking a doctor to alter your mediciation and find one that could suit your body and your bodies needs a little bit better <3.

dark-green leafy vegetables like watercress and curly kale
cereals and bread with extra iron in them (fortified)

Hello 👋 I suffer from terrible anxiety attacks lately that make me feel like I can't breathe. I have this feeling that I'm choking and can't get any air in my lungs. I decided to write down some things that help me in the worst moments and I thought ,,why not post them here in case anyone else might need it?"
Here are things I do that help me with nervous shortness of breath:
First and most important thing: calm down.
Sometimes this feeling comes out of nowhere and it is difficult to locate its cause. Try to stay calm! Panic only makes it worse. If you're panicking really bad you might start to feel how your muscles tense up and kind of squish everything inside of you. Your head might start to hurt and your vision can get blurry. If you're in a really bad state like this and you can't seem to calm down here's what I'd recommend to do 👇
\→ try thinking about your favourite thing like a favourite colour/movie etc. but when you're thinking about it try to describe everything in EXTREME detail. For example: my favourite show is Sherlock BBC and my favourite character is Mycoft Holmes who's Sherlock's older brother. He's a middle aged man with short dark hair etc. Saying it out loud helps a lot.
\→ I've realised recently that an adrenaline shock can really help when you're panicking really bad so my recommendation is a cold shower. Turn the water as cold as it can get and jump in. This gives you kind of a shock wave and your body will hopefully kind of ,,reset". Now you're mad because you're cold but the panic should be over.
\→ if you're afraid that ,,what if I'm actually suffocating and I should go to the hospital?" Stay calm!!! I've been in ER many times because of my breathing but everything had always turned out to be just fine. What you're gonna do is try to find a pulse oximeter if you have one and if you don't check if your phone has a function of checking your blood oxygenation level. You should find it in a system health app. Remember to remove any nail polish you have on one of your fingers before the test! If your oxygen percentage is above 94% you're most likely not suffocating and have to calm down. Soon everything should go back to normal.
Now you might be wondering... ,,Why is it happening?"
Humans have something called autonomic nervous system which controls our heart rate and blood pressure, breathing, salivation etc. The most important thing is it can not just stop working out of nowhere. You can have a feeling like you're suffocating or your heart isn't working right but try to stay calm. It's probably just your stress that makes you feel this way. The more you think about it the worse it gets. Your nervous system can be calmed through stress and tension-reducing activities such as exercise, including stretching, yoga, and meditation. It's nothing dangerous when you know how to deal with it :)
But how to breathe properly in this situation?
👇
Inhale - 5 seconds
Hold - 5 seconds
Exhale - 9 seconds
Repeat until you've calmed down.
Try distracting yourself!
Thinking about it will only make it worse so it's best to distract yourself. Personally taking with my friends or family members really helps. Try to do something that causes your breathing to go in ,,autopilot" mode. Singing or talking might help - you kind of start to breathe automatically when you're speaking. Try eating something or if you're feeling well enough you can even try to go for a walk. Don't force yourself to do that though if you're still panicking!!! Regulate your breathing manually first using the 5-5-9 method from above.
Fresh air!!!
Open the windows or even go outside. Find yourself a fan. That helps a lot too. Try to lay down on your back and bring your legs to your chest. Tilt your head slightly backwards. This will help clear the airways in your body.
Things to remember
If you don't have any basis to think that cause of your shortness of breath is related to any illness don't panic! It's most likely caused by stress. It can be sudden and have no particular cause but as long as your oxygen level is above 94% you're fine. Try to calm down!!! Distract yourself and try not to overthink it. Use the 5-5-9 method to regulate your breathing. Remember it's nothing dangerous when you know how to handle it, and as I hope - now you do :)

Oh my god oh my god oh my god!!!!!!! I have to share this with more than one person!!!
You know the lalaloopsy dolls? They also had a tv show (kinda) and a YouTube web series!
I just got one of the expensive dolls from an op shop (thrift store) AND SHE HAS ALL HER PIECES!!!!!! Including all her hair accessories (she's a silly hair doll) her pet and even her 'How To Play' instructions!!!! And elastic bands!!!!!! She's Jewel Sparkles if you'd like to google or you know the dolls/characters!
I'm still so excited about her!!!! I also have an Ember Flicker Flame but she doesn't have her pet :( (I also got her at an op shop!)

Any tips on recognizing when you're in a headspace / partial headspace? I sometimes notice that I act little around my sister and i dont really want to since she doesnt know anything about that sort of stuff. It's really nice to be partially little around her but i just wish i had more control
Any idea how to keep up the partial littlespace but still recognize it and be in control so you dont out or embarrass yourself? :/

hmm, good question little one! <3
when i was learning how to control mine, i would note down any time i would regress involuntary. i would make a note of what made me regress and why. once you've done it for a bit, you'll start to notice a bit of a pattern which will then help you have ammo to stop/or control it a little bit better <3.
i will say though that it does take practice! so don't get any or upset at yourself if it doesn't work first time around! <3
