#i had some issues the past week💀 #suddenly decreased tolerance #as in a week earlier i wouldnt even feel one beer bc of tolerance #but since last friday suddenly id get unpleasant drunk (sleepy and a bit nauseous) from just one #and i have no fucking idea why #maybe bc i had headaches and was taking 2 ibuprofen daily #but alcoholicsanonymous told me its a warning and i probably have to quit immediately for a bit #i have no idea whats going on. the past few days i was convenced to try a LITTLE of alcohol abd each time id have to stop immediately or #i felt id get sick #but today i had my first beer in a week (took it very slow and careful) and i feel fine. yippee #ofc im gonna take it much slower (and limit my drinking more) but im in the middle of exams so having NO 'decompress' thing sucked ass #personal #alcohol cw #idk whats up with this💀💀
