When you practice this asana, your body posture looks like an inverted V. Just as half mouth reshaping is practiced. "Dolphin Yoga" is also performed in the same way. The only difference is that while practicing this asana, the palms have to be kept close to the elbows from the floor. And the head rests on the ground.
