canceling my therapy appointment today because I simply do not like my therapist ❤

#he's just bad at his job dude #he treats me like I don't know anything about therapy despite the fact that I've been in therapy for 7 years... #last appointment I told him I was feeling sad and lonely like I'm in 7th grade and nobody wants to sit with me at lunch #and he was like well why do you care if people like you you can't control that tell me what makes you feel not lonely #like huh? what kind of shitty base level unhelpful psychology bullshit is that #he's always so surprised that I'm Self Aware and know what my needs and my trauma are like yeah man cuz I've been in therapy for 7 years? #it all just drives me Insane its literally worse for my mental health to have sessions w him lmao #and I would just stop all together but then my clinic will stop filling my perceptions 🥰 #I just need to find a whole new clinic to go to because my medical doctor is a fucking nightmare too #when I asked to get treated for my back pain she said 'if you had crawled in here I'd be more concerned but you look fine to me' so. yknow. #anyway this has been your unscheduled ben tag vent session live and light #ghost posts #text #not mdzs
