#my mom has a cold so I am taking care of her #im slowly catching said cold #i cook the entirety of thanksgiving dinner myself #we are inviting my brother to dinner which is stressful in itself #this means the heightened possibility of a fight that I will have to get in the middle of #last time my brother and dad fought I had to stop it #and this triggered an anxiety attack which then triggered one of the worst migraines I've had in my life #my dog is sick and I have to wait until tomorrow to contact the vet #and they are closed most of this week because of thanksgiving #so i dont know when I will be able to take him in #i think he has kidney stones but I'm not positive #when I'm stressed i forget to eat which makes me feel like shit too #i have to force myself to eat because I never have an appetite when i'm stressed #i have felt consistently anxious for the last few days and i know it wont be over until thanksgiving is over and my dog is okay #rant #personal #why do stressful things always come in threes #delete later
