I really like how human and flawed characters skins are in this game. The deep scars on Wyll's face, the visible viens and circles on Astarion's eyes. Gale's discolouration around his left eye because of the orb.

The visible pores and pigmentation on Shadowheart's skin, the scar across her face too.

Jaheira's and Minthara's very visible wrinkles and aged skin, Minthara's small and thin lips.

The dots and moles on Karlach's face. The sever scarring of her shoulders.

It genuinely feels like real actual skin, the same skin I see when I look at the mirror. All these characters are insanely beautiful with it, not despite it but alongside it for how real and alive it makes them look.
