I THINK I GOT OVER MY NAIL BITING HABIT

I AM REALLY PROUD OF MYSELF

#i think my nails are the longest they've ever been! #which is saying a LOT because they aren't long at all #but i can tap stuff and it makes noise from my nails now :] #to start trying to stop i just painted my nails A LOT #whenever i would pick it off/it would fall off i repainted them #and that happened often because i dont have topcoat... or a base coat #but then to test myself i went without polish for a while and i still didn't bite my nails!!! #i have nail polish on again (left hand orange .. right hand hot pink) #i am just very proud of myself for not biting my nails for so long! i haven't even been tempted to! #im still trying to stop putting them in my mouth at all though haha #and trying to not pick my nail polish #i think a topcoat would help with that haha #just make it less possible #self love
