I only slept three hours last night and its been hmmm 19 hours since I last consumed an item of food send help

#it be me #my meds were interfering a bit last night #but also i was just being stupid #tw but my housemate was sent to the hospital after cutting herself real bad #and so i was also waiting up a little to hear back what was happening to her #not that i had to #but i wanted to yaknow #we were alright friends before we moved in together so its tough watching her go through thjs #but i feel like im not close enough to her to actually do anything to help #all i can do is be here #she doesnt want me to see her when shes down #anyway it threw me off my rhythm #not that im blaming her more blaming myself for not being able to do more to help her out #all i could do was wash the blood out of her pants and mop her bathroom floor #and now today my adhd hasnt wanted to let me eat anything #so thats been fun too #tw mental health #tw ed stuff #idk if its actually an eating DISORDER but its sure disordered eating #if you get to the bottom of these tags then man im so sorry this is for the void
