anyone else haunted by the shame of goodness they did not deserve to receive or is that just me

#this isn't abt thinking u don't deserve good things or kindness this is abt me being a girl's only friend in elementary school #and abandoning her for these other girls (who bullied me for yrs) #and years after she had left the school i ran into her again bc he lil sister was in my dance company #and she always treated me like nothing ever happened and we were still friends every time we would cross paths at performances #and it rlly.........truly abashed the devil stood and felt how awful goodness is or whatever #anyway she just walked into the library and asked me a question at the desk but idk if she recognized me or not #she still loves pokemon apparently </3 #noise pollution #i have one great sin in my life and it's abandoning her like that.
