Do cats always treat bathroom time as a communal activity or is my friend's cat just a freak I'm only half joking

#i have not peed or showered in peace for DAYS #and his litterbox is in the bathroom so i cant shut him out yknow #i dont actually care. hes a cat. yknow. its just weird to me??? #not having had pets growing up. and the bathroom being my default go to hide place as a teen #why is there another creachure here. why am i being judged by his stupid face #/s but also. truly it does feel a lil weird
