me yesterday: oh i’m going to take a break today from working and unpacking cause i’m a bit sore.  tomorrow will be full speed ahead again!  i might even try out a new church

me today, utterly exhausted at 9am because i slept somehow wrong on my right side and now my right shoulder not only all but refuses to work but also is in massive pain: welp, sherbet and tea with milk for breakfast.

Lime Punch

Serves 20

This punch has a light green color as it contains lime sherbet!  It also makes it sweet which is toned down by the addition of limeade.

Ingredients

1.5 quarts or 6 cups of lime sherbet

1 (12 ounce) can of limeade

1 (2 liter) bottle of lemon-lime soda

Garnish: lime slices (optional)

Directions:

Put four cups of the lime sherbet and a can of the limeade into a large punch bowl.  Let them defrost a little and then pour into the punch bowl 1 bottle of the lemon-lime soda. Stir.  When you hand out the glasses of the punch add some of the lime sherbet that was reserved.  It will float on the top and make the glass look pretty.

Serve and enjoy!

Note:

If serving this punch at Christmas time you can add red sanding sugar to the glasses and add some frozen cherries to the punch.  The cherries will make the punch stay cold without diluting it like ice would.

This punch is suitable for any gathering as it contains no alcohol.

For instance in this fan adventure AU the hemospectrum is pastel and have different names to refer the colors (Cherry, Orange Sherbet, Lemonade, Key Lime Pie, Limeade, Mint, Cotton Candy, Blue Raspberry, Blueberry, Grape, Taffy and Bubblegum)

Also like how Jade bloods are vampires some blood castes are also other things. Castes in this AU also have different powers.

Cherry: Pyrokinesis (Fire manipulation)

Orange Sherbet: Nothing :(

Lemonade: Ekectrokinesis

Key Lime Pie: Can change their blood colors

Limeade: Sky dwellers. Plant manipulation, Plant communication, animal communication

Mint: Daystalker Werebeasts (Werewolves)

Cotton Candy: Hydrokinesis, Mermaids (sea dwellers)

Blue Raspberry: Cryokinesis

Blueberry: Rainbow Drinkers (vampires)

Grape: Fairies.

Taffy: Crystallokinesis, telekinesis

Bubblegum: Rainbow Eaters (Ghouls)
