So we have Dream “I’m around 6’3 but I just round down to 6’2 as to not disappoint anyone in case I’m not actually 6’3” wastaken and George “I’m 5’10 but I compromise with 5’9 since all my friends insist I’m 5’8”, and then we have Sap “I’m 5’10 (is possibly legit 5’6*) Nap.
my conclusion? Sapnap is the only cishet in the friend group. Boo yah.

No George was always confirmed to be 5’8-5’9 and Sapnap was lying the whole time. So Sapnap is probably around 5’7 and George right where we thought

Hello and good evening/morning, I have this silly question. So I read and saw that some people say you might struggle in f2 when you are too small. Like Lando was too small for example and he said he had some injuries. Was it due to his smaller body back then in comparison to other drivers? How was it for George to drive in Mercedes if he is taller than Lewis? Do we know? If it's too complicated or impossible to ask please ignore this x

I saw this message last night and thought what a great question, started answering it and fell asleep so I’m sorry it’s a bit late.
So in terms of drivers being too small for their cars, you are right it usually happens in junior formulae as the chassis is standard for all teams. I’m regards to Lando I know that in Formula Ford the team had to redesign the steering column and pedal assembly bringing it all forward because he was too short for the car, which made the car harder to handle because the steering column would literally bend under the loads. In Junior formulae the drivers need to be quite strong to control the cars and as Lando was quite small he didn’t necessarily have it as easy. I wouldn’t say any injuries are due to him being smaller as he would still be belted in enough to stop him moving around it was just likely harder to drive the car because of the adjustments.
Single seater cars require a good amount of upper body strength to control them, especially with some of the high speed corners and typically when you are smaller you might struggle, one of the reasons why Yuki Tsunoda was able to do it is because he is that bit broader despite his height.
In terms of George’s trip in the Mercedes, he was too big for the car, essentially the designers will design the footwell of the car to be as small and as narrow as possible and just fit in the regulations as well as the proportions of their drivers, both Valtteri and Lewis are like 5’8/5’9 (sorry I don’t know this in cm) whilst George is 6’1/6’2, quite a lot taller, and his feet were longer too.
Surprisingly he didn’t report that his legs were too long, but they likely were and were a bit bunched up, but his main issue was his feet being too long, so they had him wear race boots a size too small to be able to cram his feet into the footwell, which sounds incredibly uncomfortable. Also if you look at footage you can see that he is sitting higher in the car than Lewis and Valtteri with his head almost poking above the halo and partially covering the air intake of the engine.

It wouldn’t have been comfortable for George to drive the Mercedes in Sakhir but I don’t think that really mattered to him, he likely would have finished that weekend a bit battered and bruised though.

Hellooooo everyone!!! I figured I should make a few Headcanons for George here so everyone knows what they’re getting in to if they decide to interact with me!!!! Have fun!!!!
General HCs
• George is small, at least compared to a lot of the others, as he is only about 5’8-5’9
• Because he is this size, people love to pick him up and lug him around places, and he can’t stand this, he squeals every time he’s picked up, and kicks and squirms until he gets put down. There are very few people that he will willingly let pick him up sometimes
• George likes affection quite a lot, he’ll never pass up the opportunity for a hug or some kind of contact with another person
• He is colorblind, and the others tease him about it fairly often, as they know it doesn’t really bother him, no matter how annoyed he pretends to be
• George is very sensitive to loud noises, they cause him a lot of pain, and sometimes cause him to panic, especially loud noises that have a physical rumble or something that goes along with them, like fireworks and stuff, it makes his heart sink and it feels like the sounds is causing his body to explode
• Generally plays up his grumpiness all the time, mostly to get other’s attention
• Tries to comfort people if they need it, but he always feels kind of awkward about it, never really knowing what to do or if what he’s doing is right
General Tickle HCs
• George is a 55/45 lee/ler switch, so almost completely 50/50, but a tiny bit lee leaning
• He uses the stoplight safeword system
• Not generally able to say tickle, only when he’s ler. If he has to say it when he’s lee, he can’t do it, he blushes so bad, and squirms around and does everything in his power to not have to say it
• He can’t stand teasing, the actual tickling gets him worse, but the teasing adds a little spice to the experience, and it flusters him quite bad
Lee HCs
• Absolutely can’t say tickle unless he is ler!!! If he’s made to, he’ll whine about it and make it seem like he said it but really try to fake out or do some kind of trick to make his not have to actually say it
• George is absolutely okay with asking for tickles. He’s not embarrassed at all, he will march right up to someone if he is in bad enough of a mood and just blurt out “I want to be tickled!” Without a second thought, and just flop out and expose his spots to the other person
• He much prefers teasing the person into tickling him though, dressing in revealing clothing like crop tops or tank tops and shorts and wearing cute, fuzzy socks, and just stretching out, and reaching for high things, or laying his feet in somebody’s lap, all while giving them teasing glances and smirks as if to challenge them
• He’s okay with restraints, they aren’t his favorite all the time, he’d prefer to be pinned, but sometimes they’re nice if they want to add a little extra security or make it worse for him
• He’s actually fairly good at the keep your arms up game, he tries to make it a challenge for people to try and get him to bring them down, and he loves playing that game with anyone he can con into playing it with him
• He absolutely can’t stand tickle games otherwise. Don’t get me wrong he absolutely loves and adores them, but they drive him crazy, and he’s so bad at them
• He blushes. A LOT
• He blushes down to his arms sometimes
• Dream and Sapnap know him and his ticklish places best, as they’ve tickled him a lot through childhood and as they’ve been growing up
• Dream and Sapnap have picked up on all his tricks, so he doesn’t get away with anything with them
• Loves receiving punishment tickles
• It’s pretty easy to tell if he’s in a lee mood, he’s very squirmy, and acts all grumpy and mad, and is annoying everyone on purpose just to get attention and what he wants
• He has a very loud laugh, it’s pretty boisterous and kind of high pitched, but it really shows off how much fun he’s having really well
• He’s quite a big fan of aftercare, absolutely wants cuddles and affection and all of their care and attention afterwards. Loves to be spoiled and taken care of after a more intense tickling
Ler HCs
• He’s a super fun ler, he just has the absolute most fun tickling people, and he tries his best to make sure everyone involved has a good time
• He tries his best to get to know his lee and what they like best and what makes them uncomfy as soon as possible, because he wants to make sure he does the right thing and make sure everyone has fun
• He mostly enjoys playful tickling, but he can be a bit more ruthless sometimes
• REVENGE TICKLES
• He gets tickled a whole lot because he’s the smallest, and he’s easy to get to, and pin down, and he’s just overall the easiest to wreck, so everyone just tickles him all the time, it’s like he never catches a break, so when he’s in a ler mood, he enacts his revenge on those who have gotten him quickly and precisely
• He has an eye for detail, so even the most minute changes in laughter or squirming or anything at all, he’ll pick up on it, and he’ll get it down to the exact spot within centimeters that gets the lee the worst in an area
• He particularly loves tickling Dream and Sapnap the most since that’s a lot who he hangs out with and they’re best friends
• Dream and Sapnap have been tickling him a lot and teaming up on him since they were little kids, but that also means he’s gotten his fair share of tickling them a lot too
• He’s pretty big on anticipation, but he prefers verbal teasing more
• He’ll try to see just how wound up he can get the lee before even touching them, before finally going in for the kill
• He absolutely laughs at his lees, not with them, at them, and mocks their position playfully, telling them just how bad they’re going to get it and how they can’t do anything about it
• He adores giving punishment tickles too! They’re his second favorite next to playful ones!
• He is big on giving his lee aftercare, he makes sure they’re all comfortable as they are winding down, and is a very acts of service love language kind of person! He’ll do anything for the lee while they’re recovering, get them anything they need, and won’t let them lift a finger
Spot HCs
• Ribs— 10/10 (this is his absolute worst spot, he can’t stand it here, his ribs are like a goldmine of laughter, once it starts, nothing can stop him. He’ll push his arms down as hard as he can to protect this spot, even if your hands are already there and he can’t do anything about it)
• Feet— 10/10 (very very close second in terms of spots. He will do anything in order for you not to get his feet, he can’t stand that they’re so hard to protect, he feels like he’s never going to get out of it once his feet are in someone else’s hands. He absolutely screams at this spot, and it causes him to fight really hard against it, even though we all know he wants it)
• Thighs— 10/10 (extremely close third as a worst spot. This spot makes him kick like crazy, and it drives him absolutely crazy. Squeezing them is like a death sentence to him, and he cackles at it, and just the threat of you getting his thighs will make him do whatever you want. He considers this his most embarrassing death spot, but it’s also his favorite death spot)
• Underarms— 9/10 (this spot causes him to squeal, it’s extremely sensitive, and because it is usually so easily protected, he finds it terrible when people actually get through to it. He’ll do whatever he can to protect the spot)
• Hips— 9/10 (George is so embarrassed by this spot. Threatening to get his hips will cause him to fall into a mad blush, and he’ll squirm around and shake his head and plead with you not to. All of this, only because he’s embarrassed by his cute little snort spot. This spot causes all kinds of snorts to escape him, and he can’t stand it)
• Neck— 8/10 (This spot makes him giggle like crazy, all high pitched and childlike. This spot makes him scrunch up really bad, and he can’t stand not being able to protect it, as it makes him sound all squeaky when it’s attacked)
• Knees— 8/10 (not too terrible of a spot, makes him laugh pretty hard, but not nearly as bad as some of the others. Scribbling behind his knees gets him absolutely terrible here, and squeezing makes him squeal at each squeeze)
• Bellybutton— 7/10 (George can’t stand this spot. He gets soooooo embarrassed by it, for the same reason he gets embarrassed by the rest of his stomach getting tickled. This spot makes him hiccup when it’s tickled, and he finds that to be super flustering)
• Stomach— 6/10 (George yet again, gets very embarrassed by this spot, as it makes him hiccup terribly, little squeaky noises coming out at every scribble, poke, or squeeze. It’s not quite as ticklish as his bellybutton, but only by a tiny bit)
• Sides— 4/10 (George’s sides are a good place to start when tickling him, as they aren’t super sensitive, but they do make him giggle. It’s a great warm up for him, and he does like this spot, and he can take it for quite a while without it getting too bad for him. A good place to take a break at as well)
• Ears— 2/10 (George’s ears make him giggle like crazy, he tries to scrunch his shoulders to protect them, but rarely has any luck with that. Extremely soft sensations work best here, and it makes him very squeaky, and also quite compliant)
• Back— 2/10 (George’s back is one of his least sensitive spots, but it is one of his favorites. This is a melt spot for him, and really helps him calm down in situations where it’s needed. He relaxes any time this spot is tickled, and it makes him let out the sweetest, softest giggles)

My oc’s aka too long of a gd post
The “BL” Crew (does not stand for boys love I’m just a moron who made that abbreviation before knowing what it stands for). My main crew and main series, a lot is a big WIP right now as I’m slowly redoing the first book and all the lore. Why? I love torture. Book is fantasy type but I won’t specify what.
Lacie, the protagonist. God tier idiot, bisexual bipolar depressed MESS, insomniac, former theater kid, doesn’t know what she wants out of life but currently it is not This(plot of book). Hot headed, impulsive, crude, rude, Mommy IssuesTM, would rather be taking a nap right now, rules are made to be broken, absolutely fucking FERAL, more bags under her eyes than the airport lost and found. 5’5, 130lbs, Aries, age 18, white as shit like literally the whitest human you have ever seen, strawberry blonde hair in a 2011 Hayley Willaims haircut with long bangs, the darkest brown eyes you’ve ever seen that stare directly into your soul. Lanky, no curves, body of a 12 year old boy but works out so she can and will kick your ass and thats a threat. Not human?
Josh. Soft boy, smart, Lacie’s cousin and only friend for like the first 18 years of her life, autistic anxious mess who’s special interest is anchient egyptian history, is in honors classes, despises math, passes out when his girlfriend looks too cute, just needs a hug. Can eat a whole carton of easy mac if left alone, whole wardobe is the same outfit just different colors/hoodies, sensory issues, seriously can someone give this guy a hug. 5’9, 150lbs, Pisces, age 18, mixed (half whatever flavor of white Lacie’s family is [they don’t even know its just some scandanavian shit and irish], and half mexican on his mom’s side), medium olive skin with freckles and moles, dark chocolate brown hair that’s a bit of a 2009 Beiber cut, warm brown eyes, not beefy, a lil thicc and self concious about it but squishy boys are GOOD. Gets bit by a werewolf so now he is one his mood on it is “thats a lot to unpack but let’s just throw the whole suitcase away”.
Zander. There is not one braincell in this man, himbo KING, pansexual dumbass with undiagnosed ADHD, no impulse control, head empty and full at the same time, PTSD, his fashion sense should be an actual crime, gets in fights to feel something, basic requirements for him to be attracted to you: kick his ass. Drinks his respect women juice, sees a folding table and must immediately launch himself on it, chaotic, cannot drive a car and will not, food aggression and eats enough for 3 people but never gains weight which is ILLEGAL, him and Lacie may be a couple.....but in this house we stan slow burn, he talks in caps and every sentence either ends with a question mark or exclaimation point, likes romcoms. 6’2, 190lbs, Sagittarius, age 19, austrailian roots and has the accent but is from [REDACTED FOR STORY REASONS], white, dorito shaped with long legs, blueish black hair that’s long and messy, dark navy eyes that match his hair, bigass neck scar from [REDACTED]. Not human
Peter. Gay dad friend who is TIRED of having to be in charge of a bunch of teenagers, only one with full functioning braincells, lowkey a genius who loves engineering, mixes magical technology with human technology because he likes to play god, is he ever sober? No one knows, will kill for a bottle of single malt, his fashion sense? Tastefully expensive suits perfectly tailored. Likes building his own weapons that no one else knows how to even use, generally non-threatening but can get scary if needed. 6’4, 140lbs string bean man, Scorpio, age 179 but looks early 30s, I know I said Lacie is the whitest human but he’s even paler like a literal sheet of paper with scandanavian roots/ancestors were vikings or some shit, blonde hair styled like 2013 Brendon Urie lmfao, light crystal blue eyes. He’s a vampire and was born one.
Danielle. Tiny, sweet, queen of girls supporting girls, comments on all her friends instagram posts with 20 emojis, LOVES fashion and has a wardrobe that would make anyone jealous, oozes feminine energy, only child and parents are in love still, gets exactly 8 hours of sleep each night and wakes up looking like a disney princess. Just because she is small and cute doesn’t mean you should underestimate her she WILL fuck your shit up. Quiet when angey which is terrifying. Josh is her bf and she loves him so much but also loves teashing the shit out of him. Legally cannot cuss, polite, used her high heels as a weapon once, speaks like 5 languages because studying them is her hobby, gardens, hugs everyone. 5’0, 110, Taurus, age 18, mixed (half french-american, half Korean-american), glowy skin always, PETITE frame aka the friend everyone can pick up when they hug, long past her waist curly brown hair, bright green eyes. She’s not fully human as she has fae blood in her and this gives her the ability to talk to and control plants. Flower crowns for everyone
Becca. Theater kid who would die to sing in Wicked and has the vocal range to do so, cannot wait to graduate and go to her dream college which she got into and a scholarship, closeted lesbian bc her whole giant family is extremely catholic and she feels like not dealing with it, “no boys allowed in bedroom” rule is her favorite joke, chill, middle child of 5 siblings and just wants some peace and quiet for ONCE. Her fashion sense is “I’m dropping subtle hints I’m gay but only to other gays”, has a black belt and took self defense classes. 5’6, 145lbs, Virgo, age 18, Latina (cuban and mexican mix), darker brown skin with light freckles over her nose, athletic build, eyebrows on POINT, bright caramel eyes, short light brown hair cut in a bob, has a tiny nose stud, always wears a blue friendship bracelet her gf made her. Human
Anika. Calling her a bitch/slut is a compliment, bisexual, a bit of a mean girl but she grows out of it give her time!!! Is always Too Much, the horny friend, favorite color is red so thats almost all of her outfits, loves to show off her body as much as she can because she’s hot and knows it and thrives in her own confidence. Her mom is literally like Regina George’s mom from Mean Girls but married a rich man 20 years older than her, Anika doesn’t know her bio dad but thats fine neither does her mom and her step dad is nice and does his best to be a dad. Becca’s gf, always hanging out at her home so Becca can get some quiet because Anika’s an only child and has a pool. 5’9, 135lbs, Gemini, age 18, white, long layered dark reddish brown hair, teal-blue eyes, swimmers body type (I normally do not mention bust size but she would want the internet to know she was blessed with big bahoogles so there you go), can sprint in heels. Half mermaid (boy was that a surprise considering her mom doesn’t know who her father is LOL)
Rex. Nb uses they/them he/him pronouns but honestly will respond to any, goth lite, only attracted to men and ace, can read minds so knows all your secrets, mischevious little shit, great friends with Zander and enjoys his dumbass thoughts and that he’s basically a human version of Jackass, wears too many rings, goth boots for kicking and fashion babey, always has the freshest memes and will not hesitate to roast in the group chat, hangs with the girls most of the time. Chaos god who loves making art, be gay do crime, skateboard and spraypaint. 5’8”, 165lbs, Leo, age 18, Native American, masculine frame, dark brown skin, blue eyes, firetruck red shoulder length hair that’s usually in a ponytail, knock-off gucci sunglasses just for judging their friends. Has magic in their blood so not entirely human and can cast spells and shit (don’t roast me its a wip and I’m doing my research)
Sam. Boho goddess, aromantic, makeup and nails are always instagram worthy, quiet and stoic type but losens up around close friends, Rex is her best friend, has some trauma and doesn’t want to talk about it, emotionally numbed out a bit and wants to purely vibe. Has seen some of the worst parts of humanity and wishes she hadn’t, finds no point in being bitter or resentful though because that won’t change anything, loves cats and once she moves out shes adopting one or three. Has wine aunt energy. 5’4, 200lbs PLUS SIZE QUEEN, Scorpio, age 18, Filipino (her parents are immigrants fun fact!), really olive skin sometimes has a grey/green tinge to it, dark brown almost black shoulder length hair, gold-hazel eyes. Sam’s the victim of a family curse that requires her to consume human hearts to survive, she can transform into a pretty scary looking being and uses this curse to hunt down pedoph*les, r*pists, murderers, and abusers. The less often she feeds the less human she looks, hence the constant grey/green tinge to her skin. 
Andy. Baby of the group, must be protected at all costs, 100% didn’t sign up to be in a friendgroup of 90% monsters but highkey loves it, trans, bi, anxiety MAXED, just wants to draw comics and cosplay spiderman, has to babysit his two younger sisters a lot because his parents are....not great, and as a result now knows all the lines to Tangled and The Little Mermaid. Big nerd energy, has to draw on everything including homework, gets inspiration for comics from his friends, awkward and socially anxious, drinks way too much tea and will accidentally steal your pens. Fears include: crowds, thunder, tall angry men, tiny spaces. Just trying his best. 5’2, 100lbs BEANPOLE BOY, Leo, age 16, white (irish and scottish roots), freckles absolutely EVERYWHERE, orangey red hair thats in desperate need of a haircut, chocolate brown eyes, braces, chronic nail biter. Human and kinda wishes he wasn’t.

I’m a junior in high school who just last season could barely dunk. I sat on the bench all last year and was only on the team because I was tall. I had only ever dunked once in my entire life.
Then I did Vert Shock and now I average a couple dunks a game and even dunk on defenders. I’m also a starter on the team and have won multiple dunk competitions!
This year our team went on to win the Utah state championship. I had one dunk in the quarter finals, 2 dunks in the semi finals, and a career high of 4 dunks in the state championship game!!!

Let me explain…
First, look at this picture of me in 9th grade.
Here I was, 14 years old… 6 foot 4. 
You’d think with that height I’d be a star right?
Well guess what…
I rode the freaking bench on my freshman squad. 
Just imagine how that felt…
Being the tallest guy on the team but your coach only subs you in if you have a double-digit lead.
And how could I blame him?
I was weak, had zero explosive ability… and worst of all…
Now when you’re this tall, and you meet someone for the first time, guess what they ALWAYS ask you…
“Wow do you play basketball?”
How do you think it feels when people define you by a sport…
And you aren’t even good at it?!
I’ll never forget one game in particular.
This girl I had a huge crush on came to watch…
And guess what?
I sat square on the bench for the entire 40 minutes.
My highlight of the night was a few layups during halftime warmups…
I’ll never forget being so humiliated…
I just wanted to get out there and prove myself.
So I went home that night defeated… but determined.
Over the next 6 months, I must have spent a thousand hours looking up everything I could on vertical jump training…
I tried absolutely everything I could find.
Box jumps…
Squats…
Calf raises…
Those funny jump shoes…
Air alert…
Ankle weights…

But none of it actually worked.
I was so close to accepting that NO ONE could improve their vertical…
I figured that maybe it was all genetics, that you’re either born with it or not…
And before I show you this, I need you to understand…
What I’m about to show you is the difference-maker between VERT SHOCK and just about every other jump program on the web…
It’s the ‘secret sauce’ behind my 3-step system…
And it’s going to really piss a few people off.
Especially those YouTubers, who tell you to do box jumps, squats, whatever…
Meanwhile they collect money from ads every time you watch their videos.
Trust me, they DON’T CARE if you ever dunk…
In fact, in their eyes it’s probably better if you don’t.
Just think about it: if you finally dunk, then you stop looking up their videos…
And then they stop getting paid!
I’m seriously so sick of it.
Because over the past 10 years, I’ve spent very close to 10,000 hours refining this method.
And I know the REAL way to get you up above the rim… it all starts with targeting specific muscles in your legs.
So right now, for the first time ever, I’m going to reveal this publicly.
Anyways here it goes…
That night I found a link to a scientific journal study.
And it wasn’t any ordinary study, it detailed a secret, Russian training technique which proved…
“Athletes… can… improve their strength and explosiveness while working to become more agile… in as little as 6 weeks.”
I was skeptical when I came across this. 
Could you really improve your explosiveness in 6 weeks?
Was I really doing it all wrong?
So I put it to the test…
And here’s what I discovered…
Because it trains a unique subset of your muscle tissue which we call your ‘elastic fibers’.
And without getting into too much deep science they’re essentially the muscle fibers that turn your legs into rubber bands.
When you bend your legs, tension builds up…
And when you extend them it releases…
It’s all very simple…
The only way to increase your maximum vertical is to target and strengthen your elastic fibers.
Stronger elastic fibers equal more tension which equals a higher vertical.
BUT…
If you don’t train using special exercises, you end up neglecting them…

That’s why you can work SO hard but never see any results in your jump height…
Let me say, if you’re skeptical, remember I was too.
After all – if this Russian workout program was so effective why hadn’t anyone taught it before?
Well there’s a couple reasons for that.
I already told you about the so-called gurus on YouTube dishing out misinformation…
The other reason? Well…
The magic behind training elastic fibers was actually developed by a Russian sports scientist named Dr. Verkhoshansky in the late 1960s…
It’s hard to pronounce so I just call him Dr. Vert, or Dr. V for short…
Dr. V developed the ‘SHOCK’ method to give the Soviet Union an unfair advantage in the Olympic high jump…
He discovered that repetitive training like squats and other ‘usual’ methods had little effect on athlete’s actual jump height.

It wasn’t until he implemented workouts that targeted these elastic fibers that he noticed real results in the athlete’s vertical jump.
This allowed the Soviets to bring home the Olympic high jump medal in 1960…
And 1964…
And 1968…
And 1972…
You get the point.
The Russians dominated the high jump with the SHOCK method…
Anyways, crazy as it all sounds, several scientific studies confirm your elastic fibers are the only way to increase your hops…

All you have to do is follow the routine which began with Dr. V’s work and you have the blueprint to strengthening your elastic fibers…
Which results in a higher vertical jump.
The only problem is…
Dr. V’s research and training regimen is kind of scattered all over the place.
And a lot of it has to be translated from Russian.
There’s even a manual that his younger daughter recently translated into English.
But it doesn’t give you the complete training program.
It took me nearly 6 months just to find everything and go through his journal articles…
Then another 5 years to test and research the methods…
I wanted to find the best approach to gain the most inches on your vertical jump…
I even got a Professional Strength and Conditioning Certification in the process… that’s how deep I was into this stuff!
So as you can imagine, this has kind of been my life for the past 10 years…
And I wanted to put it all into an easy to follow plan.
