"You got help. And I'm proud of you for that. This place is a crucible. Of course you're overwhelmed. You remember you were kidnapped about a month ago, right? This job demands that you recognise the things you can control and the things you can't. You make the best choices you can, then you find a way to forgive yourself so you can move forward"- Harold Cooper

The inner voice.
Our worst enemy.
Can't run from it, can't escape it either. This episode hit a lot closer to home.
And we got to see a different side to Aram that we haven't seen before and Amir Arison did a fantastic job in portraying it all.
We keep living with so many lies we've told ourselves.
The voices take on different masks, creating 'unknown' demons without us consciously permitting them.
They are closer to us than we think, sleeping and waking with us, sometimes a whisper of how you're not good enough or louder as everything is all your fault. We don't realise we are fighting...sigh...
