Amina Ghannam

13-year-old Palestinian Amina Ghannam, who dreamed of becoming a journalist, describes how an Israeli tank drove over and crushed their tin-roofed home in Gaza, trapping her under the collapsed roof for hours alongside her family members.

The attack killed her father and sister, and left Amina suffering from burst blood vessels in both her eyes.

😨 FEARFUL - when scared, do they go into “flight” or “fight”?

Fight for sure

🍟 FRIES - do they order food often? or they prefer to cook their own food?

Oh she always orders food and rarely cooks for herself, when she does it’s like a sandwich or something basic that isn’t really cooking

🌋 VOLCANO - how bad is their temper? is it a slow boil, or a instant explosion?

Her temper can be a little on the intense end, but it’s usually only when she’s poked or prodded about her dad. She’s more likely to snap at a man than a woman. It’s not unusual for her to work herself into a rage or a fight to avoid talking about her emotions.

📸 CAMERA - do they enjoy having their picture taken? what’s their go-to pose? do they like taking photos? what do they take photos of?

Vera loves it. She usually tries to take photos where ever she goes, and per set so she has memories but then she tends to forget. Her usual pose is just a bright ass smile.

🔧 WRENCH - are they good at fixing relationships? or do they tend to avoid doing so?

She’s very bad at fixing relationships and will usually avoid it.

Amina Lambert:

Her instinct is flight but she’s trying to train herself to be more fight

It’s a fifty fifty split. If she’s working a lot she’ll order, but she does try to meal prep and make her own food. 

🌋 VOLCANO - how bad is their temper? is it a slow boil, or a instant explosion?

Super slow boil. She rarely gets angry. Amina doesn’t like confrontation so even if she is mad she’ll internalize it.

📸 CAMERA - do they enjoy having their picture taken? what’s their go-to pose? do they like taking photos? what do they take photos of?

Amina usually avoids being in photos, but she doesn’t stray away from taking photos in cool locations she’s just rarely in them. That being said, her usual pose is being pulled into a photo and a shy tight lipped smiled.

🔧 WRENCH - are they good at fixing relationships? or do they tend to avoid doing so?

Though her stutter gets in the way, she will do anything to fix a relationship. Amina has very few friends and they are all good friends, she cares more than she should and will admit to being the problem in a relationship even if she’s not.

hi taja!! i'm great, how are you? loki's 2nd episode is coming out today and i'm really nervous, tho idk why heheheh it's my ✨intuition✨, ✨gut feeling✨ i guess. well, this week has been great, i met with my sister (we're cousins, but i call her my sister just because). i'm in another city rn, and i'm getting back home in like 4 days... and then i'll see my sister only NEXT YEAR, which means no mcu movies together 😭. we're both marvel fans and idk what i'll do without her, cuz i don't have marvel-friends back home... so what should i do now omg. wkth whom to WATCH movies? ugh BUT WE HAVE TO WATCH THOR 4 TOGETHER, because we need loki and thor to reunite. i hope we'll watch dr. strange too, but we'll see
