hi!!!! yes and no!!

mrs columbo’s first name was never said outright in the show (the same for columbo’s first name), buuuut peter falk did do a celebrity roast for frank sinatra in 1978!

during the roast, he plays as columbo ofc and asks for mr Sinatra’s autograph, asking him to make it out to the missus, before calling her rose!!! honestly coming from Peter falk himself, i take it as word of god, rose Columbo just sounds so cute and fitting. also Columbo has mentioned her sisters before in the show, being called Ruth and Rita so it just truly fits!!

also i know u didn’t ask about Columbo but we see his first name revealed a couple times even if it’s never said outloud..
