i love your charcoal and friday designs, if i can ask why did you choose those names?

good question! i mostly chose them so that they would be similar to their real names so i could (and yall could) remember them easier. i chose charcoal because they aren’t determined as friday– their determination is weak and low like embers in charcoal. i also took some insp of the drawings in chara’s room– i like to think that it was made with charcoal ! 

charcoal is also dead, burned wood and this chara is dead and also a burned cinnamon roll. 

for friday,,, thats a bit more complicated,,,, friday is the end of the week, and what this particular frisk does is end a lot of lives haha. they personally have fun with it and fridays are fun bc the weekend is around the corner!! that day can also be considered unlucky, particularly with seamen because there were legends that if you left on a friday you would be under weight. (that means there would not be enough food for the voyage and you can guess what’s next.) friday is also heavily important in religion; im too tired to talk about that right now so just take a gander at this. 

also friday is tony stark’s new ai after jarvis becomes the vision and i have a love/hate relationship with her jfrnekrkf
