Fanfiction pet peev: when someone is writing drunk characters and it just becomes immensely clear that the writer has never touched a drop of alcohol in their life. Or even been around people who are drunk. Specifically I'm talking about characters at parties or bars. It bothers the fuck out of me. As an alcoholic a bartender and also someone who just knows my shit when it comes to alcohol not to toot my own horn it just irritates me to no end. Like please, people don't actually act like that. Oh my god.
