Seguramente después de estar sobreexpuesto al ruido exterior en forma de series, redes sociales, smartphones y las cotidianidades que llegan unos días más espinosas que otras, apareció la el diálogo de la pastilla de Morfeo, las frases del Conejo de Alicia, la música de White Rabbit de Jefferson Airplane: Una licuadora de elementos gráficos difíciles de juntar en un pedacito que junta al húmero con el radio y el cúbito.⁣ ⁣ Alguna vez aprendía buscar "referencias" y se las compartí a Luisao que además de diseñar publicidad, hace tatús. A little while back, I bought the album "Minecraft - Volume Alpha" by artist c418. At first, I just wanted to download it online, but Minecraft has been such a big part of my life that I decided; Let's buy the whole album. (On the website, c418 sells it for 6$, I paid 10 bucks cause I really like it)

Minecraft means a lot to me, not only the game itself, but also the music, the simplicity of it all, the art, and all the efforts put into it. If you look at it from far away, everything seems perfect.

The music playing rarely so it doesn't disrupt the simple atmosphere of the game, the fact that night and day have different soundtracks each, the simplicity of gameplay, the infinity of possibilities, etc.

I'm saying all this because, I miss the old Minecraft. Microsoft is doing a great job at keeping the game new and fresh, but it lacks simplicity now.

The combat update forced us to think strategically when attacking when before, we just had to spam for our life.

Nowadays, there's stonecutters, different kinds of furnaces, new tables, new mechanics and different crafting recipes.

I'm not saying any of this is wrong! All the opposite, it's good! People can enjoy a great game with a lot more things to do than when I first played!

My point is, I miss the old simpler days where the only way to have anything new was to look for a mod, the days where the real fun was to build a huge house tonlay with friends, even if the house was ugly.

Anyway, sorry for the wall of text, that was just a little nostalgia vent!
