The man approached the door and knocked a few times. As he waited for the girl inside to answer, he shifted on his feet. No response. Glancing down at his hand, he opened it and looked at the large black numbers that Chishiya had written there, in Sharpie marker, of course. Those were going to be there for a while.

He closed his hand into a fist and knocked again, this time harder. Where was this chick? He had been following her all morning until she went back to her room. Just like Chishiya told him to. She didn’t leave the room, he was sure of it.

“Wait for her in the dining hall. After she finishes breakfast, follow her back to her room. Wait 30 minutes. Knock. When she answers, tell her I would like to see her in my room and that you will be escorting her. Bring her here. Can you do that, Oaf?”

Chishiya’s words- which he had said as he etched the numbers on Todd’s palm with the thick black marker- echoed in his head. He had done exactly what Chishiya told him to. Wait. Why did Chishiya call him Oaf? His name was Todd. Did Chishiya mean to send some guy named Oaf? Shit. Shitshitshit…

He was starting to sweat. If the girl had somehow left the room, Chishiya would…well, Todd would probably end up with a broken hand that had numbers written on it.

Just then the door opened in front of him and he jumped.

2.01 — a reunion at last

GAME START

“Is.. something supposed to happen?” He muttered, his one still good eye glancing around the empty area. He winced as his hand reached up to brush against the still bleeding scar, and frowned. He needed to get this cleaned up, as soon as possible.

Hinata couldn’t even start to process what was happening next. Cars surrounded them, and at first Hinata had thought that it was the game.. but then he realized that he recognized those cars. It was the rest of the.. surviving beach members.

The remaining people who had survived the massacre that was the 10 of hearts. His heart ached at the thought.. but he wasn’t able to dwell on it long before suddenly one of the beach members were riddled with bullets. And then another.

“That’s an Anti-Tank rifle so—“ Chishiya has spoken up next to him, hands in his pockets as he started walking back. But the white haired male was interrupted by the car exploding next to the two, “..I’d forget about hiding behind cars”

As people ran— as his friends ran, Hinata just froze. His legs stopped working , and his eyes had been trailed on where the gunshots were coming from

He knew he needed to get out of there

Knew that if he wanted to keep survive, he needed to turn around and get the fuck away from whoever was shooting at him

But did he want to keep going?

Aguni had told him to live for him and Takeru. To keep Aisaka safe and make sure they made it out. But Hinata didn’t even know if Aisaka had made it. He hadn’t seen the younger girl since the chaos started. Since before Aguni had deemed everyone as the witches.

Someone grabbed his wrist, and before he could turn and question who it was— the person pulled him along. Hinata felt his legs wanting to give out, but he kept up. Following after the mysterious person. He couldn’t quite tell who it was yet.. he was still getting used to seeing with one eye.. and admist all the chaos it was hard.

For what felt like forever, the two ran. Ran until they found a forest. That’s when Hinata’s mysterious savior stopped and pulled her hand away. Hinata pants softly, putting his hands on his thighs for a second and caught his breath. He stood up, brushing himself up and turning to finally take a good look at whoever saved him and—

“Aisaka?” He breathed out, eye widening as he finally recognized who had grabbed him. He immediately wrapped his arms around the younger girl and held her close, putting a hand on the back of her head and the other holding her waist. It the way Aguni used to hug him, and what usually comforted him. So it was natural that he did the same for her. “Oh my gods.. I’m so glad you’re okay—“ he got out, before pulling away

He cups her cheeks and immediately started making sure she didn’t have any injuries. He didn’t even care about his own right now.

Spades were never his strong suit, but he always somehow managed. He was still dealing with the bloodied nose when he heard a knock on the door. "The room's unlocked, you know we can't lock ourselves in here," he called, spitting out more blood into the sink before wiping his mouth with his hand.

@hinataxsunshine - I always found Adrian's blog to be one of the nicest/cutest blogs ever! It just has something about it that speaks innocence and serenity, which fits perfectly the vibe of his OC, Hinata.

@niragixpsych - Although she doesn't think her writing is any good if you ask her, Psych's talent in writing surpasses most expectations with the amount of thought and care she puts into every interaction. It's a true delight and pleasure to write with her and her blog is one I'll always recommend with the utmost happiness!

@aggwaseon - I love their writing because it's very versatile and detailed. You can tell the Mun puts a lot of effort into their threads, and even if lately they haven't been very active, I can guarantee you that this Mun right here knows precisely what they are doing and they are doing it with passion, dedication and care!

@kuinaoflight - Her talent at both writing Kuina as a character and stories in general is amazing! I always loved reading her threads and the amazingly well crafted answers to the RP memes that make even the most common of prompts feel uniquely written and personalized to the person who sent them. @hoodedchishiya - There's a reason why this blog is my all time favorite Chishiya and that's because Alex's writing is usually 1000000/10, both when it comes to writing our favorite snarky cookie addict blonde and storytelling in general. @niragixpsych - I always love reading Psych's rendition of Niragi and the headcannons she comes up with, they are very unique and interesting, especially since they add an extra layer of depth and complexity to NIragi's character, while also showcasing his human side.

@triggerhappymilitant - Nyx's headcannons about Niragi are another one of my faves when it comes to headcannons about Niragi. They are always interesting to read and I feel like she always manages to showcase Niragi's utmost essence in her own rendition of the character and its background!

@hoodedchishiya - If you want a fresh and unique version of Chishiya, this is the blog to seek. Again, just like his talent for writing in general, this man's creativity when it comes to reimagining Chishiya in a very unique, yet true to the core essence of the character, is baffling! I told you, I could listen to you ramble all day about your ideas and hcs about Chishiya and I wouldn't grow bored!

@daikichixkarube - Karube's Mun is one of the most adorable and fun to talk to people I've ever met! I love talking to her on a daily basis and she always knows how to lift my mood or make me laugh! So she will always be one of my favorite people to talk to and one of my bestest of friends!

@niragixpsych - She's very supportive and I can count on her to always be there for me! When I'm sad, Psych will lift my spirits up; when I am stuck with a dilemma, she'll do her best to give me some suggestions and help the best she can; and her friendly talks full of affection will always warm my heart! @kuinaoflight - Full of life, sunshine and with the golden heart of an angel, Elle is a delight to talk with! She knows how to make a conversation fun, how to cheer you up or fuel your creative juices with her ingenuity! @hoodedchishiya - We've had our differences and ups and downs, but once we got to know each other better, he's really a great conversation partner!
