Jowar Chakli(Gluten Free)
Gluten Free and Healthy and tasty  snack as it consumes less oil while frying.

Ingredients:
1 cup Jawar ka atta 
4 Tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1/4 tsp  Ajwaian
1/2 Tbsp Chilli powder
1 tbsp Coriander powder
 Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp Hing
water as needed
Method
Take jawar flour in to a bowl add red chilli powder, hing, coriander powder, oil, salt, sesame seeds, ajwain and mix very well.
Add yogurt and mix well.
Add water little by little and make a stiff dough.
Using  chakali  mould make chakli on to a wax paper.

Now deep fry chakali until on the medium heat it gets deep golden color.
After chakali cools down store that in to a air tight container.
Tips
If chakali dough is soft the chakali will be soft too.
