That's nice but Ollie surrendering to the justice system isn't really serving the people. It's conforming to the justice system. Ollie doesn't work for the people as a hero he's a vigilante. He's part of a system and while he criticizes that system he still takes part in it. Ollie is a victim of "all super heroes are cops" and "there is no ethical consumption under capitalism." Which is more the point people try to make.
