Hello hi.

So I was watching Major yesterday. It started playing and I was watching it distractedly and then 10 minutes into the movie I was like—I’ve seen this guy somewhere. I mean ofc I’d seen Adivi Sesh in movies before but I was like no I’ve seen him somewhere else too. And then 15-20 mins into the whole thing I was like—this dude would make a great lrhwy Alec cause he’s in the army right? and then suddenly I realised this is the dude you fancasted as Alec I’m so stupid sksksksks.

Anyways, Adivi Sesh was so amazing in that movie and istg he’s the perfect Alec. Physique, height, hair, everything else.

Anyways point was—- TOP TIER CASTING. I am even more obsessed with him now.

Also if you haven’t watched the movie, you should (If it’s not triggering for you ofc). It was terrific.

ANYWAY I also recommend you watch his holy trinity of movies (which is just like… the first three movies he’s the protagonist in, major is the fourth, but they’re so good and he’s got superior taste in script selection so they ARE a holy trinity) - Kshanam, Goodachari and Evaru. All of these movies have some triggering content in them tho - Kshanam deals with gaslighting and mental health issues, Goodachari is a spy thriller so there’s obviously violence, and Evaru has some heavy scenes about rape (there’s a couple of flashbacks too) in the first half, soooo take care, you don’t have to watch any of these movies if these topics are disturbing or triggering for you 🤗

tbh i've been (don't take this the wrong way) in love with him ever since run raja run and kshanam... i'd seen him in panja and balupu but those didn't do him justice. c'mon,,, you take that man and make him a shit villain (not even a good villain like gopichand in nijam) JERK MOVE

i'm not one to simp over real life people (only the characters they play) but sesh is on another level. you can see his maturity right from kshanam (he filmed that with a surprisingly minute crew AND HE WROTE THE FILM AND WON AWARDS FOR IT). he's still grounded and has a take on cinema that not everyone in our industry possesses.

him and sobhita, they're the kind of talent that takes earnesty of raw talent to the global scale. they're flexible with language and they never look down at people looking down upon them.

so

he's pretty in his own way (never says it himself tho, never self absorbed)

he's passionate about what he believes and he shares it in the most compassionate way possible (did you hear, he and Major team are starting a plan to help people aiming to enroll in the armed forces and such agencies in the name of Major Unnikrishnan)
