People love to woobify Tadashi as though he is not also certifiably insane. This man hit a kid with a car, took him to a love hotel instead of the hospital that they were right outside of, and then tried to pay him to keep him quiet. He had full faith that another kid would be able to get Adam's love of skating back. Whenever he thinks about Adam hospitalizing other skaters he doesn't think that it's bad for him to hurt people, he just doesn't want him to get arrested for it. I'm pretty sure this is not a guy suffering under perceived unrequited love for his boss
