i made coffee today and was out of soy milk so i had to choose between opening a can of evaporated milk or using butter and i chose to blend butter and coffee together like it's 2009. it is honestly pretty good though, even if it is such an exercise in creating a sink full of dishes for one drink.

my therapist once mentioned off-hand that she's not supposed to give advice which makes sense for liability reasons but is also so so crazy. like, one of the main purposes of therapy is that you present something and then they make a judgement on whether your behaviour is sane or insane and then they suggest improvements that will bring you more in line with their categorisation of sane. right??? is that not...? like what do YOU think is happening in these sessions. why am i here if not..? huh?
