they have so much space why can't they build a drive in theater or a dog park or just leave it as it is and add a few more stands so we could have a farmers market or something. literally anything other than another fucking strip mall

#im so upset about this #there was this farm stand across from my house #the lady who ran it was so sweet and she was like family #we'd go over there every halloween for pumpkins #and my cousins/neighbors got their christmas trees from her #we'd get apples and cirn and all that from her too #almosy everyone in town knew her #but she's really old and can't take care of herself #and her son moved down to florida so he cant help out anymore so she had to go live with her sister #so the town in taking down the farm stand since theres no one left to run it #and their old houses instead of putting them up for sale #and theyre building a strip mall on the land #as if we need another one jfc #when my mom was a kid there was so much to do around town #a bowling alley. an arcade. mini golf. roller skating rink. etc #now all we have is like four dunkin donuts #the space is perfect for something big and open (like i listed above) #but nooooo #we need another strip mall apparently #vent tw #ish #rant over sorry
