LOOKING BACKWARD
Tumblr media
THE KEYNOTE of this chapter is "Remember!" Faith begins without certain evidence of an external and positive kind, but as life advances, one day after another adds the weight of its indisputable testimony. If we step out on the supposition that there is an eternal and spiritual world enwrapping us on all sides, we shall come to so clear and distinct an assurance of it, that it would be easier to doubt our existence. It is a good thing to look back and see the way; it is as certain as possible that the thread of Divine purpose is stringing together the many-colored links of our life.
Notice the alliteration of Deu_8:15, Deu_8:16. "Who led thee"; "Who fed thee." Where God leads, He feeds! Look back on the past, and see that just as sure as the guidance of God, has been His care. There is no lack to those who allow Him to lead them in His own paths. Look back on the past!—Its sins and backslidings—leave them behind for ever, and rise to newness of life. Its discipline—intended to chasten and strengthen us. Its trials—meant to reveal God's power to deliver in the hour of trouble that we may glorify Him. The terrible wilderness of loneliness, the fiery serpents of temptation, the manna which has never failed to fall, the water which the Rock has ever yielded. Deu_8:17-18 teach us the lesson of humility. If, for some reason, you have been put into a position of wealth, honor, or influence, do not be proud, or think that your talents or abilities are to receive the praise.
Thank God, and remember that it is He who gives the power to get wealth or honor, and He does it with a very definite purpose! Will you not pledge yourself to serve and worship Him? As you climb the crest of the hill, and begin to descend into the plain, not knowing what lies before, veiled in the mist, fear not, tighten your girdle, put your hand in His, and walk with Him to be His instrument to bless the world of men.

🌱🌺🌾Hoje estamos numa torre Babel de supostas formas de pronunciar o tetragrama: יהוה🍂🌿🍃
E o nome da moda fashion do engano dos anjos caídos é a Senhora [ Baalit]: YAHUAH, NOME FEMININO E CONSORTE DE YAHUEH OU YAHWEH. E SEI QUE MUITOS QUE ESTÃO VENDO ESSA MENSAGEM, TERÃO QUE REPENSAR SEUS CONCEITOS VAZIOS DE PENSAREM QUE YAHUAH É O NOME DO SOBERANO E SUPREMO AUTOR DA KHÁYIM [ vida]. ESSE YAHUAH GARANTO A VOCÊS QUE NÃO É E NUNCA FOI E JAMAIS SERÁ O NOME DO QUE ESTÁ NO TETRAGRAMA: יהוה.
Eles continuavam a me intimidar dizendo: "VOCÊ ESTÁ PROIBIDO DE FALAR ESSE NOME PARA QUALQUER SER HUMANO, POR ISSO VIEMOS AQUI PARA TE DIZER ISSO". EU NÃO OBEDECI AO APELO DELES E DISSE: NO NOME YÁOHUSHUAH MYIHUSHKHÁYIM SAIAM DO MEU CAMINHO! QUANDO EU DISSE COM AUTORIDADE O NOME MYIHUSHKHÁYIM, UM CLARÃO EM CHAMAS ARRANCOU ELES DE MINHA VISTA, FORAM FULMINADOS COM A YÁOSHUAHURHÚL [ fulgor, chamas ardentes não de natureza física]. A PARTIR DAÍ, ENTENDI QUE YÁOHUSHUAH HÔL MYIHUSHKHÁYIM É YÁOSHUAHURHÚL, POR ISSO OS ANJOS CAÍDOS NÃO PODEM FALAR ESSE NOME, PORQUE ARDE E QUEIMA ELES, DEIXA A VISTAS DELES CEGAS DO BRILHO E FULGOR DO NOME QUE ELES ADMITEM QUE OS DERROTOU PARA SEMPRE.
APARECEU OUTRO ANJO CAÍDO, QUE TINHA DEIXADO NUMA PEDRA O NOME YAHUAH, ELE QUERIA QUE EU ACREDITASSE NELE, MAS EU NÃO DEI OUVIDOS, E FICOU ENFURECIDO COMIGO, O ASPECTO DELE ERA MUITO LIBERAL E MUNDANO: TRAJAVA BERMUDAS, USAVA TATUAGEM, E ESTAVA SEM CAMISA, QUE ESTRANHO, ERA ESSE O ANJO OU MELACHIM DE YAHUAH PARA ME CONVENCER A CRÊ NESSE FALSO NOME QUE É A FEBRE DO MOMENTO DOS QUE ESTÃO CEGOS CLAMANDO POR UM NOME FEMININO DE UM ANJO CAÍDO. SEI QUE ESSAS PESSOAS FORAM ENGANADAS, E PARA QUEBRAREM ESSA FREQUÊNCIA MALIGNA, FAÇAM PROVA, DE QUE É SOMENTE YÁOHUSHUAH HÔL MYIHUSHKHÁYIM QUE PODE TIRAR A VENDA DOS OLHOS DAQUELES QUE NÃO ENXERGAM A RESPEITO DE YAHUAH SER UMA ANJA CAÍDA SE PASSANDO PELO CRIADOR. A ESCOLHA É PESSOAL, CONTINUAR NA DOUTRINA DA SINAGOGA DE SHATYIR-SATAN OU CRÊ EM YÁOHUSHUAH HÔL MYIHUSHKHÁYIM, QUE PERMITIU DOIS ANJOS CAÍDOS IREM A MINHA PROCURA PORQUE EU ESTAVA CRENDO E CREIO ATÉ DE TODO O MEU SER EM SEU NOME. ESPERO QUE FAÇAM A MELHOR ESCOLHA, QUE É PARA VIDA E NÃO PARA A MORTE.
YÁOSHUAOLLEYIM A TODOS. ESSE É O TESTEMUNHO DO GABOR YÁORMI-YÁOHUH-YÁOSHUAH YÁOHUH-YÁOSHUAH-HURHÚL-YÁOUL-YÁOHUH. PLANETA TERRA 28 DE OUTUBRO DE 2019, ANO ROMANYTH, ANO DE YÁOHUH-YÁOSHUAH HÔL MYIHUSHKHÁYIM, ANO 5781.

O.K., I can’t hold it any longer.  The command/statement “Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain,” meant that the word Yahweh should not be uttered outside of specific ritual contexts.  Eventually this was interpreted as making the name almost totally taboo. That’s why the Tetragrammaton is replaced with Lord in the King James translation.  A more literal translation would be something like, “you will not take in vain this name of Yahweh, your Elohim."  The form Jehovah (Iehouah in Latin, pronounced yehowah) probably comes from scribes marking the vowels in Yahweh as e/a-o-a for Adonai, just so no-one could accidentally read the proper name aloud.
Now I’m not arguing for or against any theological position, but the post you quoted was just plain wrong regarding original intent. Some rabbis/thinkers even suggest that the word "god” should be considered a sacred name, for English speakers, and therefore taboo.
Sorry for this little rant, but there’s a reason my user name has “pedant” in it.

RePosted @humbledisciple Teshuvah” is the Hebrew word for "repentance" which comprises the two steps involved, nahum (to feel regret or sorrow) and shub (to return). It literally means "return", as if turning back to something you’ve strayed or looked away from.  Salvation involves both a turning from sin and a turning to God/Yehowah. We obey  Him by keeping His Commandments, not to be saved, but because we are saved. "You will repent (return) and obey God/Yehowah, keeping all His Commandments, as I prescribe them to you today" (Deuteronomy 30:8). "From that time on Yeshua began to preach, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near” (Matthew 4:17). “Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regret, but worldly sorrow brings death” (2 Corinthians 7:10). "Repent, then, and turn to the LORD, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the LORD" (Acts 3:9) "Repent, then, and turn back (to Torah), so that your sins may be wiped away" (Acts 3:19). "I have declared to both Jews and Greeks that they must turn to God/Yehowah in repentance and have faith in Yeshua" (Acts. 20:21). "Say to them, 'As I live!' declares the LORD God/Yehowah, 'I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that the wicked turn from his way and live. Turn back, turn back from your evil ways!" (Ezekiel 33:11) Important reminder: You can find the biblical definition (not what you think) of sin in 1 John 3:4: "Everyone who makes a practice of sinning also practices lawlessness; sin is lawlessness." . >> Which law though? The Mosaic Law given at Mt. Sinai. Yeshua didn't bring a "new" law that John is referring to. Rule of thumb: when the New Testament mentions words like law, God's decrees, statutes, Scripture in a positive way,  it refers to God's laws but when "law" is mentioned ina negative way as Paul sometimes does, it's not God's laws, often the man-made laws or traditions of men is referred to. https://www.instagram.com/p/ClFarb4oAUSvYuH6WoUYV3uIJPPuikHJpKy5j00/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

The name of God, as revealed in the Hebrew Scriptures, is YHWH (the closest English equivalents to the Hebrew letters). Ancient Hebrew did not have vowels, so the exact pronunciation of YHWH is uncertain. The vast majority of Hebrew and Christian scholars believe the name to be Yahweh, pronounced /ˈyä-wā/, with Yehowah, pronounced /yi-ˈhō-və/, being the second most popular possibility.
There are movements that strongly emphasize using God’s name (and, of course, only the name of God that they believe to be correct). However, there are no biblical prohibitions against using God’s name, nor are there commands that we must do so. Anyone who says that God must be addressed only by His name, YHWH, is speaking without biblical warrant.
Throughout both the Old and New Testaments, God inspired the human authors of Scripture to refer to Him using generic terms for “God” and “Lord.” Beyond YHWH, God chose to reveal Himself using many other names and titles. So, clearly, using God’s name is not required.
YHWH is as close to a personal name as God has revealed to us. The Divine Name was revealed to Moses and was unknown before his time: “I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac and to Jacob as God Almighty, but by my name the LORD [YHWH] I did not make myself fully known to them” (Exodus 6:3). The name YHWH seems to refer to God’s self-existence, being linked to “I AM THAT I AM” in Exodus 3:14. God told Moses that “this is my name forever, the name you shall call me from generation to generation” (Exodus 3:15; cf. Exodus 15:3). All other “names” for God, such as El Shaddai, are probably titles, rather than personal names, strictly speaking—although it is quite proper to address God by His titles. References to “the name of our God” (in Psalm 44:20, for example), are oblique references to God’s personal name, YHWH.
I highly recommend the gotquestions app or website. That's where I got this information. They've answered thousands of questions about the Bible and God. You'll love it. You can choose your translation choice in settings. Plus their answers are backed up by scripture and usually can be read to you. Please share this. 🙏

Book: The Lost Tribes: Suggestions Towards Rewritting Hebrew History/ By Allen Howard Godbey Written In 1930 by researcher and professor at Duke University this book contains a map of Africa and on that map he shows the locations of the various Jew settlements throughout the land. It shows the Jews of São Tomé, Loango, Dahome, Lam Alan, Ghana and Mavumbu/Bavumbu Jews. It also shows Bnai Ephraim Of the Northern Kingdom and also two Levitical cities on this map. What’s interesting is the Bible tells you as a matter of fact that many Hebrews would be in West Africa in Zephaniah 3:10 (From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia my suppliants, even the daughter of my dispersed, shall bring mine offering. KJV) and 2 Esdras 13:40-48. Take a look at Isaiah 11:11-12 to see where you can find other Israelites as well.
THE MOST HIGH told you exactly where to look for them. HE told you the places that HE will regather HIS Chosen from all we have to do is quit listening to everything else and start listening to The Word and then go where The Word tells you to go. It told you to look in Africa and as you see from this map it confirms The Scriptures and the location of many Israelites just like The Scriptures said. Black people in America and around the world who are descended from the Trans Atlantic Slave Trade you are The Tribe of Judah the true biblical Hebrews.

A Light That Shines In A Dark Place.
So that you can be found blameless and innocent children of God – free from the accusations of this crooked and twisted generation, among whom you’re shining as lights to the world! ." — Philippians 2:15 (2001Translation)
A dark place. Sounds like the world we live in today!
We use lights to make manifest. A follower of the Way of Yeshua should so shine in his life, that a person could not live with him a week without knowing the gospel. His conversation should be such that all who are about him should clearly perceive whose he is, and whom he serves; and should see the image of Yeshua reflected in his daily actions.
Lights are intended for guidance. We are to help those around us who are in the dark. We are to hold forth to them the Word of life. We are to point sinners to the Saviour, and the weary to a divine resting-place. Men sometimes read their Bibles, and fail to understand them; we should be ready, like Philip, to instruct the inquirer in the meaning of God's Word, the way of salvation, and the life of godliness.
Lights are also used for warning. On our rocks and shoals a light-house is sure to be erected. A follower of the Way of Yeshua should know that there are many false lights shown everywhere in the world, and therefore the right light is needed. The wreckers of Satan are always abroad, tempting the ungodly to sin under the name of pleasure; they hoist the wrong light, be it ours to put up the true light upon every dangerous rock, to point out every sin, and tell what it leads to, that so we may be clear of the blood of all men, shining as lights in the world.
Lights also have a very cheering influence, and so have the follower of the Way of Yeshua. A follower of the Way of Yeshua ought to be a comforter, with kind words on his lips, and sympathy in his heart; he should carry sunshine wherever he goes, and diffuse happiness around him.

Aviv 14 (crucifixion)
In breaking up the 14th like this, I hope I have not caused any confusion for anyone. So much happened on this day, I didn’t want to let any of it get glossed over by including too many details.
Wednesday 🌞
Now when morning came, all the chief priests and the elders of the people conferred together against Yeshua to put him to death; and they bound him, and led him away and delivered him to Pilate the governor.
Then when Judas, who had betrayed him, saw that he had been condemned, he felt remorse and returned the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders, saying, “I have sinned by betraying innocent blood.” But they said, “What is that to us? See to that yourself!” And he threw the pieces of silver into the temple sanctuary and departed; and he went away and hanged himself. The chief priests took the pieces of silver and said, “It is not lawful to put them into the temple treasury, since it is the price of blood.” And they conferred together and with the money bought the Potter’s Field as a burial place for strangers. For this reason that field has been called the Field of Blood to this day. Then that which was spoken through Jeremiah the prophet was fulfilled: “And they took the thirty pieces of silver, the price of the one whose price had been set by the sons of Israel; and they gave them for the Potter’s Field, as the Lord directed me.”
The chief priests and the elders of the people led Yeshua from Caiaphas into the Praetorium, and it was still early; and they themselves did not enter into the Praetorium so that they would not be defiled, but might eat the Passover. Therefore Pilate went out to them and said, “What accusation do you bring against this man?” They answered and said to him, “If this man were not an evildoer, we would not have delivered him to you.” So Pilate said to them, “Take him yourselves, and judge him according to your law.” The Jews said to him, “We are not permitted to put anyone to death,” to fulfill the word of Yeshua which he spoke, signifying by what kind of death he was about to die.
Therefore Pilate entered again into the Praetorium, and summoned Yeshua and said to him, “Are you the King of the Jews?” Yeshua answered, “Are you saying this on your own initiative, or did others tell you about me?” Pilate answered, “I am not a Jew, am I? Your own nation and the chief priests delivered you to me; what have you done?” Yeshua answered, “My kingdom is not of this world. If my kingdom were of this world, then my servants would be fighting so that I would not be handed over to the Jews; but as it is, my kingdom is not of this realm.” Therefore Pilate said to him, “So you are a king?” Yeshua answered, “You say correctly that I am a king. For this I have been born, and for this I have come into the world, to testify to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth hears my voice.” Pilate said to him, “What is truth?”
Then Pilate said to the chief priests and the crowds, “I find no guilt in this man.” But they kept on insisting, saying, “He stirs up the people, teaching all over Judea, starting from Galilee even as far as this place.” When Pilate heard it, he asked whether the man was a Galilean. And when he learned that he belonged to Herod’s jurisdiction, he sent him to Herod, who himself also was in Jerusalem at that time.
Now Herod was very glad when he saw Yeshua; for he had wanted to see him for a long time, because he had been hearing about him and was hoping to see some sign performed by him. And he questioned him at some length; but he answered him nothing. And the chief priests and the scribes were standing there, accusing him vehemently. And Herod with his soldiers, after treating him with contempt and mocking him, dressed him in a gorgeous robe and sent him back to Pilate. Now Herod and Pilate became friends with one another that very day; for before they had been enemies with each other.
Pilate summoned the chief priests and the rulers and the people, and said to them, “You brought this man to me as one who incites the people to rebellion, and behold, having examined him before you, I have found no guilt in this man regarding the charges which you make against him. No, nor has Herod, for he sent him back to us; and behold, nothing deserving death has been done by him. Therefore I will punish him and release him.” Now at the feast the governor was accustomed to release for the people any one prisoner whom they wanted. Furthermore, while he was sitting on the judgment seat, his wife sent him a message, saying, “Have nothing to do with that righteous man; for last night I suffered greatly in a dream because of him.” But the chief priests and the elders persuaded the crowds to ask for Barabbas and to put Yeshua to death. (Barabbas was one who had been thrown into prison for an insurrection made in the city, and for murder.)
So they cried out all together, saying, “Away with this man, and release for us Barabbas!” Pilate, wanting to release Yeshua, addressed them again, but they kept on calling out, saying, “Crucify, crucify him!” And he said to them the third time, “Why, what evil has this man done? I have found in him no guilt demanding death; therefore I will punish him and release him.” But they were insistent, with loud voices asking that he be crucified. And their voices began to prevail.
Pilate then took Yeshua and scourged him. And the soldiers twisted together a crown of thorns and put it on his head, and put a purple robe on him; and they began to come up to him and say, “Hail, King of the Jews!” They spat on him, and took the reed and began to beat him on the head. Pilate came out again and said to them, “Behold, I am bringing him out to you so that you may know that I find no guilt in him.” Yeshua then came out, wearing the crown of thorns and the purple robe. Pilate said to them, “Behold, the man!” So when the chief priests and the officers saw him, they cried out saying, “Crucify, crucify!” Pilate said to them, “Take him yourselves and crucify him, for I find no guilt in him.” The Jews answered him, “We have a law, and by that law he ought to die because he made himself out to be the Son of God.”
Therefore when Pilate heard this statement, he was even more afraid; and he entered into the Praetorium again and said to Yeshua, “Where are you from?” But Yeshua gave him no answer. So Pilate said to him, “You do not speak to me? Do you not know that I have authority to release you, and I have authority to crucify you?” Yeshua answered, “You would have no authority over me, unless it had been given you from above; for this reason he who delivered me to you has the greater sin.” As a result of this Pilate made efforts to release him, but the Jews cried out saying, “If you release this man, you are no friend of Caesar; everyone who makes himself out to be a king opposes Caesar.”
Therefore when Pilate heard these words, he brought Yeshua out, and sat down on the judgment seat at a place called The Pavement, but in Hebrew, Gabbatha. Now it was the day of preparation for the Passover; it was about the sixth hour. And he said to the Jews, “Behold, your King!” So they cried out, “Away with him, away with him, crucify him!” Pilate said to them, “Shall I crucify your King?” The chief priests answered, “We have no king but Caesar.”
When Pilate saw that he was accomplishing nothing, but rather that a riot was starting, he took water and washed his hands in front of the crowd, saying, “I am innocent of this man’s blood; see to that yourselves.” And all the people said, “His blood shall be on us and on our children!” Then he released Barabbas for them; and after they had mocked him, the soldiers took the scarlet robe off him and put his own garments back on him, and led him away to crucify him.
When they led him away, they seized a man, Simon of Cyrene (the father of Alexander and Rufus), coming in from the country, and placed on him the cross to carry behind Yeshua.
And following him was a large crowd of the people, and of women who were mourning and lamenting him. But Yeshua turning to them said, “Daughters of Jerusalem, stop weeping for me, but weep for yourselves and for your children. For behold, the days are coming when they will say, ‘Blessed are the barren, and the wombs that never bore, and the breasts that never nursed.’ Then they will begin to say to the mountains, ‘Fall on us,’ and to the hills, ‘Cover us.’ For if they do these things when the tree is green, what will happen when it is dry?”
Two others also, who were criminals, were being led away to be put to death with him.
They took Yeshua, therefore, and he went out, bearing his own cross, to the place called the Place of a Skull, which is called in Hebrew, Golgotha. There they crucified him, and with him two other men, one on either side, and Yeshua in between. They tried to give him wine mixed with myrrh, but he did not take it. And Pilate also wrote an inscription and put it on the cross. It was written, “THIS IS YESHUA THE NAZARENE, THE KING OF THE JEWS.” Therefore many of the Jews read this inscription, for the place where Yeshua was crucified was near the city; and it was written in Hebrew, Latin and in Greek. So the chief priests of the Jews were saying to Pilate, “Do not write, ‘The King of the Jews’; but that he said, ‘I am King of the Jews.’” Pilate answered, “What I have written I have written.”

At that time two robbers were crucified with him, one on the right and one on the left. And those passing by were hurling abuse at him, wagging their heads and saying, “You who are going to destroy the temple and rebuild it in three days, save yourself! If you are the Son of God, come down from the cross.” In the same way the chief priests also, along with the scribes and elders, were mocking him and saying, “He saved others; he cannot save himself. He is the King of Israel; let him now come down from the cross, and we will believe in him. He trusts in God; let God rescue him now, if he delights in him; for he said, ‘I am the Son of God.’” The robbers who had been crucified with him were also insulting him with the same words. But Yeshua was saying, “Father, forgive them; for they do not know what they are doing.”
Then the soldiers, when they had crucified Yeshua, took his outer garments and made four parts, a part to every soldier and also the tunic; now the tunic was seamless, woven in one piece. So they said to one another, “Let us not tear it, but cast lots for it, to decide whose it shall be”; this was to fulfill the Scripture: “They divided my outer garments among them, and for my clothing they cast lots.” Therefore the soldiers did these things.
But standing by the cross of Yeshua were his mother, and his mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary Magdalene. When Yeshua then saw his mother, and the disciple whom he loved [Lazarus] standing nearby, he said to his mother, “Woman, behold, your son!” Then he said to the disciple, “Behold, your mother!” From that hour the disciple took her into his own household.
Now one of the criminals who were hanged there was hurling abuse at him, saying, “Are you not the Messiah? Save yourself and us!” But the other answered, and rebuking him said, “Do you not even fear God, since you are under the same sentence of condemnation? And we indeed are suffering justly, for we are receiving what we deserve for our deeds; but this man has done nothing wrong.” And he was saying, “Yeshua, remember me when you come in your kingdom!” And he said to him, “Truly I say to you today, you shall be with me in Paradise.”
When the sixth hour came, darkness fell over the whole land until the ninth hour. At the ninth hour, [the time when the Pharisees sacrifices their lambs,] Yeshua cried out with a loud voice, saying, “Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani?” that is, “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?” And some of those who were standing there, when they heard it, began saying, “This man is calling for Elijah.” After this, Yeshua, knowing that all things had already been accomplished, to fulfill the Scripture, said, “I am thirsty.” A jar full of sour wine was standing there; so immediately one of them ran and put a sponge full of the sour wine upon a branch of hyssop and brought it up to his mouth. But the rest of them said, “Let us see whether Elijah will come to save him.” Therefore when Yeshua had received the sour wine, he said, “It is finished! Father, into your hands I entrust my breath.” Having said this, he breathed his last.
And behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; and the earth shook and the rocks were split. The tombs were opened, and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised; and coming out of the tombs after his resurrection they entered the holy city and appeared to many. Now the centurion, and those who were with him keeping guard over Yeshua, when they saw the earthquake and the things that were happening, became very frightened and said, “This man was innocent. Truly this was the Son of God!” And all the crowds who came together for this spectacle, when they observed what had happened, began to return, beating their breasts. Many women were there also looking on from a distance, who had followed Yeshua from Galilee while ministering to him. Among them was Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James the Less and Joseph, and Salome the mother of the sons of Zebedee; and there were many other women who came up with him to Jerusalem.
Then the Jews, because it was the day of preparation, so that the bodies would not remain on the cross on the Sabbath (for it was a high day, the first day of Unleavened Bread), asked Pilate that their legs might be broken and that they might be taken away. So the soldiers came, and broke the legs of the first man and of the other who was crucified with him; but coming to Yeshua, when they saw that he was already dead, they did not break his legs. But one of the soldiers pierced his side with a spear, and immediately blood and water came out. And he who has seen has testified, and his testimony is true; and he knows that he is telling the truth, so that you may also believe. For these things came to pass to fulfill the Scripture, “Not a bone of him shall be broken.” And again, another Scripture says, “They shall look on him whom they pierced.”
After these things came Joseph of Arimathea, who was a member of the Council, a good and righteous man (he had not consented to their plan and action). He was a disciple of Yeshua, but a secret one for fear of the Jews, and he was waiting for the kingdom of God. This man went to Pilate and asked for the body of Yeshua. Pilate wondered if he was dead by this time, and summoning the centurion, he questioned him as to whether he was already dead. And ascertaining this from the centurion, he granted the body to Joseph. So he came and took away his body. Nicodemus, who had first come to Yeshua by night, also came, bringing a mixture of myrrh and aloes, about a hundred pounds weight. So they took the body of Yeshua and bound it in linen wrappings with the spices, as is the burial custom of the Jews. Now in the place where he was crucified there was a garden, and in the garden a new tomb belonging to Joseph in which no one had yet been laid. Therefore because of the Jewish day of preparation, since the tomb was nearby, they laid Yeshua there, and they rolled a large stone against the entrance of the tomb and went away. Now the women who had come with him out of Galilee followed, and saw the tomb and how his body was laid.

One important thing to point out is that the day of Passover was not considered a special Sabbath day. They were allowed to do work on it—and, in fact, they had to because the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread was a High Sabbath, so all the bread had to be prepared during the afternoon of Passover.
There is much debate over the timing of the Passover meal that mainly boils down to the definition of “between the evenings” when the Pesach Lamb should be slain. One source I found claims that the Sadducees sacrificed between the beginning and ending of sundown going into the 14th (the timing of the Last Supper), while the Pharisees kept it the following afternoon, beginning the sacrifices around 3-3:30 p.m. (the time at which Jesus died). While the latter position seems to fit the text in the Old Testament better, it is striking to me that Jesus called the Last Supper a Passover meal multiple times. Perhaps—and I say this with no authority beyond my own opinion—God was subtly affirming either understanding as correct.
Hear me out: God says repeatedly throughout the Tanakh that he desires obedience more than sacrifice. He commanded the sacrifices, so obviously he enjoys them when we do them obediently. But when we bicker about the timing of events, we lose focus on our love for God and his Son, Jesus the Christ, and instead become prideful in our own understanding (even if we’re right). Let us look no further than 2 Chronicles 30, when Hezekiah held one of the greatest Passover/Unleavened Bread feasts in the combined kingdoms’ history. Nearly everything about that Passover was done incorrectly, but the people’s love for God and desire to keep his feast was genuine.
For Hezekiah prayed for them, saying, “May the good Yehovah pardon everyone who prepares his heart to seek God, Yehovah God of his fathers, though not according to the purification rules of the sanctuary.” So Yehovah heard Hezekiah and healed the people. The sons of Israel present in Jerusalem celebrated the Feast of Unleavened Bread for seven days with great joy, and the Levites and the priests praised Yehovah day after day with loud instruments to Yehovah.
—2 Chronicles 30:18-21
It is also worth mentioning the faith of the soldier. We can kind of gloss over it, especially since Roman polytheists had no problem adding more gods to their pantheon. But this time was radically different. Caesar Augustus had declared himself to be the Son of God in their cult of emperor worship. Much of what Jesus said and did was sort of a spiritual coup to overthrow the godhood of the emperor. This can especially be seen in his ingenious response to the question about paying taxes to Caesar. Matthew Vander Els has an excellent sermon series explaining this.
As a final note, God made a special provision for his people that allowed them to celebrate Passover at another time if they were ceremonially unclean from burying a dead body or if they were traveling and unable to return in time (Numbers 9:9-14). If Joseph and Nicodemus did the preparations for Jesus’ body themselves, they would have been unable to celebrate the feast with the rest of Israel and therefore required to wait a month. For two men who wanted to remain in the closet about their faith in Christ, this action of burying him was about as bold as they could be.

Note
I see that in the saga the name YHVH is almost always used with the sound distorted, and never names like Yahve or Jehovah
Well, it was pronounced twice... in 4A and I THINK in Devil Survivor Overclocked as "Yehowah," but I can't exactly remember. So for all intents and purposes, once.
There's no special meaning why. I think they got cold felt pronouncing the name because it comes up a comic amount in 4A and the record scratch distortion only adds to the silliness. I remember the Japanese distortion sounding less goofy. I maintain that any "lore" reason for why the name can't be pronounced is contradicted by Hallelujah's name, which of course ends with Jah/Yah and would count as a theonym in this case. Just one more syllable!!

MAN, THOU ARE NOT GOD'S CHILD
MAN, THOU ARE NOT GOD’S CHILD
If you are a father like I am
Your love and promise of protection for your children are unconditional.
You’d  love your children whether or not they love you back.
You’d never discriminate between your daughter and your son.
Your love for them is not measured by the praise they shower on you from time to time.
You’d try and  put food on their plates even if they don’t thank you for it.
You’d…
