You ever given up on a passion of yours? Something you 💗 doing, so much so that it would bring you to pure joy?! Yup I 🤦🏻‍♀️ did. Between a neck/shoulder injury & #multiplesclerosis, I quit running. Running made me feel like a free bird. Like I was soaring down the road and nothing could stop me. But something did.... My own body. But here’s the deal. Yes shit may happen and things may come up but doesn’t that mean forever quit what you 💗? Hell NO!! So I got my ass out on the trail, along with Mr. Hippo and we ran a 5K. The last time I ran a 5K or really ran for that matter was like 3 years ago. And today I was hot 🥵 and tired 😓 & I don’t give AF!!
