Day 1

May 20, 2022

My first shift at the airport, wearing the Cathay Pacific uniform with pride. I was so excited that I remember I checked my uniform 22 times. My heart was filled with mixed emotions. Many question were coming ? But I relaxed my mind and just said thing # take a chill pill😃 I met my team and my fellow classmates. I was so excited and filled with cheer to work as a Cathay team member. It was a proud moment for me when I got a batch of my name with the position, Tania Customer service ambassador. My eyes filled with tears and one thing that came in my mind was now it’s my time to show the world that an individual can achieve everything with their dedication, honesty, hard work and most importantly team spirit.
