Wow that was two amazing semi finals today! Spurs pulling it out of their arse as the game was nearly over, Man Utd hanging on to a goal lead to upset Chelsea. So much drama!
And a final between two more or less equal teams without any of the usually dominant sides could still give us another banger yet 🔥🔥
Not even surprised we are producing unmissable TV.

Mayra Ramírez scores with an unbelievable backheel flick against Crystal Palace in the FA Cup.
That is one hell of a first goal.

Match Review: Brighton & Hove Albion Women 0-4 Manchester United Women
The FA Cup march continues for the United women, with a stomping win down south over the Seagulls.
Tumblr media
A beautifully floated cross in from the right wing from Katie Zelem saw Millie Turner rush into the box late and launch above the Brighton defence to put United one up inside eight minutes.
Melvine Malard channeled her inner Nani in the 16th minute and almost scored a fabulous goal, but a minute later and Malard found Nikita Parris with a tidy throughball for an easy 2-0 lead.
With United holding 61% of the possession, it's no surprise they had so many shots on goal. Brighton seemed at sixes and sevens in dealing with aerial balls, whilst United just seemed to have acres of space. Perhaps it's a fitness issue for Brighton, or the size of the occasion got to them, but previous encounters have felt much closer.
Brighton's potential nerves saw them almost fail to play short and out of the back in the 32nd minute, with the high press resulting in Lisa Naalsund winning the ball back in the Albion box - before skying an absolute sitter of a chance to make it 3-0.
Tumblr media
Brighton did have a few opportunities themselves, punishing United's positioning and movement around the full back areas - particularly LB and Hannah Blundell's duties. In these instances she was more tucked in, so perhaps it's a coaching/tactical issue about who should cover in that instance.
Just before half time struck the tireless Spaniard Lucia Garcia, who scored a fortunate tap in off an unfortunate tap in hitting the post by Melvine Malard - frustrating for the Frenchwoman but a goal's a goal, and it is a team game.
United kept on the high pressure in the second half and Lisa Naalsund finally got her goal, thumping home from just inside the box but past three Brighton players and easily within reach of the keeper - just highlighting the power and swerve in the hit.
The win puts United into the FA Cup semis yet again, but a tough tie against holders Chelsea now awaits, with the winner facing either Tottenham or Leicester. Odds favour whoever wins our semi final to win the whole thing, and United will be desperate to get revenge for losing to Chelsea in last year's final and to ruin Emma Hayes' departure for the US Women's National Team.
