𝚂𝚞𝚋𝚓𝚎𝚌𝚝 𝚈𝟽𝟶𝟶𝟶𝟶𝟶𝟷𝟶
SSD: Professor Hojo DATE: XX/XX/XXXX
Tumblr media
Subject Name: Yunalesca; or "Yuna" as she prefers. However, I simply call her 'Subject Y' to keep conversaations short and my analysis centered. Time is of the essence! Age: 23 Height: 5'3" Eye: Heterochromia; Green right, blue left. (Perhaps the result of Ancient and human intermingling?) Weapon: Staff, or a sophisticated rod which grants the user proper focus for stronger spell casting. Equipped Materia: (Restore=All, Heal) (Aero/aera/aeroga=All) (Revive, Water/Watera/Waterga)
Biographay, or what is known thus far: Subject Y is an Ancient—or rather, "half" Ancient on the subject's biological father's side. (Does this mean Subject Y's talents only half compare to that of a full-blooded Ancient?) She was captured in tow alongside her father with willing cooperation. (ShinRa-grade firearms are quite convincing!) Subjects "Y" and "B" (B200000010; forename "Braska") thus graduated into a project witheld in my viscinity who I paired together to observe their techniques in the art of communing with the voices of the planet. Subject Y was much too young to adequately commune—a consequence of her half-bred blood? Worthless girl. Hence, Subject B allowed us to observe his talents and how the Ancient's use their gift via constructing a telepathic link. The results were fascinating!
LOG #1: A discovery! Subject Y has shown a small act of awakening. A "Planetary Guardian" (about 20 cms in length and height. Spherical. Image is foggy, almost ethereal. Dark blue with blots of inky-black saturation swirling around). "Kimahri" she's named it. A familiar, it seems. Though it was one step forward, Subject Y has shown next to nothing in her so-called talents. She's yet to forge a strong link with the planet. And yet, it gifts her a small allowance of protection to bar my data collection. Syringes labeled with the subject's code (full of a special concoction to speed up her prowess...and other samples from spliced DNA to give her that extra kick) have been misplaced or shattered by none other than the familiar itself.
After months of wasted research, a recent sighting of Ancients piqued my curiosity. Though, they were in the care of my lesser superior, I would reprimand Professor Gast for harboring his experiment and fathering a daughter with Ifalna years prior. I'll see to it I take them off of his hands, as a show of goodwill. In addition, it would do ShinRa's Science Division well to dismiss my current subjects back to their domain while running from the care of my latest creation: A SOLDIER-mutant hybrid spliced with Malboro DNA! He's quite the fiesty tentacle-weilding abomination with a taste for humanoid beings (considering a dozen of my finest infantrymen stationed to observe him have suddenly gone missing...) I hypothesize Ancient beings would suffice his appetite just as well.
LOG #2: Subjects Y and B have been disposed. END EXPERIMENT.
16 years later
A peculiar turn of events. It seems she may yet live, and with an abudence of abilities to weild. My! How she has grown! She conjures healing abilities without the use of materia! And I've noticed her competence to manifest deities—or "aeons" as she refers to them—to fight in her stead without said materia. She has finally awakened. I will get my hands onto Subject Y. Though, not to cause the specimen to become wary, I will simply discharge a few men to be my "eyes" for the time being.
LOG #3: For my next project, I shall figure out how to rip those deities from her body, and poke around their unusual forms. Perhaps mixing their DNA with fiend DNA laced with a dose of mako before returning them back into her person and observe what may happen to her pets and physical body.
Do my ears decieve me, or did Subject Y suggest the planet beckons her to give up her physical form in exchange for peace? What rubbish! Should she return to the planet there is absolutely nothing that can be done once the body is gone. And yet... there may be some underlying possibility of some phenomena we've yet to know.
Interesting! Very interesting Subject Y! I shall make arrangements to ensure her will is not to be disturbed.
Go forth and give your life to the planet, and my research!
((I'm stealing this from one of my other posts and re-doing it slightly to give a good run-down how things are going with Yunie in this realm.)
Yuna is “half ancient” on her father’s side. He was the second to last person to know all the stories and secrets about his people which he hammered into Yuna before he was killed trying to save his daughter via subjected to one of Hojo's creations.
Hojo declared Yuna worthless to his subjections because her planet spirit guardian, Kimahri, kept interfering with his work when she was young. And since he obtained a “better” specimen one day (Aerith) he “let them go”—a ploy to subject them to one last experiment: a mutated SOLDIER (and infantrymen) to chase them down and kill them.
When Braska is killed, he miraculously keeps Yuna alive by smearing her pink palid cheeks in his blood to fake her death. It was enough to deter the fiend somehow, supposedly not quite starving for flesh? Or perhaps it still retained a semblence of his humanity under all of his horrors? Nobody would know, as it would be killed and covered up sometime down the line.
Weeks go by. A retired SOLDIER named Jecht stumbles upon a malnourished young girl clinging to a decomposing body for warmth. She was in the middle of nowhere, yet the area he found her in was disturbed. There was nary a doubt in his mind ShinRa had something to do with it all. Against his better judgement, Jecht takes her in, clothes and feeds her and raises her alongside his son as if she were his own. Yuna eventually grows into a fine young woman, but her duty is calling to her… the planet is calling for her…
(She is more in-tune with her abilities now that's she's older, so she can still converse with, well, dead people. and the planet itself by simple concentration.)
One day Yuna leaves home leaving a note and implores Sir Jecht not to look for her. Unbeknownst to him, she is on a mission to protect the planet by way of giving up her physical form to unleash a hellish fury upon ShinRa’s mako syphoning reactors. It’s the only way she thinks she can save what was left of humanity.
Thus, she travels around as disguised as a healer and fiend exterminator (mixed with an unusual ability to conjure powerful aeons without the use of summoning materia.)
Hojo catches wind of this, and comes to the conclusion little Yuna didnt die that fateful day. Instead, he watches her. Oh how she has grown! And awakened a new ability, it seemed! Perhaps one bestowed to her by the planet itself? Ah! she is not so worthless afterall!
For now. He sends “eyes” to monitor her movements while running some “tests” in the background.

Kingdom Hearts IV/VERUM REX
Countermeasures Against the Master Theory
In the KHUX finale, the Master of Masters displayed the ability to steal a person's keyblade.
Tumblr media
Whether or not this is permanent is still up for debate, however I think it just might be as I'll explain further on.
Tumblr media
How does Sora, or a keyblade wielder in general beat a person who can permanently steal your only weapon leaving you utterly helpless? Well, we've seen this before in Sora's battle against Yozora. Yozora possesses a weapon that allows him to capture an opponent's power, or in Sora's case, his keyblade.
One would take this similarity in the Master and Yozora's power to mean that they learned from each other or they are allies in some way.
However, I think the exact opposite. I think Yozora and his friends are enemies or a resistance group standing against the Master for one reason or another.
I believe Yozora and his friends are all keyblade wielders who at one point confronted the Master. However, the Master displayed his power to steal keyblades by permanently stealing Yozora's keyblade. Before he could take anymore, Yozora and his friends retreated so as to not lose any more keyblades to him.
I theorize that Yozora and his friends developed a countermeasure towards the Master of Masters' power. We see this in the battle between Sora and Yozora. Yozora's blaster steals Sora's keyblade and he assimilates it with his sword, permanently locking it away from Sora's ability to recall it.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I believe that this resistance group developed weapons to lock their keyblades into so that the Master can't steal them, but they can still use the powers of the keyblade such as magic.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Notice how Yozora only uses data-like attacks up until he steals your keyblade and he uses magic in the form of Waterga. Magia displays this ability as well. In the VERUM REX commercial break, he uses Blizzaga and Thundaga attacks with his dual rapiers. Maybe these rapiers have keyblades assimilated to them in order for him to have access to Magic?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
In one scene, Aegis even constructs a 360° barrier with his hands similar to when Riku uses Dark Shield.
Tumblr media
This may also explain why Yozora decides to try taking Sora's keyblade repeatedly. He needs to replace his own or He's practicing for when he eventually has a rematch with the Master of Masters.

The dumbest thing Bevelle ever did, was letting Sue study magic.
Now she's in like their version of the starting area of the game, & she can already casting level 3 spells like Demi, Firage, Thundaga, Waterga & Blizzaga.
She already Overkilling everything. Nevermind when she gets Flare or Ultima-

Since people have been talking about it on Twitter for the past few hours, here's my shortcut layout for Kingdom Hearts:
X = Curaga Square = Firaga Circle = Blizzaga/Waterga Triangle = Thundaga/Aeroga
If I'm doing data boss battles, then Square and Circle are temporarily changed to potions and ether. I wish I was nice (skilled) enough to use magic other than Thundaga during data bosses though.

Really, Riku hated being the reason that Sora lost sleep. After all, what kind of best friend would he be if he— and he’s gone and pushed Sora off their favourite tree and into the ocean below. It that didn’t wake him up, he didn’t know what would. And as he watched him fall in, the other simply propped his elbow up with his right knee. “….. Better.”
There goes Sora-- falling into the water. Which thankfully woke him up. He turned to look up at the tree where he'd been-- momentarily confused. Things snapped into place when he saw who had pushed him into the water below.
Tumblr media
"Of course you know, this means war." Was he going to abuse the power of the keyblade? Absolutely. It was summoned with a flourish and the spell cast without a second thought.
He couldn't be the only one wet. A waterga spell might have been overkill-- but he deserved it.

Jote Facts
(Will have Jote’s fighting style. Also, since I headcanon her as the Dominant of Leviathan, will also have stuff about her semi-primed and full primed states. All below the cut cause of length and slight spoilers.)
Jote fights with a style similar to the assassins of the Intelligencers. She does this with a pair of swords also. Unlike them, she cannot teleport using the powers of Benedikta (obviously), but she can move faster than them.
Jote brings strikes moderately faster than the assassins, where failing to avoid a single strike usually ends with ending struck by her Twisted Flow combo.
Jote cannot perform Katon or Raton like the assassins but can alter her combos when using both swords standard style, one sword back-hand style, or both swords in back hand style, without making too much of an opening for her target to escape.
Keeping your distance is key to fighting her, but she is agile and can quickly close that distance, so movement is critical.
Jote in her semi-primed state has snake eyes and her body is encased in a shell of Leviathan’s scales. She also has Leviathan’s tales emerging out of the back of the scale shell.
She may be slightly bigger with the tail, but she is much faster. She can rapidly close in on a target, but her strikes become much easier to avoid, but hurt a lot more if they connect.
Unless you are another Dominant, there would be no hope of damaging her tail. Her tail strikes are the fastest of her attacks and can perform a tail strike while preparing a strike of her swords.
Fully primed, she assumes the form of the sea serpent.
Her moves consist of:
Waterga: A trio of large water geysers emerge in the direction of the casting.
Torrent: A series of up to five water blasts shot in a similar fashion to Giga Flare, but of shorter duration, but she can shift direction between shots.
Tsunami: A powerful small wave jettisons toward the target, but shortly after sending the wave, she’ll fly and dive toward the target.
Cascade: A series of up to twelve water bullets fired at the target in short duration. The direction of the attack can change during the burst.
Vortex: She’ll spin around in a circle and create a large whirlpool. During the life of the whirlpool, she’ll fire shots at the target. This attack cannot be interrupted and getting too close will only knock an enemy into the whirlpool where they will take heavy damage.)

WATER, TERUGKEREND THEMA BIJ TJOBBE HOOGHIEMSTRA
Tumblr media
Water is leven.
‘Sometimes / the greatest gift is the story told / to overcome absence; we stop our hearts, / we turn our face away.’schrijft Schots dichter Nancy Campbell voor het nieuwste boek van Tjibbe Hooghiemstra.
‘Whirls inside whirls. Worlds within worlds.’ Wervelingen in wervelingen.

THE MASTER OF HEARTS (1)
Tumblr media
Usually when two characters are drawn with a line between the two, it's supposed to represent duality. However it's how the characters are positioned that tells us the type of duality it's supposed to represent. Such as how Sora and Riku are usually positioned with their backs toward one another with Sora cloaked in warm colors and Riku cloaked in cooler colors. This tells us Sora and Riku are opposites, and that despite how close their backs might be to each other they both travel down different paths.
Tumblr media
The cover of the VERUM REX guidebook shows the main protagonist, Yozora and the main antagonist(s) of the game, Gigas. Yozora and the Gigas are both facing forward with a line dividing the two of them. Alignment and symmetry is usually what this represents indicating that Yozora and the Gigas either complete each other or share similarities.
Yozora and the Gigas are vessels for hearts to be placed in so they can operate.
Tumblr media
Despite the comparison Xehanort makes about the nobodies to the gigas, the difference is that nobodies have intelligence and can move without the need of a heart.
The Gigas are not originally from the Toy Story universe, they are toys but they can't operate or move without being controlled.
Gigas don't possess a heart or a mind of their own, so they don't fit the classification of heartless or nobody.
However if their presence in Toy Box mirrors how they operate in the game:
The Gigas are just toys or robots waiting to be piloted. (Vessel/Body)
The Gigas cannot move until a heart/person takes control and uses them to fulfill their own desires. (Heart & Mind)
The lives of whoever pilots them until they're destroyed or busted, Sora is the player/pilot of the Gigas. (Memories)
Enemies created to destroy and be destroyed. (Worldline)
Yozora is a video game player character. He's "fake", so he can't really have a heart or a body either.
However in his video game:
He is a player character of VERUM REX.
(Vessel/Body)
As the main character of VERUM REX, this game or this journey is his story.
(Memories)
He lacks the will and therefore the ability to move or accomplish anything on his own because he needs a player to take control of him or to guide him on his journey.
(Heart & Mind)
Everything that occurs from the beginning to the end of the video game, VERUM REX.
(Worldline)
Every other possible sequence of events the player/Yozora can experience from the beginning to the end of the video game, VERUM REX.
(Alternative Worldlines)
The existence of the Gigas and Yozora are the same as replicas.
Tumblr media
Yozora and Roxas, both nonexistent originally and have both come to be by the end of KH3 share a lot of similarities:
Tumblr media
They both practically have their own secret movie.
Dual-wielders
Roxas has Waterga when you play as him during ReMind. Yozora uses Waterga immediately after stealing Sora's keyblade.
They are the only two characters in the series to have their eyebrows colored differently from their hair. Roxas is a Sora-Ventus fusion. He gets his appearance and hair from Ventus but his eyebrows from Sora because he was Sora's nobody. Yozora is meant to be a Noctis-Riku fusion. Yozora has Riku's silver hair and Noctis' black eyebrows, but they all share very similar outfits.
Roxas, born as Sora's nobody, had Ventus' heart hence his form. No surprise, but this might mean that when whomever created Yozora, they gave him the body (Nobody) of Noctis as well as the heart of Riku.
Just like Roxas was at the end of KH1, Yozora is the new "Advent Child" of the franchise currently. A figure shrouded in mystery who will undoubtedly have a significant role in the next mainline KH game.
But, a question still remains. How do these characters in VERUM REX have hearts and memories of their own without the need for players, that breaks the borders of a video game?
How did they give life to these characters without the need for a player turning them into people?
If these characters are actual people inside a video game, then does that mean they're trapped inside the possible worldline of VERUM REX like the Dandelions and Maleficent were trapped in Data Daybreak Town?
The one who would have the answers to those questions, is the Game Creator. The one who created the world and the characters to be manipulated by a player, (enabling them to take control or give life to these creations) but somehow completely averting the need for them.
The Master of Masters is the creator of the video game and worldline(s) of VERUM REX.
The Master of Masters created the video game: VERUM REX in the same manner that he created the Chirithies, the alternative Daybreak Towns and Scala ad Caelum. How did he do this?
With the power of Kingdom Hearts
The concepts for their design and purpose or character as a whole come from his Memories held within his Dreams. (Memories)
He computes his thoughts and concepts into the datascape or virtual world, creating the different characters to exist within the game. (Vessels)
With the power of Kingdom Hearts, the Master can "Reality Shift". In other words the Master brings the Virtual/Fake World to the Real World or vice-versa.
These Vessels* containing Memories* gain Hearts and Minds* once they are connected to a Kingdom Hearts.
The Soul* or existence is the binding of all of these necessary ingredients for life.
Which Kingdom Hearts could the Master have used? In DDD, Luxu tells Sora the true purpose of the original Organization XIII.
Tumblr media
In KH1 Ansem wanted the darkness of Kingdom Hearts. Like Xemnas at the end of KH2, Ansem wanted his heart to become one with Kingdom Hearts.
Technically this still happens by the end of KH2 after Riku was purified and rid of Xehanort's heart. Xemnas absorbed all of the hearts (including Xehanort's) within Kingdom Hearts becoming extremely powerful.
So when did he create VERUM REX and which Kingdom Hearts filled with hearts did he use?
KINGDOM HEARTS
The Master became a God by gaining control of the Heart of all Worlds, creating a new Reality or an "Unreality".
Tumblr media
KINGDOM HEARTS
The Master used the hearts & lux collected from the fallen wielders at the end of the Keyblade War.
Tumblr media
Notation for more clarification:
A video game/rpg is a lot like a worldline or a collection of the possible worldlines.
"A worldline is the sequential path of personal human events that marks the history of a person. "Perhaps starting at the time and place at one's birth until death.""
An example I'll use is KH Chi & KH Union X. KH Chi is the story of your player character from the moment you wake up on the Station of Awakening to choose your Union, to the point in time Ephemer & Skuld appear before you at the end of the Keyblade War.
Tumblr media
Your player character's chirithy took away those memories in order to keep the knowledge of the past and the Keyblade War from tainting your heart with negative emotions.
(Credit to damo279)
In Union X, these events of your life (the previous worldline) were converted and preserved in data, in other words copied. This included everything and everyone that pre-existed within that worldline with the exception of the Keyblade War.
To get to the new worldline the Dandelions were also converted to data. They would arrive in a Data Daybreak Town where all of the dandelions would play out the events of the original worldline, however because the Keyblade War no longer occurs, an alternative ending or different courses of events can occur.
However, because the previous worldline still existed within the datascape, the Dandelions could access their "Saved Data". This allowed them to compete with one another using their "Other selves/Data selves" without damage to them or their hearts. This was the Shift Pride.
