Basic Information

FACE/BODY CLAIM: Vidyut Jammwal

NAME: Conor

AGE: Old; he was born in the 1300s CE

EYES: Very dark brown

HAIR: Black; it has natural waves and falls down over his ears, but doesn't reach his chin; he also usually has some sort fo scruff/beard

HEIGHT: 5'11

PRIMARY OUTFIT: Conor is very much a 'jeans and t-shirt' kind of guy. Sometimes the jeans have holes and look worn, but most of the time he was a neat, but casual appearance. He also enjoys wearing t-shirts that let everyone know how much he loves dogs. ;)

Personality

Laid back and easy-going, Conor is a lot like the dogs in his care. He cares and trusts with his whole heart and is almost obsessively loyal.

He will trust easily unless you give him a reason to do otherwise.

Although dogs are his focus, he has a passion for all animals and expects them to be treated with kindness and respect.

He’s also a good-humored individual, smiling more often than not.

Abilities

Transformation - Connor can shift into the spectral form of a large, black dog

Canine senses - Even in his human form, Conor as the same enhanced senses that a dog does.

Immortality - Conor is technically a ghost and cannot be killed. Although he could potentially be exorcized.

Invisibility - It’s not TRUE invisibility, he takes on the the appearance of a thin mist or fog.

Loyalty - Treat him right and you’ll have a friend for life.

Compassionate - He can’t look the other way if there’s an innocent in need.

Soothing - Much like any dog, just his presence alone can often calm down those around him - it’s something he learned while dealing with his dogs and is a combination of body language techniques and vocal inflections

Weaknesses

Anger - it takes A LOT to get Conor angry. But when he does, it’s impossible to talk him down. He would never inflict violence on someone not truly at fault. However, if you’ve done something to royally piss him off, then he won't hold back.

Romance

Given his nature, Conor isn’t really interested in flings. When he settles on someone it’s because he views them as a potential long-term mate.

He’s also not really looking for anyone, but is open to the idea should he decide that a friend in his life might be worth sharing something more with.

Main Verse:

Once, Conor was the houndmaster on the estate of a Templar Knight. When the Templars began to fall in France, the man’s lands were seized by King Edward II and redistributed amongst the king’s friends. Conor became the vassal of someone new… someone who didn’t treat the hounds with a kind hand. For awhile Conor stayed silent, but one night his new lord beat one of dogs to death for failing to catch a rabbit. In a fit of rage, the houndmaster beat the man bloody and then set the dogs on him. Unfortunately, before he could flee, Conor was found out. He and the dogs were put to death. He was resurrected as a barghest with the murdered hounds as his ghostly entourage.

In the modern era, Conor lives a mostly normal life. He runs a dog/animal sanctuary on a large piece of property out in the countryside. He's also a fairly well-known animal photographer - famous enough that people fly from all over the world to have him take pictures of their pets. He also takes pictures for all of the local shelters at no cost.

Until just a few years ago, Dinesh Shetty was one of the millions of Indians trying hard to get that ONE opportunity to fulfil his Dreams into Reality.

Dinesh is a contestant at the most-talked about show of the day- India’s Ultimate Warrior hosted by Vidyut Jammwal. On the show, Vidyut, along with four mentors, will look for the warrior with the perfect blend of physical and mental attributes. The show is set to premiere on March 4 on Discovery+ and March 14 on Discovery Channel.

The first 2 episodes are live on Discovery’s OTT platform Discovery+ since today and fans are already in awe with Dinesh and determination on the show. He has been receiving a lot of love on social media. But what’s the backstory of India’s Ultimate Warrior - Dinesh Shetty?

Born in a small house in Chinchwad, Pune and brought up in a very small house in Sahar Andheri East, Dinesh had a rough childhood. Living in a small house in Chinchwad, Dinesh was a born leader. From being the head boy of the school to being the General Secretary of college, Dinesh always had the leadership skills in him. From an early age, he wanted to be a part of the entertainment industry.

While the majority crumble under the immense pressure and give up long before they are able to score their first break, Dinesh clinged on to his dream, “I’ve always believed that my greatest strength is my strong will power and stubbornness to DO IT. If I decide on something then I will never ever stop before achieving it.”

Dinesh’s fitness enthusiasm is visible through his well sculpted body but what inspired Dinesh to embark this journey? “I gained a lot of weight during my job days and reached almost 100kg. I was heavily overweight and one day in a mall I saw myself in the big mirror & boom, that was the day I realised I have to get back into shape. I started slowly, and see where I am. I always say if I can do this, anyone can do this and that too without fancy diets. You can opt for a healthy lifestyle and see the magic happening with your determination.”

Along with being a fitness freak, Dinesh runs his own company – Production Crew but he has one more element to his personality that people hardly know. He is part of many charities and run an NGO “FootSteps” with his friends. “I always loved helping people so I started this Ngo for the people because I believe Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them humanity cannot survive.”

Dinesh is a big time animal lover too. He runs a Riding school and has a rescued one-eye Horse whom he calls his favourite of all. On asking about his experience with the show, Dinesh said, “Amazing! Every day I learnt that there are NO boundaries to what we can achieve with pure determination and devotion. I have learnt a lot from Vidyut and my mentors. I am grateful to be part of such a great show.”

She is undoubtedly one of the hottest sex symbols in the Indian Glamour industry, whether it’s the big screen, TV Commercials, Advt shoots or the social media. Needless to say, she has millions of followers online.

Yes, I am talking about Urvashi Rautela .

Born in Haridwar on 25 February 1994 to Meera Rautela and Manwar Singh Rautela, her hometown is in Kotdwar, Uttarakhand. She further graduated from Gargi College, University of Delhi.

She has been decorated with several awards like the Zee Cine Awards for the Best Female Debut.

Hi. Do share with your fans about your background before everyone came to know you as a Bollywood Diva?

Urvashi- I had been always crazy about modelling and movies since school days. At the age of 15, I got my first major break at Wills lifestyle India Fashion Week featuring top designers and models. I started participating in beauty pageants too.

I also won the title of Miss Teen India 2009. I think Pallab, you were the Anchor and Trainer of this pageant then, I remember (smiles!)

As a teen model, I started doing runway fashion shows regularly all over India, I was the show stopper for Lakme Fashion Week and also walked the ramp at Amazon Fashion Week, Dubai Fashion Week, Bombay Fashion Week etc;.

In 2011, I won Indian Princess 2011, Miss Tourism World 2011, and Miss Asian Supermodel 2011. I also won the title of Miss Tourism Queen Of The Year 2011 that was held in China with participants from 102 countries and became the first Indian woman to win the pageant. In 2012, I won the coveted crown of I AM She — Miss Universe India as well as the special award for Miss Photogenic. However, I had to leave the ‘I AM She’ crown as I was underage at that time.

In 2015, I joined the Indian pageantry again and reclaimed the same title. Thus I became the first and only woman in history to win the Miss Universe India crown twice (giggles). Additionally, I also won the title of Miss Beautiful Smile at the Yamaha Fascino Miss Diva-Miss Universe India 2015. Finally the big moment came when I represented India in the Miss Universe 2015. So from Beauty pageants to Modeling… and then Bollywood movies.(smiles)

Q. Do tell us about your association with the Film industry so far?

Urvashi- I was fortunate to make my debut as the female lead opposite Sunny Deol. After Singh Saab The Great, I appeared in Yo Yo Honey Singh’s international video album Love Dose. Soon after, I joined the South film industry and made my Kannada debut with Mr. Airavata. Then I did two films, Sanam Re and Great Grand Masti as well as two music videos in 2016. The first was Laal Dupatta with Mika Singh and Anupama Raag and the other was Gal Bann Gayi along with Vidyut Jammwal.

Then I featured in a special dance number Haseeno Ka Deewana in Kaabil. Then finally my biggest hit came in 2018, in the revenge drama Hate Story 4. My latest being Anees Bazmee’s comedy film Pagalpanti.

Q. Who is your dream Director whom you would like to work with?

Urvashi- Sanjay Leela Bhansali anyday…He showcases his actresses beautifully.

Q. What is your biggest strength?

Urvashi- Just be humble, and being myself. Yeah, just being myself…no matter what they say.

Q. Tell us about your acting process, How do you prepare for a role in general?

Urvashi- One has to work hard, on your role, the script and understanding what the Director wants. I normally do one film at a time, so that i can concentrate and do justice to my role.

Your biggest inspiration?

Urvashi- My mom for sure. She has always been my strength right from the word Go. Whatever I could achieve so far, has been due to her constant support. Thanks Mom.

What are the five things you surely carry when you move out of your house?

Urvashi — Hmm. I love perfumes..so 2–3 perfume bottles for sure- Dior, Harrara etc.My mobile phone, lipstick as per colour of the day, my credit cards (laughs) and of course some of my favourite earrings, I love carrying them around..

What are your favourite films?

Urvashi- My films (giggles) Honestly speaking, I like all kind of films.

What’s your favourite colour?

Urvashi- RED and PINK. All feminine yet hot colours. (laughs).

What is your style statement?

Urvashi- Very glamourous and colourful. I think the new Indian woman is all about colours that can show off her sexuality and freedom.

What irritates you the most?

Urvashi- Hypocricy and liers. I just hate them.

When did you sign your first autograph?

Urvashi- I don’t really remember. Hmm. Lemme think. Well, it was around the time I won the Miss India Universe Pageant I AM SHE. Yeah, around that time…

What is the strangest Autograph request you have ever had?

Urvashi- (Laughs!) oh! yesss. I remember.. this was a few years ago at an event in Jaipur. When this crazy guy comes up to me and insists me to sign on his cheek. Intially I said No. But when I saw him following us, and insisting for his dream come true. I obliged. He said he will never wash that part of his cheek for years. Gosh !

Any special message to your fans?

Makers of Vidyut Jammwal starrer Sanak take extra Covid-19 precautions for Goa schedule

With an alarming surge in Covid-19 cases across the country, film producers and production houses have become extra cautious to ensure safety of the entire cast and crew of their respective projects. Producer Vipul Amrutlal Shah, who is looking forward to start shooting the last schedule of his highly-anticipated film Sanak in Goa this month, has ensured extra measures on the movie set.

Starring Vidyut Jammwal and debutant actress Rukmini Maitra, the movie also features Neha Dhupia in a special performance along with Chandan Roy Sanyal in a pivotal role. The poster of Sanak launched at the beginning of this year, created a lot of buzz and garnered immense anticipation.

Talking about the precautionary measures being taken for the last schedule of Sanak, director Kanishk Verma informs, “We only have the Goa schedule left. There is a sudden surge in the (covid-19) cases and the whole country is going through this. To be very honest, we have been very strict from the beginning as far as santisation and covid precautions on the set are concerned. We never took it lightly, even when we started the principal photography of the movie in January. I think we have been lucky enough to not have a single case for three months and back-to-back shooting because we were quite strict with safety measures and responsible. We made sure that everybody on set maintained the social distancing protocol. Only the people absolutely needed for the shot were there on the set. At any given point, we didn’t have more than 10-15 people on the shooting floor. Everyone was sent to the different rooms and corners and were called in when needed. Though this affected the shoot time but everybody was very responsible and played their part well. Hence, we managed to finish the shoot in three months without any injury or covid cases. In fact, all equipment on set, cars and bikes of artists and crew members were also sanitised as soon as they arrived on set.”

Producer Vipul Shah adds, “We had a specialised sanitization team working on the set. There was a team of eight people whose primary job was to ensure that the entire shooting location and set up was properly sanitized, everybody goes through the sanitization tunnel every 15-20 minutes, everybody was given sanitizer to clean their hands, temperatures were checked regularly, surprise checks were also done. We had also created different colour bands, like green bands were given to the ones who can access the shooting area and red bands for those who cannot. Some extra unit bases were also created and sanitised, so the people can split in small units and that’s how we functioned.”

Vipul has brought successful movies like the Commando franchise, Holiday – A Soldier Is Never Off Duty, Singh is Kinng, Force and many more. These films are still fresh in the minds of the audience even today where he has always produced content that ages well. With Sanak, we can expect another great story in the making. It needs to be seen what action-packed ace card is up Vipul's sleeves this time around.
