I got bored so I decided to rewatch The Best Offer and, knowing the ending, now get so mad whenever I hear Claire's voice, see Robert, or hear any mention of the Vauconson Automaton.

This poor man. He didn't deserve any of that. And you could tell that his feelings for Claire weren't a "forgery", unlike hers for him.
