First you need to understand what a Muslim is.
The word Muslim is originally derived from the word Islam. And the word Islam means surrender.
That is, a Muslim is a person who practices Islam or submits to his Lord.
On the other hand, one who does not submit to Allah or obey His commandments is a non-Muslim.
Since a non-Muslim does not live according to Allah's instructions, he cannot enter Paradise(Jannah).

সময়ের মূল্য ও গুরুত্ব মানব জীবনে
আল্লাহ রাব্বুল আলামীন সূরা আসরে সময়ের শপথ করে প্রথমে ইমানের কথা বলেছেন। যখন মানুষ আল্লাহর প্রতি ইমান স্থাপন করল, তারপর সৎকর্ম করল, তখন সে নিজেকে পরিপূর্ণ করে নিল। নিজেকে লাভ, সফলতা ও কল্যাণের দিকে পরিচালিত করল। কিন্তু ইমানদার হিসাবে তার দায়িত্ব শেষ হয়ে গেল না। অন্যকে সে তার যাপিত কল্যাণকর, সফল জীবনের প্রতি আহবান করবে। নিজেকে ঠিক করার পর মুসলিমের দায়িত্ব হবে অন্যকে সত্য ও কল্যাণের পথে আহবান কর��� ও ধৈর্য ধরা।

সূরা #আসর এ আল্লাহ গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বেশকিছু শিক্ষা ও চমৎকার হেদায়েত রেখেছেন। মাত্র তিন আয়াত বিশিষ্ট ছোট্ট এ সূরাটি ইহকালীন ও পরকালীন মুক্তির স্পষ্ট সনদ। ‘আল্লাহ যদি কুরআনে অন্য কোনো সূরা নাযিল না করে শুধু সূরা আল আসর নাযিল করতেন তাহলে এটা মানুষের হেদায়াতের জন্য যথেষ্ট হত।'(মিফতাহুস সাআদাহ : ইমাম শাফেয়ি) যদি কেউ এ সূরায় গভীরভাবে দৃষ্টি দেয় তাহলে সে তাতে একটি উন্নত, সুন্দর, শান্তিময়, পরিপূর্ণ এবং সবার জন্য কল্যাণকর সমাজের চিত্র দেখবে। (আদওয়াউল বায়ান : ৯/৫০৭)

It sounds epic because the reward of sincere worship is worth more than a entire lifetime. We 'search' for this night by offering extra prayers. Destiny brought me to this spot - where 2 years ago I lost my Quran. I bought it with my own money when I was like 12 - and unbeknownst to me - it was like choosing a wand. A 13 liner, Urdu script, verses don't end on the page, in a gold-colored casing with black zipper. There may have been a Phoenix feather - not sure. But that book was the most important thing in my life and I was devastated when I lost it. I memorized a good potion from that book, annotated it, and it was a trusty companion. But losing it taught me it is not the physical book, but the words and message that I should hold on to. Have Faith. Do Good. Exhort Truth. ইসলামে প্রবেশ করতে শাহাদাহ পাঠ করুন
কালিমা শাহাদাত সত্য সাক্ষ্য
ইসলাম হলো সত্যকে গ্রহণ করা এবং অসত্যকে পরিহার, পরিত্যাগ বা বর্জন করা। ইমান বা বিশ্বাসের মূল কথা হলো কালিমা। কালিমা শাহাদাত হলো ইমান ও ইসলামের পঞ্চ ভিত্তির অন্যতম ভিত্তি। কালিমা অর্থ শব্দ, বাণী বা বাক্য; শাহাদাত অর্থ সাক্ষ্য দেওয়া। কালিমা শাহাদাত অর্থ সাক্ষ্য বাণী। কালিমা শাহাদাত ফারসিতে হয় ‘কালেমায়ে শাহাদাত’; মূল আরবিতে হবে ‘কালেমাহ শাহাদাত’ বা ‘আল কালিমাতুশ শাহাদাত’।
কালিমা শাহাদাতে এই ঘোষণাই দেওয়া হয়, ‘আশহাদু আল্লা ইলাহা ইল্লাল্লাহু, ওয়াহদাহু লা শারিকা লাহু; ওয়া আশহাদু আন্না মুহাম্মাদান আবদুহু ওয়া রাসুলুহু।’ অর্থাৎ ‘আমি সাক্ষ্য দিচ্ছি যে এক আল্লাহ ব্যতীত আর কোনো মাবুদ নাই, তিনি এক ও একক, তাঁর কোনো শরিক বা অংশীদার নাই; আমি আরও সাক্ষ্য দিচ্ছি নিশ্চয়ই হজরত মুহাম্মদ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম আল্লাহ তায়ালার অতি প্রিয় খাস বান্দা ও তাঁর প্রেরিত রাসুল।’
পবিত্র কোরান থেকে শাহাদা
আল্লাহ স্বয়ং সাক্ষ্য দিচ্ছেন যে, তিনি ব্যতীত উপাসনার যোগ্য কোন মাবুদ নেই এবং ফেরেশতাগণ এবং জ্ঞানীগণও। তিনি ন্যায়ের রক্ষক। তিনি ব্যতীত উপাসনার যোগ্য কোন উপাস্য নেই - সর্বশক্তিমান, সর্বজ্ঞানী।(3:18)
“আশহাদু আন লা ইলাহা ইল্লাল্লাহ ওয়া আশহাদু আন্না মুহাম্মাদান আবদুহু ওয়া রাসুলুহ (আমি সাক্ষ্য দিচ্ছি যে, আল্লাহ ব্যতীত ইবাদতের যোগ্য কেউ নেই এবং আমি সাক্ষ্য দিচ্ছি যে, মুহাম্মাদ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আল্লাহর বান্দা ও রাসূল)” , ইসলাম গ্রহণের সময় শাহাদার দুটি মূলনীতিতে বিশ্বাস করতে হয়। ১)আল্লাহ এক ও অদ্বিতীয় এবং আল্লাহ্ব্যতীত আর কেউ ইবাদতের যোগ্য নয়। ২) মুহাম্মাদ সা. আল্লাহ্র বান্দা ও রাসুল।

আল্লাহ অদ্বিতীয়, সর্বশক্তিমান এবং একমাত্র উপাস্য। আমাদের প্রতিপালক আল্লাহ সুবহানাহু ওয়া তায়ালা। আল্লাহ ছাড়া কোনো 'সত্য মাবুদ ' / 'সত্য ইলাহ' নেই। আল্লাহ তায়ালা আসমানে 'আরশের ঊর্ধ্বে সমুন্নত। আল্লাহকে জানুন তাঁর সুন্দরতম নাম ও পরিপূর্ণ গুণাবলী দ্বারা। কোরআন আল্লাহর বাণী। পবিত্র কুরআন মানবজাতির জন্য চূড়ান্ত প্রত্যাদেশ ও নির্দেশনা। আল্লাহকে জানা সেই স্তম্ভ যেখানে ইসলাম সম্পূর্ণভাবে আবদ্ধ।

আগে বুঝতে হবে মুসলিম কাকে বলে।
��ুসলিম শব্দটি এসেছে মূলত ইসলাম শব্দ থেকে। আর ইসলাম শব্দের অর্থ অচ্ছে আত্মসমর্পণ করা।
অর্থাৎ, মুসলিম হচ্ছে সে ব্যক্তি, যে ইসলাম পালন করে বা তার স্রষ্টার কাছে আত্মসমর্পন করে।
অন্যদিকে যে স্রষ্টার কাছে আত্মসমর্পন করেনা বা নির্দেশ পালন করেনা সে হচ্ছে অমুসলিম।
যেহেতু অমুসলিম মাত্রই স্রষ্টার নির্দেশ মোতাবেক জীবন পরিচালনা করেনা সেহেতু সে জান্নাতেও যেতে পারবেনা।
সময়ের মূল্য ও গুরুত্ব মানব জীবনে
আল্লাহ রাব্বুল আলামীন সূরা আসরে সময়ের শপথ করে প্রথমে ইমানের কথা বলেছেন। যখন মানুষ আল্লাহর প্রতি ইমান স্থাপন করল, তারপর সৎকর্ম করল, তখন সে নিজেকে পরিপূর্ণ করে নিল। নিজেকে লাভ, সফলতা ও কল্যাণের দিকে পরিচালিত করল। কিন্তু ইমানদার হিসাবে তার দায়িত্ব শেষ হয়ে গেল না। অন্যকে সে তার যাপিত কল্যাণকর, সফল জীবনের প্রতি আহবান করবে। নিজেকে ঠিক করার পর মুসলিমের দায়িত্ব হবে অন্যকে সত্য ও কল্যাণের পথে আহবান করা ও ধৈর্য ধরা।

মানুষ যখন ঈশ্বরে বিশ্বাস করে, এবং সৎ কাজ করে, তখন সে নিজেকে পরিপূর্ণ করে তোলে। বিশ্বাসী নিজেকে লাভ, সাফল্য এবং কল্যাণের দিকে নিয়ে যান। কিন্তু বিশ্বাসী হিসেবে তার দায়িত্ব শেষ হয়নি। তিনি অন্যদেরও ডাকবেন একটি সমৃদ্ধ, সফল জীবনের দিকে। মুসলমানদের উত্থান হয়েছে বিশ্ব মানবতার কল্যাণের জন্য। তার দায়িত্ব হলো নিজের সাথে অন্যকেও সত্যের দিকে ডাকা।

আল্লাহ স্বয়ং সাক্ষ্য দিচ্ছেন যে, তিনি ব্যতীত উপাসনার যোগ্য কোন মাবুদ নেই এবং ফেরেশতাগণ এবং জ্ঞানীগণও। তিনি ন্যায়ের রক্ষক। তিনি ব্যতীত উপাসনার যোগ্য কোন উপাস্য নেই - সর্বশক্তিমান, সর্বজ্ঞানী।(3:18)
“আশহাদু আন লা ইলাহা ইল্লাল্লাহ ওয়া আশহাদু আন্না মুহাম্মাদান আবদুহু ওয়া রাসুলুহ (আমি সাক্ষ্য দিচ্ছি যে, আল্লাহ ব্যতীত ইবাদতের যোগ্য কেউ নেই এবং আমি সাক্ষ্য দিচ্ছি যে, মুহাম্মাদ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আল্লাহর বান্দা ও রাসূল)” , ইসলাম গ্রহণের সময় শাহাদার দুটি মূলনীতিতে বিশ্বাস করতে হয়। ১)আল্লাহ এক ও অদ্বিতীয় এবং আল্লাহ্ব্যতীত আর কেউ ইবাদতের যোগ্য নয়। ২) মুহাম্মাদ সা. আল্লাহ্র বান্দা ও রাসুল।

আল্লাহ অদ্বিতীয়, সর্বশক্তিমান এবং একমাত্র উপাস্য। আমাদের প্রতিপালক আল্লাহ সুবহানাহু ওয়া তায়ালা। আল্লাহ ছাড়া কোনো 'সত্য মাবুদ ' / 'সত্য ইলাহ' নেই। আল্লাহ তায়ালা আসমানে 'আরশের ঊর্ধ্বে সমুন্নত। আল্লাহকে জানুন তাঁর সুন্দরতম নাম ও পরিপূর্ণ গুণাবলী দ্বারা। কোরআন আল্লাহর বাণী। পবিত্র কুরআন মানবজাতির জন্য চূড়ান্ত প্রত্যাদেশ ও নির্দেশনা। আল্লাহকে জানা সেই স্তম্ভ যেখানে ইসলাম সম্পূর্ণভাবে আবদ্ধ।
পবিত্র কোরান থেকে শাহাদা
আল্লাহ স্বয়ং সাক্ষ্য দিচ্ছেন যে, তিনি ব্যতীত উপাসনার যোগ্য কোন মাবুদ নেই এবং ফেরেশতাগণ এবং জ্ঞানীগণও। তিনি ন্যায়ের রক্ষক। তিনি ব্যতীত উপাসনার যোগ্য কোন উপাস্য নেই - সর্বশক্তিমান, সর্বজ্ঞানী।
অমুসলিমরা জান্নাত পাবে না।
Non-Muslims will not get Paradise.
অমুসলিমরা জান্নাত পাবে না।
আগে বুঝতে হবে মুসলিম কাকে বলে।
মুসলিম শব্দটি এসেছে মূলত ইসলাম শব্দ থেকে। আর ইসলাম শব্দের অর্থ অচ্ছে আত্মসমর্পণ করা।
অর্থাৎ, মুসলিম হচ্ছে সে ব্যক্তি, যে ইসলাম পালন করে বা তার স্রষ্টার কাছে আত্মসমর্পন করে।
অন্যদিকে যে স্রষ্টার কাছে আত্মসমর্পন করেনা বা নির্দেশ পালন করেনা সে হচ্ছে অমুসলিম।
যেহেতু অমুসলিম মাত্রই স্রষ্টার নির্দেশ মোতাবেক জীবন পরিচালনা করেনা সেহেতু সে জান্নাতেও যেতে পারবেনা।
সময়ের মূল্য ও গুরুত্ব মানব জীবনে
আল্লাহ রাব্বুল আলামীন সূরা আসরে সময়ের শপথ করে প্রথমে ইমানের কথা বলেছেন। যখন মানুষ আল্লাহর প্রতি ইমান স্থাপন করল, তারপর সৎকর্ম করল, তখন সে নিজেকে পরিপূর্ণ করে নিল। নিজেকে লাভ, সফলতা ও কল্যাণের দিকে পরিচালিত করল। কিন্তু ইমানদার হিসাবে তার দায়িত্ব শেষ হয়ে গেল না। অন্যকে সে তার যাপিত কল্যাণকর, সফল জীবনের প্রতি আহবান করবে। নিজেকে ঠিক করার পর মুসলিমের দায়িত্ব হবে অন্যকে সত্য ও কল্যাণের পথে আহবান করা ও ধৈর্য ধরা।

অমুসলিমরা জান্নাত পাবে না।
মানুষ যখন ঈশ্বরে বিশ্বাস করে, এবং সৎ কাজ করে, তখন সে নিজেকে পরিপূর্ণ করে তোলে। বিশ্বাসী নিজেকে লাভ, সাফল্য এবং কল্যাণের দিকে নিয়ে যান। কিন্তু বিশ্বাসী হিসেবে তার দায়িত্ব শেষ হয়নি। তিনি অন্যদেরও ডাকবেন একটি সমৃদ্ধ, সফল জীবনের দিকে। মুসলমানদের উত্থান হয়েছে বিশ্ব মানবতার কল্যাণের জন্য। তার দায়িত্ব হলো নিজের সাথে অন্যকেও সত্যের দিকে ডাকা।
