Kisaragi Gentaro Befriends the Universe - Spatial Hole of Summoning.

A black hole, or what seemed to be a black hole opened up at the school one Kisaragi Gentaro was teaching. Upon waking up, he found himself captured by unknown villains and was promptly rescued by the saviors of the universe, the Kyurangers.

A/N: Because it's my birthday, or at least the day after my birthday, I wanted to post something special. Not only is this my birthday fic, this is also my 100th public fic on Ao3 and I wanted to write something about our friendship incarnation and the luckiest man meeting.

I would also like to thank @flaim-ita @dangerouscommiesubversive @narashikari @asknarashikari for giving me some of their ideas. Judging from the contents of the story, it’d be easy to judge that me and my cousin were the ones picking their brain for characterizations and such. Thank you.

Kisaragi Gentaro, adviser of Year 1's Class A, was a PE teacher at Amanogawa High School. He was in the middle of supervising his class doing some warm-ups by the pool for his topic of the day: Swimming.

Gentaro was standing at the pool's side when a hole opened up at the center, above the pool, and began pulling water into the spatial hole through its gravity. The students in the pool, especially those near the hole were also pulled into the supposed cosmic phenomenon.

The PE teacher immediately took action and yelled for everyone to run for safety.

He ran towards the center of the pool and jumped over the water landing on the other side, grabbing the students who were being pulled by the hole's gravitational force in the process and telling them to run for safety.

He repeated the process for a few more students, some of them had managed to grab hold of the pool ladders when everything began.

"Sensei!" Another student entered the pool area, just in time for him to see the teacher land at the entrance side of the pool. "What can I do?"

"Help me get them out of the pull range, Saburo," Gentaro instructed as he pointed to the students struggling to hold onto the fixtures of the pool area. "With your powers, you should be able to do it without being sucked into the hole."

"On it!"

Saburo telekinetically lifted the other students who were holding on to the fixtures as Gentaro continued to bring down the students who were in the process of getting pulled in by the hole.

After his fourth jump, since he had the help of his student, the pool ropes, that had snapped earlier, hit Gentaro's head. The hit disrupted the PE teacher's momentum and as a result, he became a victim of the hole's gravitational pull.

"Sensei!" Saburo screamed in alarm.

"Saburo! Get him to safety!" Gentaro instructed as he held onto the rope that had hit him. "Once he's safe, you can get me."

"But…"

"Hurry!"

Saburo scrambled to get the student his class advisor was saving, telekinetically, but as soon as he had managed to land the older student he was levitating, Gentaro was sucked into the hole when the teacher couldn't hold on to the rope, which had closed promptly.

"Sensei!"

Gentaro found himself regaining consciousness upright, restrained, and blindfolded, and that caused him instantly enter his fight response.

His pulse quickened as he immediately tugged on his arms which were held at an angle, in an attempt to escape from his restraints.

The urge to shout for his release was great but managed to calm himself down as soon as he recalled what happened to him before finding himself in his current predicament.

"Hopefully Saburo was able to get Miyamoto out of the water," Gentaro mused to himself. "Considering how it's cold around, I think I'm still in my swimsuit, and I'm cuffed to something pointing upwards."

However, Gentaro's assessment of his current situation was interrupted when he heard some voices.

"I did not know that the Dark Seiza Blaster that Doctor Anton had designed when your army had some of the Kyurangers in captivity would have resulted in such a boon."

Gentaro forced his body to go limp and breathe normally. He may not have the best academic record, but he, at the very least, knew a situation where he was at a disadvantage when he was in one.

Instead, he chose to eavesdrop on the conversation.

"It does render the kyutama useless for a certain amount of time." Another voice expressed lament. "I do not know how you managed to create a kyutama based on this particular being, but the Galaxy attack has delivered us one promising test subject," The voice hummed. "He might be compatible."

"Kamen Rider Fourze." Gentaro couldn't help but jerk at the mention of his Rider name.

"Why choose this particular masked hero?"

"Among the Kamen Riders that Shocker and Foundation X have known, he's the one capable of creating portals," The first voice informed. "With him under our control, we'll be able to travel at speeds that the Space Federation won't be able to stop us."

"How do you even know these masked heroes?"

"Just like how I arrived in this universe, how else?"

Gentaro frowned as he heard the footsteps and voices fade. He stood straight, as straight as he can in his bound state, and began thinking about how he was going to escape.

"From what I've heard, they're going to control me and use me as a portal to wherever they please," Gentaro whispered to himself. "I really don't want to know what they'll do to me if they find out that I destroyed the Fourze driver."

The swimsuit-clad teacher tugged on his arms once more, attempting to break free of his restraints but to no avail.

Suddenly, Gentaro can hear explosions, several of them in fact and due to the aforementioned explosions, he can feel the entire place, relative to his restrained and blindfolded body, shake.

"Yossha lucky!" Gentaro heard an exclamation near him. "It was good that I managed to bump into you and Kotaro, Hammie"

"Mou, Lucky! I hope you know that I was on my way to Earth when we bumped into each other." A female voice huffed. "I have an exam tomorrow and I can't afford to miss it!"

"It's going to be fine, Hammie." The other voice assured, Lucky, the male voice.

"I hope you're right," Hammie's voice calmed down. "Still, where are we?"

"Let's check each room." Lucky, suggested.

"Yosh!"

Gentaro kind of hoped that these Lucky and Hammie persons weren't affiliated with the people who wanted to use Fourze's power for their gain.

"H-huh! Lucky, get over here!"

"What is it, Hammi-whoa!" Lucky's words were cut off.

Gentaro suddenly felt someone touching his body before he was unceremoniously released from his restraints and fall down. He felt himself getting caught by someone strong, who gently placed him on the floor.

As Gentaro's blindfold was taken off, he momentarily winced due to the sudden brightness that he was subjected to. As soon as his eyes got used to the brightness, he got a good look at his saviors: it was pair of people wearing the same jacket that vary only in color.

The guy was wearing a star-themed jacket in red while the girl was wearing the same but in green.

"Are you okay?" The girl asked him.

"Y-yeah," Gentaro nodded.

"Lucky, Hammie, what's your situation?" Another female voice inquired from out of nowhere.

"We found someone captured here, Raptor," The girl spoke to the thing on her wrists. "I think he needs help."

"Okay, the two of us are on our way to your location." The voice identified as Raptor responded from the thing on the boy's and the girl's wrists.

"We'll be waiting." The boy responded this time as the girl's attention was on him.

"How did you end up here?" The girl asked.

"I don't know," Gentaro answered honestly. "All I know was that a hole appeared in the school I was teaching and was sucked in."

"A hole?" The man asked for confirmation.

"Yeah, it began pulling my students into it, but I managed to save them," Gentaro supplied. "I'm only here because something hit me and got me pulled into the hole instead."

"Stinger? Raptor?" Hammie spoke to the object on her wrist.

"It's possible," Raptor's voice spoke. "We can't confirm it if we can't at least find a Seiza Blaster."

"Guys," Another voice, a boyish voice, interrupted. "Isn't this a Dark Seiza Blaster?"

But Gentaro cannot see anything on the things that were on his rescuers' wrists.

"My word!" Another voice exclaimed. "More of those Dark Seiza Blasters exist."

"Kotaro, leave the Seiza Blaster where you found it and reconvene with us." A different male voice ordered.

"Okyuu"

Hammie and Lucky looked at each other as if having a silent conversation.

Suddenly, an unexpected enemy company arrived, and Gentaro's saviors were quick to take action and defend themselves from the sudden attack.

Gentaro, despite feeling weak from his capture, joined the fray and kicked a lot of faceless soldiers to their faces, knocking all of them out.

"What are you doing?!" Hammie exclaimed as she ducked a punch to her face. "You need to rest!"

"I am not about to leave my buds in a fight!" Gentaro swiftly replied as he jumped over an attack to his knees.

"Buds?" Hammie threw a grunt over her shoulder.

"Yeah, buds!" Gentaro flashed a smile at his savior.

"Yossha lucky!" Lucky exclaimed, punching two goons behind him.

As if on cue, everyone else in the room also delivered the final blow to their respective enemies and caused them to flee the room.

"Lucky, Hammie, you guys aren't half bad at all." Gentaro praised his saviors.

"You're not bad yourself," Lucky returned the compliment. "I'm Lucky, luckiest man in the universe."

"Universe?" Gentaro grinned. "I'm Kisaragi Gentaro, I'm the man who'll befriend the entire universe." He grinned before doing his usual salute of pumping his chest with his right knuckle and pointing towards his conversational partner.

"Befriend the entire universe?" Hammie laughed. "Gentaro, you're funny! There's no way you can befriend everyone in the universe."

"Just you wait, Hammie! I'll prove you wrong." Gentaro accepted the challenge.

"Yossha lucky!" Lucky exclaimed. "I'll be one of your friends, Gentaro."

"Ossu!"

Lucky offered his hand to shake Gentaro's but the other man simply used his unique handshake, which some have dubbed the Gentaro handshake, much to the confusion of the luckiest man and his companion. He took Lucky's outstretched hand and held it in a different position before performing three successive fist bumps: forward, downward, and then upward.

"Lucky, Hammie."

Three more people arrived at the room. All three of them also showed signs that they were in a fight recently.

"Oh, Raptor, Stinger, Kotaro," Lucky greeted the new arrivals.

"We need to go," Stinger immediately ordered. "They alerted the entire place as soon as the soldiers that retreated from you sounded the alarm."

"We managed to put them to sleep, but that won't last."

"We can come back later." Hammie nodded.

"I think we need to lend the person we rescued our jacket." The boy, noticeably younger than the others, inquired.

"Right!" Lucky nodded. "Here, Gentaro, you can use my jacket."

"Thanks!"

"Uchuuuu Kitaaaa!" Gentaro yelled as soon as he dismounted from Lucky's vehicle, the Lion Voyager. "I don't know what's happening but I'm further away than my solar system."

"Are you an Earthling?" The young boy inquired.

"Yeah, I'm an Earthling." Gentaro grinned.

"Eh? You're from Earth?" Hammie exclaimed. "How did you get captured by them?"

"It probably has something to do with the Dark Seiza Blaster within the base," Raptor offered. "Anyway, we're needed at the bridge; Tsurugi will need to be informed."

"I also got something to show everyone." The boy reported.

"Lucky, can you show Gentaro your quarters and lend him some of your clothes," Stinger instructed. "You're about the same size as him."

"Okyuu."

Gentaro and Lucky arrived at the ship's bridge, with Gentaro wearing Lucky's form-fitting white shirt and jeans.

"Legendary timing, Lucky!" The man on a holographic screen greeted.

"Tsurugi!" Lucky greeted back.

"And this must be the Earthling Hammie reported." The man, Tsurugi, observed.

"Why don't we take turns introducing ourselves first?" The boy offered.

"Holy Moly! What a legendary idea, Kotaro."

"I'll start." The boy stood up. "I'm Sakuma Kotaro, I'm an Earthling just like you and yes, I'm the youngest in the group."

"E-eh? A kid?"

"I'm supposed to be in my third year of high school." Kotaro shook his head.

"I'll go next," The pink robot stood up. "I'm Raptor 283, you can call me Raptor, I'm the pilot of this ship."

"I'm Hammie, as you might already know." The girl, Lucky was with earlier, spoke.

"I'm Lucky, I'm the luckiest man in the universe."

"I'm next." The man in mostly orange clothing stood up." I'm Stinger and I'm the field commander for the Space Federation, to be more specific, I'm commander of this ship, the Orion Battler."

"I'm going last, huh." The man on the screen spoke. "I am the legendary Ootori Tsurugi, I am the first, the second, and the third president of the Space Federation."

"The first, the second, and the third?" Gentaro tilted his head in confusion.

"Ignore that last bit," Raptor responded. "Can you introduce yourself?"

"Yosh, I'm the man who will befriend everyone in the universe," Gentaro declared. "Kisaragi Gentaro."

"That line doesn't stop being funny the second time you say it." Hammie laughed.

"Just you wait, Hammie, I'll prove you wrong." Gentaro gave the green-clothed lady a grin and a single thumb up.

"Somehow, I can believe that," Kotaro offered. "As unbelievable as that claim is." He grinned.

"Anyway, Kotaro, you want to show us something?"

"Right!"

Kotaro placed a small globe on the thing on his wrist.

"Yagi Kyutama" A voice announced. "Seiza Attack."

Kotaro pulled something on the thing on his wrist and an image of a horned goat appeared in front of the holographic screen with Tsurugi's face before it too turned into another holographic screen.

The second holographic screen showed two people checking on something. The only thing the Kyurangers saw were silhouettes of the people talking.

"Is the Kyutama charged yet?"

"Unfortunately, no."

One of the people held up a white kyutama with orange highlights, as the light that obscured the conversing people clearly showed the kyutama in question.

"The dark galaxy attack that netted us one captive took a lot of its energy and needs a recharge."

"Why Kamen Rider Fourze, again? From what you've told me, we could have made use of Kamen Rider Ex-aid, especially its Hyper Muteki form."

"You underestimate the heroes that overthrew the previous overlord. I gained the power I gained because I believe that I can prolong everything so long as I live. I can prolong my reign if I continue to live and not engage in battle."

"You have a point, even Don Armage had a lot of body doubles in place so that he can prolong his reign."

"Besides the Ex-Aid Kyutama is forever lost."

"That's unfortunate."

"Anyway, Fourze has the power to prolong my reign, with his warping capabilities."

"How sure are we that as soon as we manifest Fourze's Driver and equip it to our captive, he'd be under our control?"

"The Dark Seiza Blaster will do it for us, as long as we have that equipped, the Fourze Driver and its host will follow all of our instructions."

The video recording stopped before the second screen faded out of existence.

"Kamen Rider, what a legendary title." Tsurugi hummed.

"I actually met Kamen Rider Ex-Aid," Lucky revealed. "When commander Shou gave me an Ex-Aid Kyutama to use but it faded as soon as who I think is Kamen Rider Ex-Aid is appear beside me."

"Did you trigger the galaxy attack?" Raptor questioned.

"I triggered the normal attack." Lucky answered.

"We don't really understand how our Kyutamas work," Hammie offered. "Sometimes it will only affect one target, sometimes it will affect multiple targets."

"You have a point." Raptor hummed.

"Don't they always work on intent?" Kotaro asked.

"What do you mean, Kotaro?" Stinger faced the young boy.

"When I used the Kaminoke Kyutama on some people, I wanted it to affect everyone I was facing, which unfortunately included Garu, and gave them long hairs." Kotaro pointed out.

"Now that you mentioned it," Stinger frowned. "When I used the Pump Kyutama when Champ and I were on a mission together, it just gave me a small amount of water to drink."

"And when you used it on Planet Kaien, it gave us a huge amount of water to reveal the impostor." Hammie pointed out.

"My word! What a legendary discovery, Kotaro!" Tsurugi praised. "I must admit, the legendary me did not think of intent as a factor in using our Kyutama."

"Of course, there's a limit," Kotaro shook his head. "Or at least, I think there should be."

"Like what?"

"The Futago Kyutama, I think it can only clone its user once or their target once," Kotaro offered. "Of course, it's a different story if the Kyutama itself was cloned alongside the user."

"Which was how Lucky defeated Ikargen." Stinger smirked.

"Where's Kengo when you need him." Gentaro couldn't help but whisper to himself as the discussion went over his head.

One thing was certain, Gentaro had no hope of not doing his captor's bidding had no one rescued him from his captivity on that moon. From what he had watched, it seemed like the main goal was to use him as a getaway gate for his captors.

Gentaro couldn't help but be slightly relieved; he wouldn't know what to do if he had been used to hurt anyone, especially his friends.

"Yossha lucky!" Lucky exclaimed. "It's a good thing we already rescued Gentaro before they could initiate their plan.

"Kotaro, Tsurugi-san, you're Earthlings right?" Gentaro spoke up, derailing everyone's discussion.

"Yeah?" Kotaro frowned.

"How are you here, Kotaro?" Gentaro questioned. "How is everyone here, that's if everyone here is an Earthling."

"Oh no, we're not Earthlings." Hammie immediately denied the claim. "Kotaro and Tsurugi are the only Earthlings here."

"How were you able to meet these aliens?"

"I think Gentaro's saying that he's not from this universe." Raptor deduced.

"I can see that now," Tsurugi nodded. "It's fairly public how there are two Earthlings who fought with the Kyurangers."

"Kyurangers…" Gentaro trailed off. "Are you guys a sentai team?"

"We're the Uchuu Sentai Kyuranger." Kotaro introduced his team.

"This really isn't my universe," Gentaro sighed. "Where's Decade when you need him."

"Decade?"

"He's a Kamen Rider like Ex-Aid, he has the ability to travel between universes," Gentaro explained.

"Can you tell us how you came to this universe?" Raptor asked.

Gentaro obliged, and told the Kyurangers the events that led to his capture: from the black hole opening at his school to when he was rescued by Lucky and Hammie.

"You're Kamen Rider Fourze, aren't you?" Stinger bluntly asked the question as soon as he heard the tale of Gentaro's capture.

"Let me redo my introduction, I did not expect you guys to be a sentai team I hadn't heard about," Gentaro grinned. "I'm the man who'll be friends with every hero in the universe!" He opened his arms to illustrate his point. "I'm Kisaragi Gentaro, Kamen Rider Fourze." He finished his introduction by styling his hair once more, even if it did not stay in place.

"How did you come to that conclusion, Stinger?" Hammie questioned. "I would have thought he was unfortunate enough to be chosen at random."

"If the hole that transported him to our universe was simply trying to get anyone, it would have been on a timer, however, as only Gentaro was the only person transported, it would be safe to assume that the hole closed as soon as he went through it." Stinger reasoned.

"Considering the Kyutamas' semi-sentient nature, it likely honed in on Gentaro because he was Kamen Rider Fourze in his universe."

"Can I ask something to Kotaro?"

"Sure, what is it?"

"I don't really care for this myself, but how come keigo is absent from your speech?"

"Keigo?" Kotaro tilted his head.

"Kun, San, Chan, but mostly san." Gentaro supplied.

"I'm afraid with the whole universe under the control of one tyrant, the concept of honorific speech in Japan has been lost," Tsurugi shook his head. "When I first left Earth, it still existed, but when I came back, that was completely erased by Jark Matter."

Gentaro nodded as he listened to the explanation.

"With Earth under Jark Matter's control, everyone became equal to one another, with no hierarchy to speak of," Tsurugi added. "The only form of honorific speech that was left was sama, and that was merely to address everyone who worked under Jark Matter."

"What about senpai and kouhai?"

"I remember Dekared referring to me as his kouhai." Lucky spoke up.

"Was that when you first arrived in that universe?" Raptor asked.

"Yeah," Lucky nodded. "I still don't understand it."

"This is a legendary opportunity!" Tsurugi announced. "Stinger, return to Earth so that we can ask Gentaro about the things that were mostly erased on our Earth but are still present in his world."

"Okyuu!"

As a teacher, so close to his students, Gentaro had the unique position of knowing the culture of his students in and out of the school on top of his general cultural knowledge of his Earth's Japan. This unique position proved to be beneficial for the Kyurangers' Earth where most of the planet's many cultures were erased when Jark Matter invaded.

Originally, Kotaro and Tsurugi were the only ones interested to learn from Gentaro and his Earth, but Hammie joined in, citing that this would be a good thing to teach children.

He was able to teach Hammie, Kotaro, and Tsurugi children's games like Daruma-san, Nawatobi, Otedama, and the like, most especially Jan ken pon.

He also taught them the basics of Shogi, Hanafuda, and Karuta.

Soon, Gentaro's teachings spread. People were playing the games he had taught while the cultural researchers were hard at work corroborating and making sense of Gentaro's narration of his universe's Earth's history to that of theirs.

Before teaching everything he knew of his own universe's Earth to this universe's Earth, Gentaro went shopping. He bought clothes that fit his aesthetics: a black and white letterman jacket with the letter G, a plain red shirt, a pair of black pants, and a pair of cons sneakers.

And of course, he also bought a box of hair gel to give himself the pompadour hairstyle.

"Ne, Gentaro-san?" A child approached the teacher.

"That's good," Gentaro nodded. "However if you approach someone for the first time, you should be referring to them by their last name…" He trailed off.

"Jirou!" Kotaro exclaimed as he ran towards his younger brother.

"Sakuma-kun, this is your younger brother?"

"Yeah," Kotaro nodded. "I don't know why he wanted to approach you, tho." He looked at his younger brother.

"I wanted to play Jan ken pon with Genta- Kisaragi-san, nii-chan."

"Good, good." Gentaro grinned. "You taught your brother well, Sakuma-kun."

"No, Jirou has an advantage over everyone else," Kotaro shook his head. "Ojii-chan kind of taught us some things when he found out that Keigo was being taught to the people."

"Still, you both were taught well." Gentaro praised.

"Ne, Kisaragi-san, can I challenge you to a round of jan ken pon?"

"Sure, Jirou-kun." Gentaro nodded. "You remember the rules?"

"Uhuh!" Jirou enthusiastically nodded.

"So what beats rock?"

"Paper!"

"What beats paper?"

"Scissors!"

"What beats scissors?"

"Rock!"

"Very good!" Gentaro praised the youngest boy in the group." Ready when you are!" He pulled his right fist.

"Rock comes first."

Jirou mimicked Gentaro's action.

"Jan."

Gentaro and Jirou raised their respective fists.

"Ken."

Both competitors brought their fists down.

"Pon!"

Both Gentaro and Jirou showed their enclosed fists. They showed rock at the same time.

"Let's try that again." Gentaro grinned.

"Uhuh!"

Gentaro and Jirou continued to play Jan ken with their succeeding rounds showing the same hand gestures. They first showed scissors, then paper, rock, scissors, and then paper."

The both of them continued to play the game until Gentaro lost.

Gentaro was showing an open palm, the gesture for paper, while Jirou had his index and middle fingers raised, the gesture for scissors."

"I lost," Gentaro grinned. "Not bad, Jirou-kun." He ruffled the younger boy's hair.

"I had fun." Jirou grinned at the praise.

"Very good, remind me sometime later, and I'll get something for you for winning."

"You don't have to," Kotaro shook his head.

"But I want to," Gentaro grinned. "Since I can't grade him, I have to give him another kind of reward." He ruffled the hairs of the Sakuma siblings.

Some days later, Tsurugi summoned the Kyurangers that were on Earth and Gentaro to his office at the Space Federation.

Apparently, he got a lead, by way of another pair of Kyurangers.

"Naga, Balance, Raptor, and Spada are at the Orion Battleship to prepare for your takeoff," Tsurugi started. "Spada's making your rations that would last half-a-year at most while Naga, Raptor, and Balance are equipping the battleship with our spare Seiza Blaster to give the ship stealth capabilities."

"So it's just the four of us," Hammie observed. "And Kisaragi-san."

"You can call me by my name," Gentaro smiled. "We're all heroes here, after all."

"I'll stick with the formalities, Gentaro-san," Kotaro smiled. "I want to lead by example to my fellow Earthlings and my little brother."

"Yossha lucky!" Lucky pumped his fist in the air. "It was a good thing we found you when we did, Gentaro!"

"You and your legendary luck, Lucky." Tsurugi shook his head.

"I will always help any of my buds if they're in need." Gentaro grinned.

"What a legendary thing to say!" Tsurugi exclaimed. "However, I must deliver legendary news."

Tsurugi then briefed everyone in the room on the lead they got and the one who will be on the mission.

"I've asked Naga and Balance to accompany you on the mission when you depart," Tsurugi continued his briefing. "They're the ones who got us this lead and apparently know where they're headed next."

"Have they identified who was on the ship?" Hammie questioned.

"They're remnants of the Jark Matter shogunate," Tsurugi frowned. "They have the same mindset as Doctor Anton and are loyal to Don Armagge."

"Yossha lucky!" Lucky exclaimed. "Now we can also clean up Don Armagge's mess."

"They're working with someone else," Tsurugi cut off Lucky's celebration. "We only know the name of this new ally, Foundation X."

"Foundation X?" Hammie tilted her head before she laughed. "What kind of organization is Foundation X?! That's so funny."

"They're an organization that has been experimenting and distributing things that turn people into monsters," Gentaro answered the question. "I don't know how different this Foundation X is from the Foundation X I know, but this can't be good."

"Yossha lucky!" Lucky exclaimed once more.

"Eeeeh?!"

"It's because of the fact that you are here that we won't be fighting them blindly." Lucky explained.

"Judging from the fact that they know of other Kamen Riders, from the video we saw, it could also mean that they are from another universe as well." Kotaro pointed out.

"That's right," Stinger agreed. "While it is still a possibility that there is or was a Foundation X in this universe, the moment they mentioned Kamen Riders, they must have come from a universe where Kamen Riders exist."

"This universe does not have a Kamen Rider?" Gentaro couldn't help but ask.

"No," Tsurugi shook his head. "The only legendary record of Kamen Riders in this universe was when Lucky summoned someone named Kamen Rider Ex-Aid."

"He disappeared after we finished our fight." Lucky finished.

"What can you tell about this organization, aside from what you told us." Tsurugi inquired.

Gentaro told the Kyurangers present how this organization was a merchant of death and has been funding inhumane experiments to further their greed. He also told them how they've been luring innocents into trying their products and continuing their inhumane research on them.

"That's…"

"Just as there are good people, there are bad people," Tsurugi shook his head. "It's normal to be legendarily repulsed by the deeds of these beings."

"They're cruel!' Hammie exclaimed.

"I'm sure the Super Sentai and Space Police in their universe would sort things out with them." Lucky grinned.

"We really focus on different enemies, Super Sentai teams are focused on those who attack Earth or cities from the outside and invade us," Gentaro started. "The Space Police are more focused on the enemies that attack planets outside of Earth, while we Riders are focused on monsters that are around us, you know. We Riders are the ones who take them on."

"My word, internal threats." Tsurugi gasped. "Have they really infiltrated human society?"

"Their nature is to collect whatever for their research, so they send innocents to do their work for them." Gentaro sighed.

"Your universe seemed so peaceful when we were there." Hammie stated sadly.

"It's because all three legendary factions are there that their Earth seemed peaceful." Tsurugi smiled.

"That is if the Earth we've been to a number of times is the same Earth Gentaro's from." Stinger pointed out.

"Regardless of which Earth it was, the legendary fact of the matter is that the Space Police and Super Sentai exist there alongside other Kamen Riders."

"I'm guessing you're going with us, Gentaro-san?" Kotaro questioned.

"Of course! I can't leave my buds fighting my battles." Gentaro grinned.

"It's settled then, you'll be departing tomorrow." Tsurugi ordered.

"I can't go!" Hammie immediately interjected before Tsurugi could dismiss everyone. "I have another exam tomorrow."

"Right, the exam's venue is Earth." Tsurugi nodded. "Can I ask you three to continue the mission and protect Kisaragi?"

"Okyuu." Stinger, Lucky, and Kotaro saluted.

"Balance, Naga, and Raptor will also be with us, it should be fine." Stinger nodded.

Upon entering the Orion Battler, Gentaro was immediately introduced to both Balance and Naga before they departed to their destination.

"Kogitsune Kyutama, Seiza Attack!"

As soon as Balance pulled the trigger on the Seiza Blaster, the Orion Battler went invisible as they slowly landed on the surface of another moon.

"It's like the stealth switch," Gentaro observed. "It can make me invisible and unhearable."

"Right on," Balance giggled. "It's such a useful thing to have especially when you have to steal a very guarded thing."

"You're thieves?" Gentaro couldn't help but question.

The robot and the scaled man began performing a dance in front of Gentaro as they rapped.

"Yo, we're the best stars in the galaxy.

We come and go mysteriously, doing our dirty work.

We are the BN Thieves!"

"Aaah! I see what you did there! BN Thieves stands for Balance-Naga thieves." Gentaro exclaimed. "Kaitou Kitaaaaa!"

"Yossha lucky!" Lucky exclaimed soon after.

"Kitaaaa!"

"Lucky!"

"Okay, put a stop to it," Raptor huffed. "What's the point of activating stealth mode if you cannot be silent even for just one moment."

"And Raptor's angry." Kotaro shook his head.

"Anyway, Balance, Naga, do you have the map for their ship?"

"We sure do." Balance nodded.

"Yagi Kyutama, Seiza Attack."

A holographic screen appeared on top of the table and showed a still image of the ship's map.

"I think the Dark Seiza Blaster is…" Lucky trailed off as he held a small crumpled paper and threw it at the screen. "There."

The image zoomed in on the part where the paper passed through.

"That's the luckiest man for you," Balance nodded. "Right on the mark, Lucky."

"Yossha lucky!"

"Let me just store the image in the ship's systems before we calculate the fastest route to that room." Raptor stated as she began typing on her tablet.

Gentaro and the five Kyurangers found themselves able to sneak in easily into the ship and follow through Raptor's route and as soon as they arrived by the door, something made a sound, no one is sure what, but the sudden noise got them discovered.

Which led to a fight.

"Dustards?!" Gentaro exclaimed.

"That's what these are called?" Kotaro called out as he dodged a strike from his opponent.

"Mawa Slide!"

"Shishi Kyutama"

"Sasori Kyutama"

"Tenbin Kyutama"

"Hebitsukai Kyutama"

"Koguma Kyutama"

A disembodied voice announced the Kyutamas the Kyurangers inserted into their Seiza Blasters.

"Seiza Change." The changing function was activated from their Seiza Blasters.

"Star Change!"

The Kyurangers announced as each of them transformed into their Kyuranger suits.

"Kyuranger kitaaaaaaa!" Gentaro exclaimed as he pumped both of his fists in the air, hitting two of his enemies that attempted to jump at him.

"Yoshha lucky!" Lucky pumped his fists upwards, punching two dustards in the process. "Let's test your luck."

"What can you tell us about these?" Stinger asked.

"The only thing they're good at is being fast."

"Fast huh?" Everyone in the room could hear the mirth in Balance's voice. "Naga?"

"Of course."

Naga jumped backward and let his teammates do the fighting for him.

Gentaro was confused but he did notice that the Kyurangers were leading their opponents to one spot, he took the hint and mimicked their actions.

Once the dustards were gathered at a single spot, Naga did some gestures with his helmet and temporarily paralyzed all the dustards in the area.

"Galaxy!"

Kotaro placed his kyutama on his spear and spun it above his head. "Polaris Impact!"

Kotaro rushed towards the paralyzed mook soldiers and ran his spear through all of them, encasing all of them in ice before they broke off into shards.

As soon as the dustards were destroyed, more appeared and intercepted the group.

"Naga, Balance, you two go on ahead, the rest of us will open a path for you." Stinger ordered.

"Are you sure?" Naga asked.

"Just go!"

Lucky and Stinger managed to open a pathway for both Naga and Balance as Kotaro inserted a kyutama on his blaster and released a snake den and restrained a number of dustards before hitting them with his spear, destroying them in a fiery explosion.

"Yossha lucky!" Lucky exclaimed once more as pumped his fist in the air and punched an incoming dustard from above.

"Eh?" Gentaro couldn't help but gawk after dodging a strike from the dustard he was facing.

"It's lucky that we won't have our hands full because you know how to fight."

"Lucky's right," Stinger used his tail to impale a dustard a few paces away from him and pierced another in front of him with his spear. "With you knowing your way in a fight, we won't have our attention divided between defending you and defending ourselves."

"It gives us the opportunity to go all out without fearing for your safety." Kotaro dodged a sword strike before retaliating with a spear strike of his own.

The fight between the red, orange, and sky blue Kyurangers alongside Gentaro against the dustards continued even when Balance and Naga arrived. They seemed to have been running away from someone.

"Kotaro, catch!"

Kotaro caught the Kyutama and loaded it into his changer.

"Fourze Kyutama – Seiza Attack!"

A Kamen Rider Fourze was summoned beside Kotaro, who immediately kicked and punched the two approaching dustards approaching the youngest Kyuranger as soon as he materialized.

Gentaro had to rub his eyes to clarify that he was not seeing things, and there was Kamen Rider Fourze beating up enemies left and right, just like how he used to do them when he was Fourze.

Fourze spotted Gentaro and did the actions for Gentaro's 'Uchuu Kitaa', backhanding two more enemies to a nearby wall.

Fourze approached Gentaro and removed the driver from his person and gave it to him, removing the suit in the process, and revealing another Gentaro Kisaragi.

"Eeeeh!" Gentaro exclaimed. "You're me!" He pointed at himself and his doppelganger."

The summoned Gentaro just saluted, not unlike how Shun would, before disintegrating into balls of light, leaving behind the driver he handed to his other self.

"We've got company!" Balance announced as he and Naga busted through the blockade of dustards in their way.

Suddenly, a huge explosion destroyed the wall and took out the majority of the dustards the Kyurangers were fighting, revealing one monster walking towards them.

"Zodiarts," Gentaro frowned. "

"It just took out all of them." Kotaro panted.

"The Orion Zodiart," Gentaro's eyes widened as soon as he realized who was front and center. "Everyone leave that to me!"

Gentaro equipped the driver to his waist and began switching the switches on the buckle before striking a pose.

"3, 2, 1"

"Henshin!" Gentaro yelled as cranked the lever on his belt and raised his right hand above.

A wave of energy engulfed Gentaro and the Kyurangers were forced to brace themselves from the bright light it emitted and the wind it generated. As soon as the light dimmed and the wind subsided, in Gentaro's place was the same white-masked warrior that was summoned from the Kyutama.

"Kamen Rider Fourze, let's settle this one-on-one." Gentaro declared as he slicked his helmet as if he was slicking his hair back before charging at the monster.

Gentaro made quick work on the Orion Zodiart, having been one of his very first opponents back when he was first starting. The monster attempted to retaliate by sending projectiles of fire toward him but all of them were evaded or deflected.

In the heat of battle, Gentaro immediately grabbed a switch from his back and changed one of the existing switches on his belt.

"Cosmic On."

Gentaro's form was covered in the same wave of energy as before as his suit changed from white to blue. He now wielded a rocket-looking club with 3/4's of the weapon resembling a rocket's body and the hilt resembling a motorcycle's handlebars in blue.

He inserted another switch into his club and threw his weapon to the enemy, with the weapon's handlebar-like hilt stuck to his hand, and pushed the Orion Zodiart into a blue-white portal, where they ended up in the vastness of space.

The Orion Zodiart was disoriented and was unable to do anything as Gentaro inserted the cosmic switch into his weapon and rushed towards him using the thrusters on his back.

"Limit Break"

"Rider Super Galaxy Finish!" Gentaro exclaimed as he slashed his sword sideways, destroying the Orion Zodiart in a fiery explosion.

Gentaro returned to the base only to find the Kyurangers locked in combat with a number of Zodiarts, members of horoscopes.

Lucky was dodging Leo's punches.

Stinger blocked the Scorpion Zodiart's stinger with his own stinger as Kotaro attacked with his spear.

Naga intercepted each of Libra's strikes with the scepter with his sickle as Balance worked firing arrows from the distance with his crossbow.

That was when another monster walked into the scene and attempted to help the Leo Zodiarts when Lucky slipped, falling to the floor, dodging the combined attacks between Leo and the new monster.

"Sagittarius!" Gentaro exclaimed.

Fourze immediately used the thrusters of his suit and rushed towards the Sagittarius-themed monster and got him away from the red sentai.

Gentaro and the Zodiarts exchanged blows with each other. A kick was responded with a kick, a punch with a punch, both waiting for the other to slip and give an opening.

"Pen on" Gentaro inserted another switch on his belt and activated it, giving his right foot a large brush to use.

Gentaro used his right foot and performed a crescent kick, and drew a black arc in the air in the process. He then used the same foot to do a sweeping kick and erected a curved line on the floor.

The black arc blocked the projectiles Fourze's opponent let loose while the curved line on the floor tripped the Sagittarius Zodiart.

Suddenly, the Sagittarius-themed monster's feet were surrounded by fire before he spun in place, creating a fire tornado, forcing Gentaro backward.

As the fire tornado dissipated, the Sagittarius Zodiart was back on his feet and was readying his bow and aimed it on the roof, about to show a myriad of arrows in the air.

"Crap, everyone, look out!" Gentaro cried.

The Kyurangers were able to react instantly; Stinger immediately inserted a Kyutama into his Seiza Blaster as Kotaro defended Stinger from the Scorpion Zodiarts's attacks.

"Tate Kyutama – Seiza Attack!"

Multiple shields appeared above each Kyuranger's head and in front of them, blocking the arrows that were raining on them and the attacks from their respective enemies.

"That was too close," Gentaro exclaimed as he ducked a punch from his enemy.

Suddenly, a pink monster appeared before everyone else, alongside a number of white-uniformed men.

"The Shocker Rider project in this universe is a failure, we need to retreat."

An aurora curtain appeared behind the white-clothed men, and one by one, they entered the curtain to another universe.

"Oi! Get back here!"

Gentaro attempted to chase them but was blocked by the pink monster – Virgo Zodiart – and Sagittarius Zodiart.

"What's Up! Saikyou Kyutama!" Lucky inserted a large kyutama into his Seiza Blaster. "Super Seiza Change"

As Lucky spun the ring on the large Kyutama, his suit changed from red to white, and his helmet now bore two figures: one of a lion and another of a person.

As if on cue, Stinger and Kotaro's enemy was destroyed before they moved on to the Virgo-themed monster as Lucky's scarves restrained both the Leo and Sagittarius Zodiarts.

"Go on," Lucky beckoned.

"But –"

"Don't worry, we'll be fine." Kotaro assured Gentaro.

"That takes them to another universe." Gentaro pointed at the fading curtain.

"Then all the more reason for you to chase after them," Stinger used his spear to defend himself. "They're evil shouldn't infect other universes."

"If you're worried about us," Balance ducked from a scepter strike. "Don't be."

"We have been at this longer than you might think." Naga intercepted another scepter strike with his sickle.

"We are the saviors of the universe, after all." Lucky flashed a thumbs-up gesture.

Gentaro nodded.

"Sorry for the trouble."

Gentaro used the thrusters on his back to chase after the Foundation X members before the aurora curtain faded out of existence, leaving the Kyurangers to fight against the Horoscopes.

Supernova Character Guide for Everyone thus Far! (Will be Updated Over Time)

The Revolution

Name: Neil Astra (he/him)

Age: 20

Homeworld: Earth

Position: Leo Ranger, Field Commander

Initially, Neil lived a relatively normal life on Earth with his mother and younger brother Arthur, but all of that changed when the Dark Matter Empire invaded. After losing his mother during the invasion due to the building she was working in being crushed by an Executor-class Consumoai commanded by Mirfak, Neil had to take care of Arthur himself. Despite the loss of his mother hurting him very deeply, he still possesses an unshakable confidence and optimism that the Empire will collapse. This positive attitude led to him being chosen by the Leo Nova Sphere, a family heirloom from his mother’s side of the family that she passed on to him shortly before her death. Now the Leo Ranger, he’s incredibly happy to be able to help liberate the galaxy from the Empire, even if he’s less experienced in combat than the other rangers, especially Shen, who has more or less become his and Arthur’s adoptive father following Arthur becoming the Ursa Ranger. Strangely, he was able to do something to the Draco Nova Sphere, perfecting Shen’s morphing abilities and getting rid of his time limit…

Name: Leiurus Calchas (he/him)

Age: 25

Homeworld: Serket, Scorpius system

Position: Scorpius Ranger, spy of the Revolution

A man in his mid-twenties with an orange scorpion tail, as well as the chosen of the Scorpius Nova Sphere and the Scorpius Ranger. Initially appearing to oppose the Rangers and later allying with Kaus, in reality he's a spy for the Revolution, and the very first chosen that Shen found. Like all Serketians, he's able to modify the venom his tail injects for a variety of purposes. Despite willing to perform morally-grey actions to infiltrate the Empire, he opposes them as much as the other Rangers do, possessing a strong code of honor and a desire to atone for some mysterious crime. Despite this, Aster is incredibly antagonistic towards him, as he was present the night Aster's creator was kidnapped. As for Leiurus himself, he has a strong desire to make the Empire crumble and find his missing older brother, Eurypto, who’s become the Duke of the Scorpius system, Antares.

Name: Sirius (he/him)

Age: 35

Homeworld: Fenrisulfr, Lupus system

Position: Lupus Ranger

A blue-furred wolfman from the Lupus system, and the Lupus Ranger. Previously he lived a simple life with his wife and the rest of his clan on his homeworld, up until the Dark Matter Empire’s recent invasion of it. His clan tried to resist, but they all fell in battle, leaving him the sole survivor. Despite possessing the Lupus Nova Sphere, which was a wedding gift from his late wife, he wasn’t chosen by it until Neil helped him realize he still had things to fight for. Sirius appears gruff and serious (heh) but he is deeply loyal to the ones he cares about. Coming from a planet that was rarely contacted by the galaxy at large, he also finds himself being a bit awestruck by some of the galaxy’s technological advancements.

Age: 300 in Iustitian years, 25 in Earth years.

Homeworld: Iustitia, Libra system

Position: Libra Ranger

A bombastic mechanical life form from the Libra system who possesses the Libra Nova Sphere and fills the role of the Libra Ranger. Despite coming from a long line of high-ranking judges in the Libra system, they found such a life to be boring, and while working as an aid, helped a defendant, Hydra Trabem escape to receiving a charge they saw as ridiculous. From there, the duo went on to become a pair of the greatest thieves in the galaxy before crossing paths with the Revolution. Despite their eccentric and larger-than-life personality, they’re incredibly loyal, with a heart that’s almost as gold as the plating covering their body.

Name: Asterion “Aster” (he/him)

Age: 38

Homeworld: Crete, Taurus system

Position: Taurus Ranger

A large, strong, bull-like robot from the Taurus system who possesses the Taurus Nova Sphere and is the Taurus Ranger. He has a rather happy-go-lucky attitude, a strong belief in justice, and a love of puzzles. He also loves a good fight and showing off his strength, even using dumbbells despite them not giving any benefits. He joined the Revolution shortly after Brando did and a bit before Alura did, and as such he has a very strong bond with the two of them. Along with Brando and Alura, he was chosen by one of the three legendary Nova Spheres the Revolution was able to recover, and is ready to fight horn and hoof to free the galaxy from the Empire, though he seems to have his own personal reasons for it as well, that being to rescue his creator, Professor Minos Ain, who was kidnapped by the Empire. This has lead to some distrust towards Leiurus, who was present the night he was kidnapped. After learning that Antares was the one responsible, he’s teamed up with Leiurus to bring him down.

Name: Hydra Trabem

Age: 22

Homeworld: Gorgonia, Ophiuchus system

Position: Ophiuchus Ranger, Void Ophiuchus Ranger.

A stoic, vaguely reptilian man from the Ophiuchus system, chosen of the Ophiuchus Nova Sphere and the Ophiuchus Ranger. The world Gorgonia has discarded all emotion to avoid conflict, but Hydra wished to have emotions of his own, a major crime on Gorgonia. He was taken to the Libra system to face justice, but the aid of the judge overseeing his case, Tip, helped him escape. Acting as a duo of formidable thieves, they eventually came into contact with the Rangers. A stoic and logical young man, Hydra has made it his personal quest to have emotions of his own. He was brainwashed by Schedar and utilized artificial Nova Spheres created by Mirfak, becoming Ophiuchus Void. Tip was eventually able to break through to him, and has since used those artificial Nova Spheres to assist the Revolution as the Void Ophiuchus Ranger.

Name: Alura Palleon (she/her)

Age: 18

Homeworld: Tokage, Chameleon system

Position: Chameleon Ranger, Field Commander

A young but highly capable woman from the Chameleon system, being the chosen of the Chameleon Nova Sphere and filling the role of the Chameleon Ranger. Due to her upbringing on her home planet as she was raised to be the future leader of her village, she’s very no-nonsense despite her young age, but she can be quite excitable under the right circumstances. Despite resembling a human, she’s able to camouflage herself so well she appears to be invisible, something everyone on her home planet can do. Despite her young age and the fact that she was the last of the original three Rangers to join the Revolution, she’s easily the best fighter between herself, Aster, and Brando. Despite her serious nature, a memory in the forests of Tokage sticks with her to this day, that being an encounter with Audumla, the embodiment of all that is good in the universe.

Name: Birdie 8 (she/her)

Age: 25

Homeworld: Olympia Corp. Production Station 283, Aquila system

Position: Aquila Ranger, Secretary, Pilot

A bubbly, white and pink android from the Aquila system who serves as Commander Long’s personal secretary and as the pilot of the Orion. Like Aster, she’s just as much of a person as most people are despite being a robot, and is always willing to help the Rangers and the Commander with whatever they need with a joyful attitude. That being said, she does find Commander Long’s puns and antics to be quite grating at times despite working with him for nineteen years, but she still respects him, and he respects her enough to share some of his deepest secrets. She still makes time for herself, and plans on becoming an author following the Empire’s inevitable defeat. Secretly, she’s always dreamed of joining the fight against the Empire more directly, and her desire to do whatever it takes to accomplish that has caused the Aquila Nova Sphere to choose her, allowing her to become the Aquila Ranger and fight alongside the other Rangers like she always dreamed of.

Name: Brando Pesce (he/him)

Age: 28

Homeworld: Bahamut, Dorado System

Position: Dorado Ranger, Chef of the Orion

A big-hearted chef from the tropical world of Bahamut in the Dorado system, as well as the chosen of the Dorado Nova Sphere and the Dorado Ranger. Brando cares deeply for his comrades and is incredibly empathetic towards people in need, an aspect that might be why the Dorado Nova Sphere chose him. He’s incredibly considerate of just about everyone he comes across, even making meals for Aster and Birdie so they don’t feel left out during meals despite them being unable to eat. Despite his caring attitude, he’s more than capable of fending for himself, using the Star Weapon’s Star Saber mode with the grace of a master swordsman, delivering food-based quips all the while. This caring attitude appears to be from his childhood on his Imperial run homeworld, which was overrun by the Marquis Nozzie. Nozzie taxed resources extensively, so Brando’s desire to become a chef stemmed from his desire to help his community deal with it.

Name: Shen Long/Shen Arctos (he/him)

Age: 40

Homeworld: Ladon, Draco system

Position: Draco Ranger, Leader of the Revolution

The purple-scaled draconian leader of the Revolution, and formerly its head scientist. Shen became the leader of the Revolution nineteen years ago, long before he was ready for the position, though he has since grown into it. Despite appearing to be a kooky middle-aged man who loves puns, Shen is an incredibly competent leader and inventor, being the one responsible for the creation of the Supernova Morphers, Star Weapons, and the Nova Sphere tracker. He cares incredibly deeply for the Rangers, and will do whatever it takes to make sure they’re happy and safe. Despite all of this, he’s still deeply haunted by demons from his past, demons that involve Skragen and Calamartia, who were responsible for the death of his adoptive father, Theodore nineteen years ago, forcing him to take over as the leader of the Revolution. He carries deep guilt for what happened, as he disobeyed his father’s orders and believes that he’d still be alive if it wasn’t for him. Nineteen years ago he figured out a way to become a Ranger without one of the legendary Nova Spheres, instead using the Draco Nova Sphere, though it had a time limit. Despite this he helped the Revolution immensely, being known as the First Hero of the Revolution. Following an odd occurrence involving Neil and the other Nova Spheres, the time limit is gone, allowing Shen to join the team full-time as the Draco Ranger. Following Arthur becoming the Ursa Ranger, he became Neil and Arthur’s adoptive father.

Age: 12

Homeworld: Earth

Position: Ursa Ranger, Revolution asset

The younger brother of Neil, and a remarkably intelligent boy. Following their mother’s death, he was cared for by Neil, and while less impacted by their mother’s death than Neil was, is still hurt by it. Arthur is a remarkably intelligent and curious boy, and that curiosity only grew when he was taken aboard the Orion and had the opportunity to learn all about the rest of the Galaxy, though he has a particular interest in engineering. While he frequently teases and snarks at Neil, he does care deeply for his older brother, and quite likes Commander Long as well, as the Ladonian is always willing to answer any question he has. Compared to his brother, he’s far more cynical and pessimistic about the Empire’s defeat, though watching the Rangers battle the Empire seems to have planted a seed of hope in his heart, a seed that later blossomed following Shen becoming the Draco Ranger. This determination coupled with a strange power of his own allowed him to call forth the Ursa Minor Nova Sphere, allowing him to join the team as the Ursa Ranger.

Name: Kenneth Faulkner (he/him)

Age: 338 (chronologically), 32 (biologically)

Homeworld: Earth

Position: Phoenix Knight, former president of the Galactic Federation of Free Systems

Originally a fatally wounded Scottish warrior in 1717, Kenneth was abducted and experimented on by the Fenghuangians of the Phoenix system, bonding him with the Phoenix Nova Sphere. He later met with Ptolemy, an Astrographer, who created his Zords and Morpher with which he’d use to protect the galaxy as the Phoenix Knight. Eventually, he was elected to be the president of the Galactic Federation of Free Systems, a position he held until the Dark Matter Empire emerged. He fought valiantly, and while he lost many friends, he was able to destroy Karna Rog’s physical form at the cost of his immortality. While he was unconscious, he was outfitted with a special apparatus by Mirfak, which brainwashed him into becoming Ankaa for 300 years until it was destroyed by Neil. Kenneth is very cocky, but he has the skills to back it up, and underneath it he’s a man that cares deeply for others and is deeply haunted by his final battle against Karna Rog.

Position: Former advisor to the president of the Galactic Federation of Free Systems, Revolution asset.

Kenneth’s advisor and fiancé during his time as president. 300 years ago, he along with 86 other warriors were led into battle against the Empire, with Corvile wielding the Corvus Nova Sphere. Corvile appeared to sacrifice his life during Kenneth’s battle against Karna Rog, but following Hydra’s freedom from Schedar’s brainwashing, he was discovered in a cryosleep pod, claiming to have narrowly survived Karna Rog’s attack. In truth, he’s been the very reluctant vessel of Karna Rog’s metaphysical form for the past 300 years, as unlike other Nova Spheres, the Corvus Nova Sphere’s abilities mean Karna Rog is unaffected by it. Corvile’s a very sophisticated alien, and often had to clean up some of Kenneth’s political messes during his time as president, but despite this he still cares deeply for Kenneth, and likes to tease Kenneth about all the stress he caused him. He detests Karna Rog, and is incredibly confident that the Rangers will be able to kill the Emperor, even if it costs him his own life.

Position: Founder of the Revolution, former Leader of the Revolution

The Revolution’s late founder and its previous leader, as well as Shen’s adoptive father. Following an attack on a town on the planet Ladon, Theodore found the egg that hatched into Shen, and raised the Ladonean as his own son. Theodore died protecting Shen from Skragen and Calamartia after Shen’s time limit expired while trying to stop their attack on the Revolution’s previous base. Theodore was a kind man, but one who wasn’t afraid to tell people what they needed to hear. He loved the stars and the various stories and legends about the constellation systems, something that be passed down to Shen. He cared incredibly deeply for Shen despite not being related by blood or even being the same species, and was always incredibly proud of how intelligent his adoptive son was, and that only grew when Shen found a way to morph and help the Revolution. His death caused his soul to latch onto the Ursa Major Nova Sphere, which was on him at the time of his death. This allowed him to continue watching over his son even after death. During an attack by Kaus and the Marquis Mothema, Arthur caused his spirit to materialize by using the Hrsa Major Nova Sphere in the Supernova Morpher, who would go on to empower the Ursa Major Nova Sphere for Arthur to use. Following a reunion with his son, he finally passed on.

The Dark Matter Empire

Position: Emperor of the Dark Matter Empire

The white-robed Emperor of the tyrannical Dark Matter Empire that has conquered the galaxy. Incredibly mysterious, only the Empire’s Dukes are allowed to interact with him directly, and only the Knights of Andromeda are permitted to see his face underneath his hood. The Emperor is not cruel, nor is he compassionate, and many of his own Dukes and Duchesses find his lackadaisical and cold indifference towards everything and everyone to be deeply disconcerting. On occasion he does show fondness for his bodyguard, Ankaa, but those moments are few and far between. On rare occasions he does show emotions, but the last time anyone but the Knights of Andromeda discussed it with him went incredibly poorly for the poor Duke that asked about it. In truth, he’s an embodiment of all the despair, suffering, and hatred held together by dark matter. He also tends to talk to himself, as if there’s someone only he can see… this unseen force is Corvile, his vessel, who still has some semblance of control over himself and can communicate with Karna Rog.

Position: Duke of the Phoenix system, Karna Rog’s bodyguard

The mysterious, gold-masked Duke of the Phoenix system and the Emperor’s bodyguard. Ankaa emotes even less than his charge does, not even speaking at all. Not much is known about him, even among the other Dukes, who frequently speculate what his true nature could be, whether he's a living being or some machine cooked up by Mirfak and the rest of the Empire’s scientists. Only the Emperor himself and the Knights of Andromeda are aware of Ankaa’s history and what he truly is, though given his silence and unfaltering loyalty to Karna Rog, they rarely discuss it. After Shen became the Draco Ranger and Arthur became the Ursa Ranger, Karna Rog assigned him and Antares to assist Kaus, Skragen, and Calamartia in killing the Rangers, with Ankaa being the first of the two to arrive and coming very close to killing Neil. In addition to being highly skilled at swordplay, Ankaa also possesses incredibly potent pyrokinetic and thermokinetic abilities, making him one of Karna Rog’s most lethal subordinates. In reality, he’s a brainwashed Kenneth Faulkner.

Position: Knight of Andromeda, Duke of the Perseus system, Head Scientist of the Empire

Sir Mirfak of Perseus is the youngest of the Knights of Andromeda, the Emperor’s three foremost subordinates and the Empire’s head scientist. Known as the “Maniac of Perseus” to the Revolution, an incident in his past caused the entire left side of his body to be replaced with cybernetics. Despite being the youngest of the Knights of Andromeda, he’s the most pragmatic of the three, formulating schemes like he does chemicals. As the Empire’s head scientist, he’s tasked with overseeing Project Wormwood, a top-secret project that is only known to the scientists working on it, the Knights of Andromeda, and the Emperor himself. He’s also the one responsible for the death of Neil and Arthur’s mother. Despite his position, recent events have led him to conclude that the Emperor is unfit to continue ruling the Empire, and that someone else should step in.

Position: Knight of Andromeda, Duchess of the Cassiopeia system, Empire’s Minister of Propaganda

Dame Schedar of Cassiopeia is the second of the Knights of Andromeda, as well as the one tasked with the creation of the Empire’s propaganda. Like all Acámbaroans, she’s capable of compelling people to do her bidding with the sound of her voice, which pairs well with her position as Minister of Propaganda, this has led her to being dubbed the “Witch of Cassiopeia” by the Revolution. Despite her bubbly attitude, love of dancing around, and eagerness to please her fans on the Galaxy’s social media, she’s easily the cruelest of the Knights, sometimes going as far as to do actions that actively harm the Empire for the sake of twisting the knife.

Position: Knight of Andromeda, Duke of the Cepheus system, Warlord of the Empire

Sir Alderamin of the Cepheus system is the eldest of the Knights of Andromeda in addition to being the Empire’s warmonger. Of the Knights, he’s the most loyal to the Emperor, and has led the conquest of numerous planets in his name. He’s an excellent military strategist, but his solution to other complex problems often amounts to crushing it. He has a love of combat, and partakes in countless invasions of planets even though that is often delegated to Dukes of that planet’s constellation system. He isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty either, often personally leading his conquests himself and overwhelming his opponents with incredible force, earning him the nickname “Butcher of Cepheus” from the Revolution.

Name: Antares/Eurypto Calchas (he/him)

Homeworld: Serket, Scorpius system

Position: Duke of the Scorpius system, top Jester of the Empire

Jester is the title given to the Empire’s assassins, and Antares is easily its most successful one on top of recently becoming the Duke of the Scorpius system. He’s incredibly cruel but also incredibly efficient, and has gained infamy from dispatching his marks in quick but incredibly painful ways. He possesses a scorpion-like tail, and is able to modify its venom to induce a variety of effects in his victims. His loyalty to the Emperor is matched only by his loyalty to Schedar. After Shen and Arthur became Rangers, Antares was assigned alongside Ankaa to help Kaus, Skragen, and Calamartia terminate the Rangers, though he has yet to arrive. In addition Leiurus claims that Antares is his older brother, Eurypto. While this is true, the way Antares recounts events is quite a bit different than Leiurus’s…

Name: Felis/Cassius Bodmin (he/him)

Homeworld: Nanzca, Hydra system

Position: Duke of the Hydra system

A man clad in red, feline-like armor and the Duke of the Hydra system. Since his promotion to Duke, he has set his eyes on getting his clutches on the Cerberus Zord, an immensely powerful Zord known as the Beast of Ruin. He’s aided in his quest by his two favorite Marquises, Yetton and Aquaereo. Petty and cruel, he also wishes to take revenge on the Revolution for a perceived slight against him in the past. His real name is Cassius Bodmin, and he was kicked out of the Revolution by his childhood friend Shen, as the two of them worked together to locate the Cerberus Zord, but Shen discovered that he wished to use the Cerberus Zord to destroy Imperial-controlled planets with no regard for innocents. Since then, he turned to the Empire.

Position: Duke of the Sagittarius system

Of the Emperor’s innumerable subordinates, Duke Kaus is easily one of his most staunch supporters out of all of them. Tasked with hunting down the Rangers, Kaus likens it to his time hunting on his home planet, though he doesn’t let it get in the way of his mission. His zealous loyalty to the Emperor is frightening, and is willing to kill for something as simple as someone mocking the Emperor. This zealotry extends to his fellow Dukes and Duchesses as well, and he will not hesitate to call them out for their perceived lack of loyalty to the Emperor. Initially thought to have died following the crash of his Consumoai, he is still very much alive. Not many know why he’s as loyal as he is, but recently Mirfak has become the target of his ire.

Homeworld: Cryskull, Crux system

Position: Jester of the Empire

A white, squid-like alien covered in crystals that serves as one of the Empire’s most dangerous Jesters as well as Calamartia’s husband. Following Kaus’s apparent death, the two of them were sent to terminate the Rangers. Between him and his wife he’s the more cerebral of the two, always speaking in a polite tone, but that being said he’s capable of immense cruelty. Despite this, he does genuinely love Calamartia and enjoys their assignments together, as well as being fond of ink-related puns. As a Cryskullian he possesses the ability to use telekinesis from the crystal on his head and the crystals and suckers covering his body act as extra eyes. He also claims to have the ability to read minds, allowing him to avoid almost any attack, though this claim is dubious. Years ago, he and his wife also did battle against a Ranger, different from the ones now, Shen. He and his wife were also the ones who killed Shen’s adoptive father, Theodore Arctos.

Homeworld: Vivifica, Octans system

Position: Jester of the Empire

A red, octopus-like alien who’s Skragen’s wife and another incredibly dangerous Jester. Like her husband, she was assigned to hunt down the Rangers following Kaus’s apparent death. She’s far more crude and hot-blooded than her husband is, and takes great pleasure in fighting, even naming her weapons. “Jelly brain” is one of her go to insults, but she can go a lot lower than that. She cares deeply for her husband, and he’s probably one of the few things she cares more about than a good fight. As a Vivifican, she can regenerate from most injuries, and can even regrow her entire body so long as a small part of it remains intact. This means that like her husband, she’s incredibly difficult to harm, just in a different way. Like Skragen, she battled a Ranger in the past, Shen, and was responsible for the death of Shen’s adoptive father, Theodore Arctos.
