A thing that I found out that I think is interesting (fucked up) is that the US Supreme Court doesn't recognize any kind of parent-child or familial evidentiary privilege. It recognizes spousal privilege, but not familial privilege. I think that's so fucked up!

(Also, this was from a really quick search. Don't take this information as the absolute truth or anything.)

len coming back from the dead to find barry in his mid-30s really does have unmatched comedic potential. if he had one thing going for him it was that barry was almost half his age but now? now most people wouldn't even bat an eye at the age difference and barry is acting like they're functionally at the same stage of their lives and len just cannot abide that

he goes hunting for a new list of reasons they couldn't actually work together, and a short interrogation over a next-morning, post-hookup cup of coffee makes it clear that barry has outsourced every part of his adult life that's not his family and being the flash ever since he inherited harrison wells's fortune, so he has no idea how to do his taxes, who his elected officials are, how STAR labs is keeping the electricity on, etc etc

len keeps trying to use it all as evidence that despite aging ten years, barry is still too young for him, meanwhile lisa is just tapping at a little calculator on her phone and when len gets to a break in the rant she goes "it says here that if you'd waited a few more years to come back, you would've been a millennial" & he kicks her out of his apartment and off his phone plan

i’ve said it before, but i’ll say it again: i’m almost certain kim and jimmy are still married. there’s no way two lawyers who got married or so they said for spousal privilege would give it up after after witnessing a man get murdered as a direct result of their actions against him.

if next episode really is the kim episode, my hope is that someone from the fbi or whatever comes to question kim about her estranged husband saul goodman, and we finally get to see her exercise that spousal privilege.
