There's a sickness slowly turning humans into monsters and there's a Count demanding their lives in exchange for safety for the villages.

When Enji gives in and sends his oldest son as a human sacrifice, Touya is determined to get some answers from the Count himself.

Aka Tomura pretends to be the evil Count of the Cliff so human villages send those suffering from the demon sickness to him. They're later offered a deal: they can run away on their own and be free as they please until their sickness kills them— or they can continue the journey to the castle up on the cliff, where they would be safe and could learn how to live as monsters.

Maybe find a cure. Who knows.

Every year, UA college awards the best project of every faculty with the Plus Ultra Cup. Win it and you'd be one step away from making your dreams come true, they say.

This year, captain of the baseball team Touya Todoroki is desperate to find a pitcher that takes his team to win the sports cup. Their reward? A chance to play with the pros on the best League in Japan!!

Meanwhile, horror artist Tomura is in charge of the faculty project of that year. Not only does Tomura have to consider and include all arts available at UA, but he must create something that goes up and beyond the expectations.

How can it even go wrong?

AKA Tomura and Touya mix sports and arts on a genius stupid bet. Tomura is the new pitcher of the UA heroes and Touya is the lead actor for Tomura's play. Mess of the century.

AKA in the most ironic move someone could ever expect, Touya becomes a firefighter and Tenko a paramedic. Without a hero license, they are stuck fighting with the system so that they can do their job. Break the law, save a life, join your local firefighters!

Consider Shigadabi but set in TWEWY <3 they become partners, in a pact, and were friends in the past ( TouTen ). Maybe their entry fee in the Game was their memories of each other?

Extra AU notes below:

For those that don’t know anything about TWEWY, basically it’s about the Reaper’s Game. In order to play, you must give up an entry fee—something you value the most. Oh, and to play you either need a Player pin, or to die.

The Game goes for a week (7 days), and you and your partner (or team) must complete missions. Fail and face erasure (die). Win and return to life, or be given something else.

Shigaraki and Dabi take the option of becoming Reapers, who oversee the Game. It’s their job to both guide and work against Players.

I’m thinking that Touya died first, which changed Tenko for good, then Tenko enters the Game as his new self Tomura? Eh nothing is set in stone. Just some ideas! Maybe Touya gave Tenko those headphones as a gift, and Tenko loses both them and his memories of Touya as his fee. So when Tenko (now Tomura) WINS the Game, he gets them back. Oh my GOSH, maybe Dabi (Touya) gave up his appearance as his fee? So while he doesn’t lose his memories of Tenko, Tomura looks and acts like a stranger. But those headphones…that’s how Dabi figures it out. But he refuses to acknowledge it. And Tomura hasn’t figured out that Touya has been with him the entire time!

So they become Reapers, and work together, the truth buried…

Other notes:

Dabi uses fire pins.

Shiggy uses dark pins (?), and has Taboo fingertips (Taboo is BAD, and destructive), so that grows and he ends up having to wear gloves to conceal it.

Thinking about a more modern beastars-style AU. Dabi isn't considered desirable in traditional rabbit circles after being badly burned as a child and ends up out on the streets. Eventually, he ends up with a job in a sketchy "host club" that is actually an illegal brothel that boasts that it can fulfill every fantasy and his scars caught the owner's attention. He doesn't have anywhere else to go and ends up working there.

It's a pretty shit situation, but the bartender is really sweet... you know, for a Predator.

Warning: Mention of murder and referenced kidnapping

You had forgotten how long it’s been ever since you had been taken by the nagas who have called themselves your parents. Shigaraki and Dabi have only grown more possessive over you and obsessed with taking down your brother.

You could hear the cruel whispers of what Tomura planned to do to Izuku, you could practically envision his cracked lips and fangs stained with Izuku’s blood.

You whimpered weakly at the idea of moving farther into these cruel jungles, Dabi had suggested to his mate they move to more dangerous areas, so you’d be more dependent.

Your knowledge had luckily increased on the topic of monsters, you only really had a brief understanding of them when Izuku would read you books about them or, seeing their bones or valued items at Toshinori’s hunting lodge.

You also learned some names on the select few that you should perhaps avoid. A naga by the name of Kai, a harpy named Hawks and a forest nymph by the name of Toga.

Apparently, they either had a taste for human flesh or had a score to settle with Shigaraki.

You were knocked out of your woolgathering by Shigaraki’s scales gliding over your skin as he gave a sleepy growl or purr. He pulled you closer as he sleepily nuzzled your face, his eyes slightly cracking open before ultimately closing.

Dabi’s snores and the sound of his tail twitching in the nest filled your senses. They were out cold, usually they were light sleepers but today’s hunt must’ve tired them out.

You happened to learn that whenever Shigaraki was at ease, his coils tended to loosen up and he became much more relaxed. You had to make a decision, either stay or run.

This was your only chance at potential freedom and hopefully, going home. You rose up slowly, your heart pounding as you gently pushed off Shigaraki’s tail.

You froze when hearing Dabi sleepily mutter and turn to the side. The twigs of the nest creaked and squeaked, Tomura’s snores and Dabi’s movements only filled you with dread.

You slowly but steadily climbed out of the nest, avoiding any tiny pieces of bone that littered the floor. You gave one last glance at the nagas who had ruthlessly kidnapped you before running.

The cold night air and the sound of birds chirping filled you with a liberating feeling as you gave a little cry of relief.

God help you once they woke up.

ShigaDabi au where Endeavour heavily disapproves of Touya dating All Might's protege and adopted son and it's really annoying for both parties, a grown ass man can somehow be so passive aggressive towards a 16 year old teenager for *checks notes* making his son happy.

But it does not matter which incarnation we're talking about, wheter it's Shigaraki Tomura or Shimura Tenko they are driven by spite and righteous anger. So when the No.2 hero openly tells Tenko to stay the hell away from his son, he won't allow Touya to be corrupted by a snotty upstart with a quirk like Decay who causes trouble on the regular in school and backtalks both teachers and heroes alike(lowkeyhighkey delinquent tenko is basically canon and people can fight me on that).

And Tenko's response is basically "You wanna bet?"

And from then on Tenko swears to become the No.1 hero exclusively to stick it to Endeavour, and then he's going to use his influence to tear down the ranking system to the ground, because it's corrupt and terrible but also that way Endeavour can never become number one. Mostly the first one, but the second is definitely a small part of it. He was going to tear it down anyway, but now he's gonna beat his bf's shitty old man first.

And because he knows it will make Touya lose his shit laughing, many times, and Touya smiling is basically the best thing in the world and people can fight him on that.

Late submission for #chubbyMHAFall run by @fatfandomevents

A sweet-on-the-outside coffee shop AU featuring Touya, the drop-out son of engineering Professor Todoroki. His intro to engineering courses are almost impossible to pass, but he also doesn’t password protect his g00gle drive. So Touya has no qualms about sharing his dad’s course documents with struggling twinks in exchange for treats and free meals.

It’s been going on for a few years, and all those “study sessions” have started to show. He used to be a slender, lanky little punk. But now he’s a barrel of a man. He’s the overfed version of his disciplined, strict father. Touya knows he’ll get caught eventually, but he wanna sees how far he can get before his dad notices. Of course his dad comments on his weight, but he can’t complain because Touya wasn’t a leathered up emo kid anymore. He dresses well and doesn’t cause trouble in campus like he used to before he dropped out.

Tomura is his newest meal ticket. He’s not the first to stare at him, but he is the first in awhile to be so obvious about it. Maybe Touya can talk him into breakfast too.

Mermaid AU

The idea is that Toya and his siblings were born in the union of a mermaid and a human. At first, everything was fine, but during his transition age, his development went wrong. He couldn't freely move from one form to another, and gradually this ability was completely lost, and he was stuck in an intermediate form. Then came the Todoroki family drama, 10 years of living locked away under the stigma of shame, trying to return to at least human form, pain, cruelty from his father. So Toya renounced his name, his family and left on the nearest ship, hoping that people like his mother would accept him.

He had been trained to survive in the wild, so he had no problems finding food and shelter.

Since he doesn't sweat and his skin dries out quickly in the sun, Dabi spends most of his time in the cave, which he found three days after he washed ashore. He later shuffled grass, moss and large leaves in there to make a sleeping place. There were also small lakes of fresh water in the cave, so he managed to avoid dehydration.

Also for the first time he prefers to gather food at low tide. But he was hungry all the time, as molluscs and crabs alone wouldn't nourish his body, so he had to go to the sea. Dabi also tried to continue eating like a human, so he cooked fish. Such food caused heartburn for the most part, so he slowly started eating it raw.

Dabi leads a mostly nocturnal lifestyle, and during the day he weaves baskets/nets, rests or sleeps.

Gonna temporarily dub this the “Yee-..huh?” AU til I figure another one out

An AU in which :

- Dabi finds old motorcycles (that were tossed) and fixes ‘em up

- Everyone thinks he’s all edgy and junk but he’s actually a massive nerd

- Out of spite, he taught himself and got really great at a whole bunch of different (and seemingly random) things

- He’s the best at fixing/changing up motorbikes since that what he enjoys most but also, he likes the idea of taking something abandoned/damaged and proving it’s still cool and useful

- Lives rural, wanted to be as far away from his father and hero stuff as possible

- Dabi still has all his scars and trauma but in this AU he was taken to a normal hospital for treatment rather than how cannon goes — was made to give up on being a hero after the accident (all the other family drama is sort-of-more-or-less the same)

- Doesn’t technically live on a farm but considering there’s a buncha cows hanging around and growing some plants was one of his hobbies at some point (and one he still enjoys) you’d think he basically does

- Owns a cowboy hat. (AN: self indulgent but come on! You know he’d think it was cool and it is let’s be honest now)

Then there’s Tomura

- His father made him study business/accounting, but away from all that, he takes pleasure in composing music (no one know but him though)

- When the whole quirk incident happened, Mon still got killed but instead of dying Hana’s leg and part of her left-ish side got replaced with prosthetics, he passed out before anything else happened

- Tomura still has all his scars and trauma as well, cannon adjacent reasons, his family came out earlier and the thing his father hit him with scarred him and knocked him out

- Lives urban, hates it, wants to get away from his father and just everything in general as well but hasn’t really gotten the chance

- Was the rebellious type, in this AU he’s the bad-boy (equivalent) one

- Got into fights a lot (hence how he got his other scars) but it’s always to help/defend someone rather than something arbitrary — he refuses to be complacent in those sort of times (AN: good for him)

- Tomura goes to a specific place when he needs to ignore his father and all his technical responsibilities existence for a few hours, it’s this abandoned place with a lot of junk and mechanical trash around but it’s peaceful and most importantly, quiet

- Twice, who works as an official mechanic in this AU, told Dabi about this said place when he was complaining about needing a really specific piece for his bike but he didn’t wanna buy it/couldn’t find any that had it, didn’t expect to find both that piece and a random dude there when he went there to check, especially not one with as striking eyes and interesting overall presence as this one.

In turn, Tomura didn’t anticipate being greeted by the presence of another person, a very beautiful yet irritating person at that.
