  FASHION CREDITS: LADY GAGA BY PHILIPP RATHMER

Lady Gaga was photographed by Philipp Rathmer for “OK!” magazine back in 2009. The photoshoot took place at Cocoon Club in Frankfurt on February 11th. 

She was styled by Janina Krinke and her hair and make up was done by Tobias Sagner. Mostly only German labels were used for this project.

Gaga’s first look comprises a sleeveless black structured paneled sheath dress with lantern skirt from Acne Studios Spring/Summer 2009 collection that she paired with black cut-out detail leather leggings from German emerging label By Malene Birger’s Spring/Summer 2009 collection. 

She also rocked a red origami belt from the Joop! Spring/Summer 2009 collection.

Her  platform peep-toe pumps with metallic heel are a white & gold version of the Dsquared² Barber Shop pumps.

For the next look, the Italian-American entertainer is seen rocking a white & gold heavily beaded silk crop top with pleated black high-waisted pants in black wool from the Kaviar Gauche Spring/Summer 2009 collection.

The look was accessorized with the Glam Rock chain-embellished nappa leather gloves with red fleece lining from the Fall/Winter 2008 collection of German accessory brand Roeckl.

Her black sculptural Kiraro wedge heels from Celine’s Spring/Summer 2009 “Rossimoda” collection.

Here, Lady Gaga is wearing two Berlin-based designers. The white mini dress with armor-like short lantern sleeves and leather piping is from Penkov’s Spring/Summer 2009 collection...

...which she paired with a crystal-embellished star-shaped Berit headpiece by Fiona Bennett.

My favorite look of the entire shoot. Gaga’s cropped jacket entirely made out of purple satin snap button flap pockets comes from Frankie Morello’s Spring/Summer 2009 collection. 

Underneath she rocks a black swimsuit by American Apparel and a belt from By Malene Birger.

Her bi-colored open finger driving gloves in blush & granite are signed by Roeckl as well.

Everything in this look is Spring/Summer 2009. We’re starting off with a combination of the iridescent top embellished with glow-in-the-dark feathers and matching skirt from Munich-based label Talbot Runhof’s “Living Well is the Best Revenge” collection, inspired by the French Riviera of the 1920s.

She paired a large Celine lucite bangle with gold bangles by Frankie Morello.

The look was styled with wooden and gold metallic heels by Gucci.

The final look consists out of a red jacket from By Malene Birger’s Spring/Summer 2009 collection and a black sleeveless jumpsuit with fitted waist by Modström.

Here she wears a multicolored version of the Celine Kiraro graffiti print heels. Tell me you aren’t obsessed with these!

First Look: Former Ralph Lauren Shoe Prez Jerome Espinos Debuts New Line in Paris

A year after leaving Ralph Lauren, Jerome Espinos is back with his own Paris-based collection. The made-in-Italy line, called Violet Tomas, is named after the daughter and son of Espinos, who was most recently president of footwear for Collection and Purple Label at Ralph Lauren. Prior to joining the New York-based company, he was an executive at Rossimoda and worked with brands such as Celine, Marc Jacobs and Givenchy. Espino’s vision for Violet Tomas is simple: He is offering one shoe style every season that will be produced in up to 100 different versions — with a plethora of color and material options. A new bag style will also be offered every season. (The first collection is called Margaux, named after the executive’s other daughter.) A closeup of the Margaux style. The debut will feature a stylish-yet-wearable boot, which will retail for 650 euros, or about $724. The boot will launch this weekend online and will be stocked at Galeries Lafayette and other boutiques starting in July. “It’s the kind of shoe you can wear day to night and look sexy and beautiful,” Espinos said. “I respect women very much.
