🔅Sunday morning - ISRAEL REALTIME - Connecting to Israel in Realtime
PASSOVER is Monday night!
❓SHIITE ATTACK CLAIM.. The Shiite militias in Iraq claim that they attacked a “vital target” in the Golan early this morning using a UAV.  (( No air defense alerts in Israel. ))
❓IRAN ATTACK CLAIM.. "In the attack we carried out on Israel, we destroyed a large intelligence center in one of the Zionist cities." - Iranian general Rad.  (( Lying liers lie. ))
▪️FOLLOW UPS ON IRAN & IRAQI ATTACKS.. satellite photos show an S-300 Russian air defense system completely destroyed in Iran by the Israeli attack.  In Iraq, heavy weapons depots were destroyed - “Iraqi officials claim the base was attacked with laser-guided bombs”.  This is somewhat unlikely as ‘laser-guided’ means someone is nearby marking the target with a laser.
▪️GAZA.. Heavy attacks this morning by the Air Force in the Nusirat camp and the surrounding area, the center of the Gaza Strip. The Israeli Navy has also been firing on terrorist targets since the early hours. According to reports from Gaza, warships are firing along the coasts of the central and northern Gaza Strip.
🇺🇸 AMERICAN POLICY IS WACKO.. the Biden administration policy contradictions: US blocked the UN vote of recognition of Palestine's membership in the United Nations, the president openly supported  the passing of the Ukraine / Israel / Taiwan aid package, but now intends to impose sanctions on distinct units in the IDF, in this case Netzach Yehuda (which is the primary charedi draft unit).  By statements from US Sec State Blinken, there is intentional subversion of Israeli society involved - separating the “extreme right wing” Otzma and Religious Zionism factions - though a miss as Netzach Yehuda is not their segments (but if the US comes after the Hesder Yeshiva units next, then it will be clear).
▪️AID SHIPS FROM TURKEY.. Humanitarian flotilla set to sail for Gaza from Turkey this week, and Israel is negotiating with Turkey to reroute the aid through Egypt to prevent repeat of deadly 2010 flotilla raid.  The three-ship convoy will carry humanitarian aid for the residents of Gaza and 1,200 people from 30 countries on board. Also on board will be pro-Palestinian members of parliament from Spain, Norway and Canada. The plan is for the ships to sail to the Egyptian port of El-Arish and continue from there to Rafah.
▪️TERROR TRAP - KOHAV HASHACHAR.. An Israeli civilian injured as a result of an bomb near the Samaria town off Kohav HaShahar. The man was trying to remove a Palestinian flag on the side of the Route 458 highway when it exploded.
▪️WEEKEND PROTESTS.. The “Kaplan” protests (Kaplan intersection, Tel Aviv) this weekend focused on demanding elections.  Size estimate from online crowd estimation tools - 80,000. 
▪️FAKE - ILLEGAL PROTEST ON HIGHWAY 1 RESULTS IN 2 DEATHS..  we previously shared a report of an illegal protest on highway 1 resulting in deaths, but found no confirmations, so must consider this fake.

On the Mediterraneans and the South Asians
Honestly, it pisses me off so much when people say the Ancient Greeks/Romans were all white because these ignorant people have no idea how much mingling there was of Africans and South Asians in these areas, particularly the Asians. So here's a quick little history lesson talking about the Mediterraneans (Greek, Persian, Assyrians) and South Asia (Aryans, Dravidians, Tamils).
First of all, we all know race is a social construct, right? Okay, second, I'll try to provide modern-day locations along with their past counter-parts to avoid getting confusing because I know not everyone has this shit memorized like me (rather uselessly, it seems). Also of importance, a HUGE amount of South Asia's history has been lost due to colonization of modern-day India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, Afghanistan, and Burma (Myanmar). So unfortunately, much of this will rely more extensively on records from the somewhat better preserved Greek and other Mediterraneans rather than the South Asians (though there is still plenty of info). 
So let's start with about... 6th century BC, okay? For a hint of what we're dealing with, check out this very rad and surprisingly accurate map of the 8th century. Estimations of the beginning of the Greek empire are about 800 BC. South Asian civilizations are just about in the middle of their Iron Age, which overlaps with the Vedic period (the settling of Aryans into modern day India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan). These are relatively light skinned people, by the way, who had been mingling with East Asians, Europeans, Africans, and Dravidians/Tamils (local people of South Asia) for several thousand centuries. So you probably think they're white...
Thankfully, we have art to show us explicit brown people and people with East Asian features (epicanthal fold) :

Greeks were perfectly aware of dark brown skinned people in Africa during this time period, btw.
First of all, I don't quite know how well-researched/respected this book by Edward Pococke written in the 1800s is, but this guy gives us a semi-convincing argument that South Asian tribes basically settled in the Mediterranean first a long time ago. But on the other hand, I genuinely believe this whole argument can just as easily be applied to North African tribes, and that's probably more likely. (Also, he says Mediterranean language is descended from Sanskrit, which is a bit inaccurate; both Mediterranean languages and Sanskrit are descended from Proto-Indo-European.) But anyway, if you're looking for more info, read through the book. It's not that long, it's pretty interesting, and a lot of what he says is pretty good proof of Africans founding Mediterranean civilizations. 
So, one of the earliest hints we have of Greeks sharing roots with Aryans was the religious cult of Orphism, which was descended from the myth of Orpheus. It's first hints appeared in literature around 600 BC. It shares many elements with the Aryan version of Vedic Hinduism, and it has often been theorized that the journey Orpheus traveled through was a reference to India.
In 537 BC, Cyrus (Persia) makes it to Peshawar (Afghanistan) and adds Gandhar (also in Afghanistan) to his kingdom; Hindus will recognize this as the name of another ancient kingdom. and Darius makes it to Punjab (Pakistan/India). 
In 484 BC, Herodotos (Greek) wrote another book about India. In it, he describes South Indians (Dravidians) as "dark as Ethiopians" and North Indians (Aryans) as "similar to Egyptians in appearance." HMMMM. 
Around 380-ish or so, we get Megasthenes. This guy claims he knows Hercules and Dionysus (both the god and the ambassador) hung out in Pentapotamia (Punjab) a lot. He came with a whole court, and he got as far south as Sri Lanka (which is pretty much as south as you can possibly go, unless you wanna go down to the Maldives or Mauritius). Now, he was not "discovering" these places; the Greeks and other western cultures were well aware of them, as well as of their religion. He was an ambassador. This implies that these people were in close enough contact to have ambassadors. Here's the book he wrote on Indika. 
In about 327 BC, Alexander "the Great" comes knocking around Paurav (modern day Punjab). At the time, that was considered the border of the biggest empire around, seeing as how Alexander's armies slaughtered all the "tribes" he encountered on his way to Paurav. Now he encounters the surrender of King Purrushotam... and on his shield is something resembling a symbol of the Shurasens (Herakles), and some historians have predicted that's because this guy had ancestry related to the Greeks. You know who? Our friend Megasthenes!
In 322 BC, Alex dies and King Chandragupta of the Maurya empire reconquers the northwest (Punjab, etc). At this point, those people are practically indistinguishable from both north Aryans and east Grecians. 
In 250, the Greco-Bactrian kingdom develops (present day Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan). This city, acknowledged in Hellenic texts as a Greek city, sat right at the edge of the Hindu-Kush mountains, leaving little room to doubt they were mixing with the Aryans on that side and the Iranians (called Sogdiana back then, where it's presumed some Aryans migrated to South Asia from) on the other side. (Bactria, btw, is considered one of the early Central Asian civilizations, not Greek or South Asian, and their religion was a FASCINATING mix of Zoroastrianism Hinduism, Buddhism, and eventually early Christianity and Islam.) Around 180 BC, the Greco-Bactrian empire pretty officially converts into the Indo-Greek Kingdom with Demetrius's arrival.

"Alexander took these away from the Aryans and established settlements of his own, but Seleucus Nicator gave them to Sandrocottus (Chandragupta), upon terms of intermarriage and of receiving in exchange 500 elephants." - this is talking about what's now modern-day Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan. Now, since this is talking about intermarriage in about 64 BC, we can assume that they've been getting it on for a while. So there are plenty of Greeks running around in actual Greece descended from people of Aryan/Dravidian backgrounds.

WAIT A SECOND I'm going through the Nursery in Secret World Legends again, and (spoilers for end-of-Transylvania story):

Reading this part of a lore entry (and remembering/rereading the related research) got my brain spiraling off on Yu-Gi-Oh thoughts:
CLICK-CLACK. A doctor types: "Similarly, we've found that inhabiting the child subject with an incorporeal entity allows the hemispheres of their brains to become separate processing units."
One of the experiments they were doing was deliberately possessing the kids with spirits/ghosts, and observing that—due to the plasticity of a child's developing brain—it allowed for the hemispheres to work individually: "...[able] to concentrate on separate subjects, and to solve multiple problems, simultaneously..." (with severe side effects, though the specifics are not listed)
Now, because I've been working on stitching YGO into the setting, this led to the thought...WHAT ARE THE IMPLICATIONS FOR YUGI AND RYOU
Granted, both of their spirits also reside within their respective Items, so that probably takes a HUGE load off the relative necessary "processing power" from their brains. So their side effects would've been mild to moderate, instead of severe. Plus, Yugi was older than the eldest in the Nursery when he solved the Puzzle. (He was ~16, the eldest mentioned was 13, and there's a note that it works for kids "to a much higher degree than inhabited adults.")
But Ryou was younger when he got the Ring (~10, at my estimation), thus within the range they were testing. So, between the two of them, it's more likely that he might have suffered some long-term side effects. Further evidenced by how Ryou was able to physically control his hand and click-clack at his own computer without Bakura noticing, during the Monster World TTRPG. (Granted, this was due to a weakening of Bakura based on his avatar in the game, but still.) With Yugi and Yami (as I recall), they either take turns, or work in tandem on the same thing. They can keep secrets from each other, but they don't go as far as controlling separate parts of their shared body simultaneously.
But then, maybe Yugi was also affected by the unlisted side effects, despite being a bit older. We know for sure he had (has?) two soul rooms—at least symbolically, if not a literal hemisphere split. A shame we never got to see Ryou's room. I imagine it looks much like his rad tabletop setups. Possibly even with a castle (or other foreboding structure) where Bakura nestled, when he wasn't fully in the Ring. Though, he's generally more subtle/sneaky when he's not going full Zorc...OH, MAYBE HE'S THE UNDERSIDE OF THE TABLE, WITH A DIFFERENT ENVIRONMENT! AND FLIPS IT WHEN HE TAKES OVER (LIKE WE SAW WITH THE FOREST AREA), SINCE HE CAN FULLY SUPPRESS RYOU, OOOOOOH I LOVE THAT IDEA
(Also swinging back around to the Nursery itself, some crossover AU idea shenanigans...Yugi and Ryou as (two of) the kids they did the ghosty experiments on. Bakura is definitely responsible for the doll room. The rest of the carnage likely involved Penalty Games. And...yanno, the facility itself is nearly a mirror of Yugi's soul rooms, with the play area very similar to Yugi's room, and the horrifying [everything else] sort of being like Yami's, if a bit less labyrinthine. Just a WHOLE BUNCH of horrifying experimentation rooms, instead. But also OH NO THERE ARE ACTUALLY TWO INHABITED CHILDREN IN THAT ROOM IN-GAME, I THOUGHT THERE WAS ONLY ONE? INSTEAD I GOT "HERE'S BOTH THE KIDS, HAVE FUN WITH VALIDATION OF THIS NIGHTMARE SCENARIO")

Outtake: Halloween Diavolo
Obey Me!: Diavolo x AFAB Reader; Non-Con and Violence; Explicit 18+ ; Word count: 6,999 - Takes place during the Halloween Mask 2021 event.
Hanging out with everyone before RAD's big Halloween event, you realize you left your phone in your last class. As you wander off to find it, Diavolo finds himself in a cursed mask. However, instead of reeling and taking it off, it gives him a fun idea of a game the two of you can play.
It was lively in the RAD student council room. Everyone getting ready in their outfits, going through the miscellaneous boxes for props, accessories, and other festive items. You sat on the long table, watching the brothers get ready as Diavolo sat by your side in a chair. His boisterous laughter was infections, getting a case of the giggles with his antics.
Lucifer seemed as though he was about to call Simeon to escort his soul back to the Celestial Realm while the brothers all fought each other on small details. Asmo insisting Satan wear a veil, Beel trying to get Belphie to wear stockings and the small hat, and Mammon trying to steal Levi’s gun to spray him with the water.
You couldn’t help the small smile as you brushed your hair back and looked away from them to the side. You came back down to Earth as Diavolo squeezed your thigh, “What are you thinking about?” You stifled your laughter as you watched them all bicker. He smiled, resting his heavy hand on you and gazed at them as well, “There’s never a dull moment when they’re all around, is there? Its always a pleasure to have them stay at the Demon King’s Castle, but I wish Lucifer would allow it more often.”
You turned your warm gaze to him, combing your hand through his hair. “Guess I’ll have to come over more often, yeah? I mean, I can steal stuff and flood the place. It won’t be nearly as big of a scene since I don’t have Lotan, but I can most certainly try.” He met your mischievous grin and loudly exclaimed how he would like that.
As all the brothers turned to look at you and Diavolo, stopping their arguing for a split second, before they all started to say something about the two of you being together. You sighed, rubbing your forehead as Lucifer stopped to do the same. Diavolo simply kept his eyes on you, adoration warming his gaze as well as your cheeks. You reached to the chair on the other side of the table to grab your phone, meanwhile Diavolo took the opportunity to openly leer at your ass, licking his lips slightly.
As you hummed softly, you turned to look at him again, “I think I left my phone in the other classroom we were at earlier. Do you think you can hold down the fort while I’m gone?”
Diavolo held both your hands in his, whispering softly between kisses, “I shall do my best. Though even a moment without you may be the death of me.” You tore your hands away, ruffling his hair and grabbing his shoulders as you laughed in embarrassment. He laughed with you, grabbing you as you squealed and helped you to the floor – not that you particularly needed it, but it brought him great joy to help you anyways.
As you said goodbye to the brothers, promising Lucifer you’d meet up with him later to check out everyone’s themed rooms, you kissed Diavolo, winking with your tongue out. “Don’t miss me too much, my prince.” He sighed as you walked away, turning to the brothers once you were out of sight.
“How much longer until our event can start? Other students may be gathering soon.” Diavolo looked at Lucifer expectantly as Lucifer in turn gazed upon his brothers. With a great sigh, he estimated the time to hopefully be soon. “Oh? Lucifer, we missed a box. I wonder what it is… it seems like everyone is already ready.”
Levi and Asmo sidled up to it quickly, both being obsessed with unboxing items. “Hey! I’ll open it Asmo, I’d hate for you to break a nail.” With a scoff and tilting his head away in a pout, Asmo let Levi open it. “It… Its just masks? Did we need masks?” All the brothers shared a look, no one remembered ordering them, but since they were available – they might as well take advantage of the situation.
“Yeah! Free shit! Sign me up!” Lucifer smacked Mammon upside the head, giving him a piercing look. Mammon scoffed, “Yeah… masks. Anyways, let’s put these bad boys on! Gonna make our looks that much more dope.” He snatched one quickly, grabbing another after quickly taking inventory of the box, “Oi! Lord Diavolo! We got an extra, ya wan’ it?”
Diavolo beamed, “Yes! Thank you so much, Mammon. I appreciate the inclusion, even if I’m not able to work the event with your brothers.” He turned the mask over in his hand, it wasn’t as horrifying as some of the others, yet not nearly as whimsical as Satan’s cat mask. “Well, I’m going to go find the other inspector and return them to you, Lucifer. All of you are free to go to your event rooms now. Once the event coordinators stop by and everything is in working order – you’ll be able to entertain the other students. Goodbye for now!”
With a happy go lucky smile, and no more work to be done on his part except find you, he left the brothers to scatter and Lucifer to his own devices. Turning over the mask a few more times, he scented your trail before following it at a leisurely pace. It didn’t seem as though you went back to the room you were all in, but in a different direction entirely. Could you be planning your own surprise? He dared to think for a moment it would be for him.
Meanwhile, you had been skipping through rooms trying to desperately remember which one you had left your things in. Was it the Devildom history room? Apothecary? The storage closet? It had to be in one of them! Groaning loudly, you ruffled your hair, “Think! Use that last brain cell of yours, silly. It has to be around here somewhere!” Dragging your hands down your face, you focused on your breathing and used a clairvoyance spell.
Groaning once again, you held your head in your hands. No wonder no room seemed right – you were on the wrong side of RAD. Letting out a yell of frustration, you pouted and stomped towards the correct room.
Diavolo perked up when he heard your shout. Grinning to himself, he concocted his own little surprise for you. You liked to be scared, didn’t you? What was it you had said, thrills and being scared got your heart racing? You had screamed so loudly on all the rollercoasters you and he had ridden, and he honestly couldn’t get enough. He loved the look of fear and excitement on your face and in your eyes. And a depraved part of him got terribly excited at the sound of your screams.
He hesitated a moment before slipping on the mask. It felt like a breath of fresh air and he paused, inhaling deeply. Oh yes, he was very excited to hear you scream. He walked a bit faster to your location, he wanted to surprise you, to show you how excited you made him. He called out your name, shouting down the corridor, “Where are you, little one? I would like… to play a little game between us. I know this is the wrong area for your things, doll. So why don’t you try and sneak past me to get to it? But if I intercept you… I get to choose my prize.”
You stilled where you stood. Feet leaving the stone wall where you were obstinately kicking it like a child. For some reason, his tone didn’t incite heat in you like it normally would. There was something below the surface of his intonation – it wasn’t the classic joy that he usually had.
Suddenly, your palms felt a little clammy. Instinct had your hair standing on end on your arms, and your self-preservation told you to run, to hide, to wait out whatever had Diavolo in such a mood. You skittered slightly, looking at doors upon doors and chose one at random. Closing everything gently, you walked carefully to the storage shelves and opened a utility closet, shoving yourself in uncomfortably and whispering a concealment spell – hopefully covering your scent. You couldn’t believe how your scent could work up the brothers, you only imagined how Diavolo was sniffing you out at the moment.
Not too far behind you, Diavolo whistled as he approached the hall where your scent was strongest. He grinned behind his mask, he knew you would be simply elated to play his game – after all, the stakes were high enough. You could win and get past him, and have bragging rights! Wouldn’t that be fun to throw around? You outsmarted the Crown Prince of the Devildom? On the other hand, he was that much more excited for his prize. Surely you picked up on what he wanted – you.
You evened your breathing as you heard the door creak open across the hall from the one you were currently hiding in. It would be futile hiding, right? There was no way he would be dissuaded by your weak pathetic spell. You clenched your fists, hearing the loud doors close across the hall and the room next to yours open up. Committing to your decision, you slipped out of the utility closet quickly, opening the main doors, and quickly hid in the room he had just searched.
Hiding under the professor’s desk, you hoped your sealing spell had stayed intact and he wouldn’t be able to tell you were in there. Once he moved down the hall, you’d make a break for it. You were sure you knew a spell to make you faster. But for now you had to escape this predicament.
You could hear the door across the hall, next to your previous room close with a loud slam. Holding your breath, you held your hands to your chest, willing your heartbeat to cool down. Loud steps sounded at the doors you were at previously, before you could hear him throw them wide open. “Little one… I believe I’m close. Can you hear me? I think I might win this little game of ours.”
Diavolo inhaled deeply, licking his lips slowly. “Oh yes, you’re close, my pet. Won’t you come out? Or perhaps… try to run? I would be more than delighted to chase you.” Brushing his hands across the desks, he gave you time to mill over his words. He could easily tell you were in the first room. Honestly, he was impressed, you were brave enough to walk about while he was right there in the vicinity. He could feel his trousers grow tighter, you were so close – and so very afraid. The suspense had him excited as well, he could only imagine how you were faring.
With a deep roll of his shoulders, he made sure to slam the doors closed loudly, hoping the sound would incite more apprehension in you. On the other hand, you were nearly trembling under the desk in the room he was about to breach. You couldn’t hope to outrun him, but maybe you could lose him in the halls? It was a foolish idea, but it felt better than sitting here like a duck.
You steeled your nerves as you heard the doors to your classroom slowly creak open. Bastard, he was doing this all on purpose. Why were you in such a fuss? Your instinct had you terrified, like all that time ago on your first visit to the Devildom. When seeing the demons’ true forms had you quaking, when Lucifer’s threats and Belphie’s attacks drove you to tears. Clenching your jaw, you decided not to question it – your survival instincts had saved you all but one time. You weren’t about to let it happen twice.
You listened closely to his steps as they lightly tapped around the room. You could hear desks being scooted here and there, cabinet doors opening, and his soft laughs as every spot so far turned up empty. As he began to hum, you could place him on one side of the room. It didn’t seem as though he was going back and forth. You knew it was a trap, but you silently crawled from under the desk and sidled to one side of it. Peeking around the corner, you watched as he bent down to a cabinet that was much too small for you to hide in.
Your blood boiled a bit realized he truly was playing around, but didn’t relax. You crawled quickly and quietly behind a row of chairs as he slowly bent back up to move on to the next spots. You continued his game as he lifted pencil cups and stacks of textbooks. Oh yes, you would chew him out after this was all done and over with. The asshole seriously was testing your patience. But as he approached the front of the classroom, you slipped to be just in front of the doors, muscles tense for your one chance at running.
As Diavolo slipped down to look under the desk, you bolted out of the classroom, high tailing it down the corridor. You could hear his boisterous laughter thundering after you, but no footsteps. “I knew you were close! Now why don’t we see who’s faster?” Your breath caught as you felt fear and adrenaline rush through you. Booking it as fast as you could, you sprinted away from the source of his voice, zigzagging when you could to throw him off.
You went against your better judgment and looked behind you, at the small glimpse of shining gold, you turned back to the front and huffed and puffed down the hallway. You needed to find somewhere to stop for a moment, just a moment! Pausing in a 4-way junction, you whipped your head around and darted to the left. You couldn’t even remember if this was the right way or not.
Behind you, doors slammed and sconces were thrown and shattered, you covered your ears and couldn’t help the small scream that left you. Your chest was burning, you couldn’t feel your legs, and your thoughts raced so quickly that your mind felt blank.
Peeling to the side, you slipped into a classroom, slamming it shut, and summoned a lock. Quickly fixing it to the door, you hurriedly called out a spell to secure it. Waving your hands, you moved all the furniture into a barricade. Hesitating a moment, your eyes flew to the windows. Yes! You were on the ground floor, of course! You booked it to the windows, hustling them open and shoving yourself out of the glass. Ignoring the pain of contorting yourself to fit, you landed ungracefully in the dirt.
Racing along the walls, you kept to the side and called upon an invisibility spell, hoping to shroud your form from watchful eyes outside. You had no idea the security of this place, even as long as you had been attending, but you weren’t willing to take any chances. How far from him were you? Was he hot on your trail? You slowed a bit, resting against cool windowpanes to catch your breath.
Heaving for air, you leaned forward, coughing roughly. You could swear you spit up blood, but everything hurt so badly you couldn’t tell. Your knees felt weak, and you slowly slipped down the dark glass. Hoping to close your eyes for a second, you rested your full weight against the smooth surface.
Suddenly, the window behind you opened up, large hands and sharp nails grabbing you. You couldn’t help the scream that tore through your throat as you kicked and fought against the being behind you. “Let go of me! Let go!” You screamed louder as the hands felt as though they were crushing you before being thrown to the floor.
