Absolutely!

Elliot & Rett: Would match outfits and draw/eat a lot of candy as celebrating lol Elliot would tell light hearted spooky stories. The apartment is decked out in Halloween everything.

Peppermint: Go to Elliots place and hang out! Dressed as a witch or something like that.

Basil: Hang out with Elliot & Peppermint, also would spend time with Rett. Not dressed up but would be in the spirit of Halloween.

Lu: Nothing, he cries every holiday lol
